I stay there often and the staff is wonderful! Dining near by, close to my destination, large comfortable rooms. A relatively small area that needs some attention is key cards that keep demagnetizing. Can be frustrating but they are always ready to assist.

Expedia, apple maps, google maps has said pets welcome which is why we choose this place and on our second day there we were informed they were not pet friendly and we would have to leave or pay an extra $200 dollars, which had un stressed looking for another hotel on short notice when we had to be ready for a wedding People had seen the dogs the afternoon before and no one had said anything till the next day

They’re initially a couple of things that lead to a rocky start. Most importantly was the closet being unable to open more than a couple of inches on either side. I reported this to the front desk and the desk personnel came to the room immediately to check out the situation. She got down on the floor to inspect the door,& determined both doors were off the tracks. She fixed it and showed the housekeeper what to do if that happened in another room. That was a good example of a teaching moment in a professional non threatening communication manner. I was pleased on how it was handled, quickly and efficiently. It will be a go to facility next time I get to stay in Nogales

As I have stayed at this Best Western before, I was shocked at the lies I was told when I tried to check in after 4pm on July 11 (check in was at 3pm). I was not upset the room was not ready as I was informed there was a rainstorm the night before and additional cleanup had to be done. I was asked to come back in an hours time of which I agreed. I decided to call and ask if the room was ready 90 minutes later, and was told Hotels.com cancelled it on me. I had no information as to this. I was angry, upset and frustrated with having to find another hotel immediately. I WILL NEVER STAY AT BEST WESTERN AGAIN. VERY DISSAPPOINTED

Several hours After checking out, I realized I left my favorite pillow I travel with at the hotel. I called and they had found my pillow. Since I was in Mexico by then it was going to be 2 weeks before I could get back to pick it up. I was certain it would be lost or forgotten by then. but no, when I stopped by to pick it up, the desk person went right back to the office and handed it to me! Took less then 3 minutes!

Upon checkin we didn't get the room we paid for, we paid for an oversized room and the girl at front desk gave us a regular 2 queen beds. When we asked she thats what the computer gave her. Then the gave us 2 room keys and told us to pick a room from the 2. Well one of the room did happen to be the oversized room. Not to mention the first room given (202) door was slightly open. Thats a safety issue.

My husband and I really like this hotel. The choices are minimal in Nogales and this Best Western is clean quiet and very friendly helpful staff. We visit often as we have family in Rio Rico. Its also close to shopping and restaurants

We stayed here twice this year, on the eay in, snd out of Mexico. Very nice, clean room, easy to find hotel, close to dining areas. And the free breakfast! My only surprise was the smaller screened TV.
