Perfect location directly opposite the terminal. Poor signage for parking cost me £5 to literally turn around and exit the parking lot immediately after entering, in the wrong lane.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff on reception were welcoming and friendly. Gym clean, although limited. Disappointed that the tables in the bar area were unclean and needed wiping despite the place being empty. Breakfast wasn’t great, limited cereals, ham curled up at the edges, overcooked sausages and raw mushrooms. Only a few oranges for fruit. Poor continental choice too. Very overpriced for what we received. Car park charge was £12 and visitor charge per person per night. Don’t think we would stay here again

Hotel has no toilet facilities in reception/bar area- you have to go to your room or friends have to go into the airport to use toilet - this has been going on for 3 months now due to incomplete renovation Also breakfast was poor due to breakfast area undergoing renovation

First thing to share is that the hotel is on the top level of Liverpool airport's short stay carpark, when you arrive at the entrance of the carpark it states overnight parking cost £58. I almost turned around and left when i saw this, Ignore this, guests at the hotel get a much cheaper rate, as long as you notify the front desk. When i stayed it was £12 per night. Unfortunately when i stayed the kitchen was out of action, so meals weren't available, however there was a pretty good pizza available. The hotel was in very good order, very clean and tidy, my room was nearly on the top level and offered what i felt was a good view, mostly of the carpark and airport, but also the mersey beyond. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it if you are in the vicinity.

The staff were good. However the hotel itself is not in good shape. No beer on tap, no working toilets on the reception/ bar floor- told to go back to room. Walls are paper thin, was woken up by room next door using hairdryer at 5am. It has the advantage of being super close to the airport- other than that, avoid.

Excellent location and good value (when on offer). Enjoyed the stay however had a problem finding the hotel/car park. There are no signs how to get to the hotel and could easily end up on another car park on the ground flood (and get charged extra). No hotel phone number on tbe booking to call them. Also no info on hotel website on where to park.

Parking not clear went in wrong park and had to pay £5 to get out Although the hotel stated parking available it cost a further £12 I had to wade through wet and slush to reception to find out where to park

The dining area was filthy. Dirt on the floor with remains of food from customers breakfast. Serving spoons were not resting on a plate but instead a table spoon rested on a paper napkin which stuck to the spoon! The sliced bread was uncovered. Serving area was messy , unattended in order to maintsin cleanliness standards. A cloth and cleaning agentvwas the first thing visible on the table where serving plates were made available. I informed receotion staff and it seemed to be "fobbed"off -apologies given but nothing attended to even after i went back to help myself to some coffe from the filthy coffee/tea machine with spilafes onnthe floor abd sugar and stained fluids on shelf. 5 other customers were unhappy with regards to cleanliness ( only one othet customer also spoke to reception staff)and condition of dining area and food service area. The customer dining room bin was overflowing to max with rubbish spilling over. Weetabix was sprawled on table tops. Food ( bacon/ scrambled egg) in bain-marie was dry and unpalatable with dirty table spoons( not serving spoons) - some directly on the table top, some on a paper napkins! I have taken photographs. Appaling level of cleanliness. Bedrooms were of an "alright" standard ' - corridor carpets had obvious dirt on them. Bathrooms were decently supplied with tissues, toilet roll,toiletries and bath towels which was axrekief. I stayed for 2 nights. I was not a happy customer. Will stay at Premier Inn or Travel Lodge next time.

Four out of five towels were Dirty (visible stains) and not feeling fresh. Blod stains on the bed sheet. Overall got a strange feeling about this hotel from the start of my stay. I wouldn't recommend it.

I Am left totally underwhelmed by my visit and it didn't fulfil the 100% happy guarantee it didn't even come close, one of the worst hotel visits I've ever experienced. On entering not one receptionist even cracked a smile, they looked positively unhappy to be there. The conversational tone wasn't great or welcoming. As I arrived late I just wanted a quick shower and food, iI found my room freezing cold as the heater was switched off and there was no water pressure in the shower so the water just dribbled out and was either freezing cold or scolding. I went to reception to complain and they told me they would investigate while I ate food, someone went up to investigate and when I went back to the reception desk I was told that every room on that level had the same problem so there was no benefit on changing my room and there wasn't anything that could be done, and they didn't expect anyone to look at the problem e.g. a plumber till the following day. My room had rubbish on the floor so it didn't look as though it had been hoovered, the paint and décor was tired, the bed sheet was dirty, A towel was dirty. The Bed was very hard and the 4 pillows were tiny square as hard as sugar cubes. Food wasn't great and the breakfast was overcooked and cold I complained and they removed everything. The curtain was tissue thin so the airport lit up the room. Slamming doors woke me up at 5 I can only count my blessing there were no late flights. Id avoid.

We stayed for one night on our way back from holiday. The sofa bed was unfolded and made ready for our 4 year old to sleep in. Sticking out of the side, clearly visible was a large tissue, drenched in blood. We called reception immediately and we were moved to another room but I couldn’t believe it.

Hairs in shower, double bed was rock hard and the sofa bed was awful. It had a huge dent in the mattress, so I sank with my head downhill and legs raised!! I ended up sleeping at the foot of the sofa bed, but there was a metal bar across the bed which meant I had to sleep half way down the bed to avoid it which meant I had to sleep scrunched up in a ball. Hardly slept. Wouldn't stay here again.

Room was grand but couldn't get air conditioning off so quite cold and quilt was too light. Fairly noisy with people talking all night in neighbouring rooms. Breakfast was ok but mushrooms were not cooked. Overpriced but convenient.

Air con fan would intermittently ’rattle’ all night long, but room was too stuffy to do without. I am sure we had this problem years ago. Very overpriced as well for basic amenities and drinks etc.

Generally a good experience for a one night stay.Would have preferred an opening window and would also have thought that there would have been usb points.No drawers so nowhere to put clothes other than a shelf which was high up.Ok for one night but not for longer.Staff pleasant and polite and the stay served it's purpose

Awful, next door was having a party, the noise was so bad I could hear it with earplugs in, phone to reception didn't work but they did come up and ask them to keep it down. It carried on so I moved rooms but it is a noisy hotel as a rule being an airport one, wouldn't stay here again due to this

Stayed twice on 19th and 27th Oct as we were flying from Liverpool airport. On 19th there was only 1 member of staff covering check in and food orders. A queque formed at each and eventually another member of staff arrived. Not good enough. This is not a criticism of the member of staff who was doing her best to check guest in.

If I could remember the names of the duty staff, I would individually name and praise them. I discovered a number of defects in our assigned room; (408) and reported them at breakfast. they were all remedied before we had finished our meal! We could not have asked for more supportive and friendly staff.

woken up by housekeeping at 8.20 am trying to open the door despite being given a late checkout. we did not check in until after midnight.maybe they should be given a list of who has checked out before trying to clean the rooms

PROS- -friendly and helpful front desk staff -excellent location, quick walk to airport -clean CONS -bad smell in one of the rooms -none of the lights worked (even with card in) in one of the rooms -housekeeping staff came and knocked loudly on every room in corridor at 8 AM. We arrived in the middle of the night with small children and it was a one night stay so the hotel should be managing this better. -breakfast -many things empty when we arrived but they slowly refilled them.

Location wise great 5 mins from airport. Room outdated for Hilton quality. Sofa bed instead 2nd bed not ideal for the price paid therefore didnt use. Cleanliness bathroom ok very clean , dust behind bed lamps not great. Not enough coffee milk for 2 people. Staff friendly very good service. Charged 50 extra on arrival deposit , hidden cost showed after booking. Breakfast o.k. Overall positive experience. Would I book again ? Only because of location.

Excellent hotel with good transport links into Liverpool City centre or Liverpool South Parkway. Bus terminal right opposite the hotel. Stayed for one night, and room was spacious and clean and staff are very friendly.

Great location, not just for the airport but for the city centre using public transport.Rooms were very comfortable with great air conditioning.Breakfast was excellent with cereals and pastries starting at 4am and a cooked breakfast at 6am.

Very clean rooms, convenient for airport, and friendly staff. However, no bath towels in room, kettle didn’t work, clanging noise all night from air conditioning which was turned off and noise from other rooms. Very limited menu. Ordered food which did not arrive. Ran out of drinks at the bar.

We have always found the Hampton Inn welcoming and comfortable. But on this occasion sadly not, they had suffered a "2nd" flood in the dining area, whilst on the 1st occasion the complimentary Breakfast was available, this time we were not so lucky, and had snack bags delivered to our room instead. This was bad enough but on two of the three days of our stay, the managed to leave only one bag! As for the room, it was properly serviced only once, we couldn't reuse our towels and so had to call reception, had to ask for more supplies of tea and milk too. Lastly whilst we done visif hotels to watch TV, having called reception on arrival, and each time we used the TV having to reset the channels, this was very inconvenient. We will think again about staying here.

Good: clean, convenient, helpful staff, comfortable mattress and good pillow Bad: aircon not working so room boiling so slept poorly. Poor food, specifically the red Thai veg curry: stale poppadom, hard bread, tepid overcooked rice, barely any vegetables but lavish quantities of sliced chillies so far too hot to eat. Staff refunded it and we finally got baked potatoes nearly two hours after sitting down.

Very handy location . Staff are very helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is very poor with limited selection and cheap basic ingredients. I didn’t have an evening meal but the selection is very poor . The hotel stay isn't really worth the money except for convenience .
