It's a clean, safe budget hotel located within walking distance of what's currently the end of the line for light rail. A little tricky finding it but being off the road was great for car noise. It was fine for going to a football game although you are crossing the busiest intersection in Lynnwood to get to the station or drive south on the freeway. Right next to an Ezell's Chicken!

The building is a bit dated, e.g. it has no elevator, but the rooms are clean and well maintained. We stayed a week and our room was quite quiet throughout. A continental breakfast (no hot dishes) is offered downstairs in the morning, but for those desiring a more substantial breakfast there are two diners next door to the hotel.

Smaller hotel that is cozy and clean. A bit tricky to find because it's tucked away from the main street behind Denny's, but I felt safe and it was very quiet. Friendly and helpful staff.

It is an older hotel that I think they have done a great job with. The front desk staff is excellent. I was a little concerned about the safety of my car, but they showed me all the camera and they have 24 hour front desk staff.

Good service for price, This place is great for families, amenities, laundry room, pool, No breakfast but got McDonald’s across and other stores and restaurants are very close too. Place is clean and neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Breakfast; No hot food except hot water.Room; toilet was child sized, & very low. Jetted tub was difficult to get into. Only 1 grab bar. Had to ask for a non-slip pad for tub. There is no hot tub. Mattress: thin spring mattress, not comfortable. Wash & dry was $2.00 each.

Our room smelled like smoke. It was terrible! I called to ask for a different room right after check in, but they were unable to accommodate. I requested a discount upon checkout, and was told a manager would call me when she got in, but I never heard anything. At our next destination, my pjs still smelled like smoke and I couldn’t wear them. So gross! Otherwise hotel is old and breakfast area only has 3 tables, so count on taking a bagel or yogurt to go.

You can tell, the owner has tried to keep up with this hotel-- which is a plus. I don't think it was near the price I paid by 1/3rd. What needs help urgently, the windows and the Air conditioning, generally needs help, updating the floors and furniture. The space in the rooms is perfect and the beds were comforable! We got a room with a jet tub that was a 10/10- my biggest concern for the hotel is that the tub had 5-6 (downstairs) hairs at minimum and they were all along the toilet as well. The bathroom had not been cleaned. Aside from the needs- the front desk was VERY kind and we checked in at midnight. Great parking and it appeared very safe. Again, it looks like they have put some work into this hotel-- so it doesn't feel run down just needs some more things to make it worth what we paid to stay. All around a 3/5 hotel but for the area, I think we did okay.

I wasn’t expecting the Hilton, but this property needs a lotta love. Beds, bathroom seemed clean, but the carpet was disgusting. I took my shoes off and the carpet was sticky (yes the whole room). All of the maintenance was done very unprofessional! This place needs to have more attention to detail in maintenance and cleaning !!

This hotel was decent for a short stay, not too far from the transit station meaning I didn't need to get ubers often. The breakfast was basic consisting of cereal, breads, yoghurt, cheese spread and fruit but there were no gluten free choices. Granted I didn't ask for any but there was no sign to say it was available on request. I bought my own as my stay was so short. The staff are lovely and helpful, there was a problem with the shower and it was resolved as promised and they cannot be faulted at all. This hotel is looking tired and could benefit from an upgrade but the room I stayed in was large and the bed very comfortable which I much appreciated after travelling from the UK. I would stay here again with no worries as the area feels nice and safe even as a woman travelling alone in my case.

Staff were friendly. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. It was too soft and had little support on the bottom. The bathroom was dated, and the toilet flush lever was broken in our room. The air-conditioner was also broken and only the fan option worked. The room got cery hot in the evenings, even in September. It was too noisy outside to keep the window open at night.

Staff was courteous and helpful. They were doing some renovations on the entryway, making entry difficult for two aging seniors. Rooms were clean, but dated. Many eating places near by, but public transportation was not convenient.

I was beyond disappointed with how uncomfortable the beds were. My son wasn’t able to sleep well and there was the loudest banging from the floor above throughout the whole night. You could hear everything happening and it didn’t let me or my family sleep at all both nights

The wifi didn't really work well at all in my room. I was at the end of the hall, farthest from the lobby. I could connect, but couldn't even load emails. As soon as I walked to the lobby, it worked great, so definitely location related. I was on the first floor and the floor above me was very loud. I could easily hear people above me walking around. Loud, squeaky sounds :-(

Stay went poorly as they didn’t have my reservation when I got there. And on the second day I was collecting ice to ice my leg and one worker said not to take that much ice. Seeing as it’s just ice and I’m a paying guest I found this to be rude

Property owners are VERY STRICT. They watch you in the cameras like a hawk and have very odd rules for the hotel...such as no taking food to uour room. It was clean and linens smelled freshly bleached which i appreciate.

After I went to check out from this particular location they tried to say that I had put some stuff over the smoke detector alarm when I don't even smoke and they took my deposit plus I stayed there on three different occasions as well and each time after I left there I had to call my bank and file a dispute to get my deposit back that they take from your card so they will lie and say whatever they have to in order to keep your deposit not very friendly and all around bad experience with them

Very inexpensive and hotel was a bit worn around the edges. Front desk was very friendly and helpful ( rented 2rooms and moved one room from a king to 2 queens). Much safer feeling than it appeared at first glance. Breakfast was super basic. Bananas , yogurt. Cold cereal.

Hard to locate as it has only one way in/out and comes off the street (one way) with a small sign only to direct you between and behind other businesses. Had to circle around to find it. But location made it quiet. Nice staff.

Great place to stay. Good location, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. It is located a bit further off the street than many hotels, which helps with noise pollution. If I had any issues, it would be that the hotel is at the top of a short but steep grade, which makes getting in and out of the parking lot a little tricky by car, but the benefits of staying here outweigh that little inconvenience, especially since you get to stay in a somewhat quieter location. I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at this hotel. The clerk at check-in was very nice and was prompt with my check-in. The room was clean and the towels had a nice presentation. They were a step up from most budget hotel which was great. It looks like the room had been recently upgraded with new faucets. The continental breakfast was adequate. It had the basics for a good breakfast but was a little light in selection. The coffee was very good. I will stay here again if I'm in the area again.

Breakfast could have been better, just toast, bagels, bananas, yogurt, tea and coffee. Very limited selection. Property was well maintained, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The entrance to parking lot is a bit steep. Just need to be careful of the grade and go slow to avoid hitting the underside of your car on the conrete

I would rate them totally good. Good staff, good cleaning, good facility. Two negative points: No TV cable in the room. Breakfast service was not good. If you go late for breakfast, everything will be out as they are not doing refill.
