the parking lot was being repaved so we could not park by the front door but that's only a temporary thing. The staff gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant, Pies and Pints. It's pizza and salad and great beer selection in a casual dining setting.

The staff is wonderful and the rooms are always clean! Unfortunately, the hotel is under renovation so the pool was closed but overall we enjoy our stay. This is our hotel of choice whenever we travel to Morgantown which is about 6-7 times a year.

We checked in late and my daughter wanted to go to the pool so we changed real quick and headed to the pool, but once we came back up to the room and really started looking through the place it was not clean by any means. The beds were clean but that was all. They are currently under construction which is no big deal, but their contractor is super sloppy too and left grout all over the tiles & paint on the back of the door. (Didn’t bother us but looks shabby). The pool was nice though!

When I arrived the building was undergoing renovations. I was no told this when I reserved the room. I was placed on the 5th floor and could hear a saw-saw until about 6. There was not any running water. I had to leave the shower and sink faucet open for 5 minutes before the water came on. I was not warned about this either and was attempting to shower. In the evening I went down to the pool. The he pool light fixture was floating pulled from its location and floating along the pool with exposed wire. I realize that the breaker probably had kicked so there was no electricity to the fixture, but still wasn’t going to risk it and get into the pool. To top it off there was a bandaid that clearly had been left there for quite some time. Finally when I went to check out the following morning there was no one at the front desk and the phone was ringing and ringing

Hotel is located in a great location near many restaurants and close to grocery store. Room was “ok” but must have used a greasy rag to wipe everything off …..smeared on desk, nightstand, TV. Bathroom could use a good cleaning and scrubbing. These hotels near stadium & hospital get a lot of traffic

Great location to stay if you’re going to a WVU football game. Parking was convenient and it was nice to have all the restaurants and shops right there. We parked the car by the hotel and walked everywhere including to the stadium which was about a 10 min walk. Be aware though if you’re going to walk you’re walking in the side of a busy highway. Room was clean and comfortable but there was a very strange smell in the bathroom. Very strong and smelled bad. I’ve never smelled anything like that before so I can’t even explain what it smelled like.

The bathroom was not cleaned. When ready to use it, there was hair in various places including the bath 🛁. The bath was wet like someone just used it earlier. It looked like it was not washed when last used. Persons hair on bathroom wall, in crevice and towards the shower head. Dirty spotsbwith debris around bathroom sink.

The staff was excellent, hotel clean, rooms were clean. The parking was a bit of a nightmare as the parking lot is super small and I had to park all the way in the back and walk around the building. The bed was not comfortable at all. It was like sleeping on a brick.

Finally a hotel with a hot tub.The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and Zac went above and beyond to contact Orbitz for me to check on an extra reservation charge. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close. Nice hotel.

Really nice, love the renovations. The only complaint-the air conditioner unit is VERY VERY LOUD. Like airplane on a tarmac loud. It goes on intermittently through the night ( we had to keep it on because it was really hot otherwise) and had me up every few minutes. I was hoping the renovation would have included an updated AC but no luck.

While understanding that they are renovating! Our bed was broke and box spring and mattress were just on the floor. Ac was leaking and half of our floor was wet. Poor parking and charge a pet fee for service animal

The operations manager was the best. He was able to get me onemore night stay that I needed during the crazy football weekend so I didn't has to move hotel. All staff was amazing and had great customer service.

Staff at check-in was very friendly and told us our room stay included breakfast. The next morning we were not on the list for breakfast. Morning staff person was not friendly. The carpet in the room and hallway was shabby and stained, and there was trash left on the floor of the bathroom. Luggage trolleys need new tires. They were almost unusable. Reported this to the morning desk staff and they didn’t seem to care. We would not stay here again.

Great location to stay if you’re going to a WVU football game. Parking was convenient and it was nice to have all the restaurants and shops right there. We parked the car by the hotel and walked everywhere including to the stadium which was about a 10 min walk. Be aware though if you’re going to walk you’re walking in the side of a busy highway. Room was clean and comfortable but there was a very strange smell in the bathroom. Very strong and smelled bad. I’ve never smelled anything like that before so I can’t even explain what it smelled like.

We have tried several hotels in Morgantown area. This one is ok. We had a double bed room. The one bed was horrible and needed replaced, the other one was ok. Bathrooms fixtures were rusted and shower head was much to be desired and I felt like if I tried to adjust it may fall apart… definitely could use some upgrades. The lobby was clean and beautiful, front desk staff accommodating which was a plus. The Bar seems nice but bartender was literally standing behind bar and when we went to sit down said “we don’t open for another 5 minutes”….ok we would have waited but seemed very annoyed and didn’t even say like have a seat I’ll be right with you… that’s ok went across street to Buffalo Wild Wings. Very turned off by that and honestly everyone we have ever encountered in WV businesses have been more than polite and accommodating. So chalking that up to him having a poo day…. All I all this will not be my first choice of hotels in area. But I do like many of the restaurants in the plaza it’s in.

This hotel was nice, the only draw back was how cold it was in the lobby - had to find a spot near window to get sun heat to warm up, and the cost of breakfast. It seems many hotels are no longer providing free breakfast as part of package. the cost of around $15 for a buffet is high. but overall, would stay again.
