Excellent location at World Trade Center area, and the view of Saint Nicholas Orthodox Shrine was breathtaking at night. The restaurant and bar were closed for renovation and it wasn’t listed as such. Plus some things didn’t work like nearly all the outlets in the room. The affiliated garage nearby couldn’t handle SUV. Overall good stay. The train was a 5 minute walk.

Excellent location (access to public transportation, quiet). Large room fitting 3 people. Staff so-so (some employees really nice and professional, some others quite unfriendly). Just one negative point: elevators are a real nightmare.

While the property is slightly dated, it is my favorite place to stay at. Situated between several subway stops, so you can get easily around. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean with comfy beds. Looks like a lot of airline personnel also stays there, that's always a good sign. I like the free filtered water stations on each floor, as well as the free coffee and tea in the lobby.

Affordable room very close to WTC and Financial District. There are kiosks for self checkin. Food at 20th floor restaurant was nice but overpriced, in my opinion, for the portions offered. Would recommend finding a restaurant outside of the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very clean and the staff was pleasant. There is a restaurant inside however the breakfast options are slim. It is in walking distance to a nice diner and other restaurants. The terrace view was amazing but the room next doors window opens to your terrace which is odd. You can look right into their room. The elevator service did not run at full capacity which was needed on a busy weekend. The overall experience was great.

I was a little upset when we arrived to learn that the rooftop deck and bar was closed. That was the main reason we booked this hotel and on expedia it did not show that it was closed because it was under maintenance. So we were very upset about that.

This has to be one of my new favorites in NY! Clean, nice, good location, comfortable, gorgeous views. Front desk was amazing. They held our luggage too during check out day. The free water in the lobby and floors is great along with the free coffee and espressos downstairs. That was a huge plus. Rooms aren’t that big but you’re not there enough anyway. Shower was nice. I absolutely loved this hotel!!!!

This hotel was absolutely HORRENDOUS. It was so bad that I cut my stay short. The hotel is not affiliated with any parking garages; they are only allowed to recommend where to park. When we went to the recommended garage, they were turning people away. We searched for 45 minutes to find parking and because we didn't park in their recommended garage, I had to pay the $92 overnight parking fee. Afterwards, all I wanted to do was shower and sleep. The shower water was ICE COLD. My traveling partner went to shower as well, but the washcloth was smeared with a previous guest's makeup. Staff upgraded our room. In the second room, the shower head was absolutely FILTHY. The wallpaper was peeling, the outlets were loose, and by then I'd decided I'd had enough. I paid WAY too much for an experience even a highway-side motel wouldn't give me.

The hotel felt a bit dated, floor 10 smelt of sick as you walked through the corridor and the bed felt either soft or well used. The housekeeping was a little unreliable. But views across to the world trade centre were fantastic and the reception staff were on point, particularly Runita who made my little ones day for being super cool.

This was one of the nicest hotel stays we’ve had. We had a beautiful room with a view overlooking the 911 memorial pool. The front desk staff were exceptional and the rooms were immaculately clean as was the entire hotel.

I loved the view of our hotel room. However our room needed lots of maintenance. Non working light, crack in the ceiling, broken door handle to the balcony, coffee all over the walls, many scratches on the facilities.

The Lobby and common area was overwhelmed with the smell of Marijuana!! The 6th floor hallway had the smell of cigarette smoke. I thought this was a no smoking property. Very annoying and disappointing!

The bathroom mirror door was cracked. I called for toilet paper 3x over 3 hours and had to go to the desk to ask again. I was tild that they were busy. There was not a housekeeper or anyone to empty garbage or provide towels. Bathroom had chipped paint on the doors. I paid close to 800 for 2 nights of a subpar hotel that was supposed to be a great hotel

The room was perfect -- quiet with an eastward view and high enough to minimize street traffic noise, as I had requested. I had suggested the room I had in June, and that was the room I got. The room was perfectly clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

For being in such great location, these place locks and cleaning this in their rooms, they have the drinking water glass above the toilet, these people should know that that is a no no to do The whole place is carpet, and the carpet needs to be clean is so dirty. You are afraid to walk, barefoot I book a king size bedroom, and they put me in a queen size room without explaining what they did even though I asked for these in particular, they didn’t even apologize for it and they still wanted to charge me the same price, I had to point this out to The front desk person in order to get the price corrected I do love the restaurant is amazing, the food and the view is a spec spectacular

It was cumbersome to need to use room key to operate elevator. Also, air conditioner did not work and I did not call to have it fixed because I did not know how to use the mechanism (tablet) on the wall. When I called the office they sent maintenance, but they could not fix it. The stay was uncomfortable due to the air conditioner.

We stayed here in 2012 and loved it, so we booked it again in 2024. Problem is, it looks the same as 2012! It absolutely needs some updates. The wallpaper was peeling, the drywall had chunks missing, the bathroom electrical socket didn’t work, one of the nightstand plugs didn’t work, etc. The fridge was so loud we had to unplug it in order to sleep. This goes for the HVAC/AC too. It was so loud that I couldn’t sleep, but then the room was so hot without it that I kept waking up. We were also on the 2nd floor, overlooking a loading dock and garbage dumpster so we had a lot of delivery and truck noise too. I haven’t slept that badly in years.

My employer chose this property as it’s close to where our meetings were held. My room was spacious, clean, quiet. Good shower with quality shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided. No other toiletries were provided. No safe, fridge, mini bar, water bottles in room. However there are water facilities in the hall on each floor. Nespresso machine in room and they have free coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Mattress was too soft and I had trouble regulating the temperature in the room. Overall I would stay again if I need to be in that area but I wouldn’t choose that area for a vacation - better suited for business travel.

I cannot get over how amazing my experience was with this stay. Everything from the view, location, comfort! 5 stars all around. Staff was friendly and helpful, the bed and pillows were superb, and easy access to EVERY subway we needed via the oculus! We had a room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the water AND the 9/11 memorial. Sounds dramatic, but I literally almost cried when I saw the view. The ONLY thing I would say to improve is the shower head. The water pressure wasn’t strong enough for me.
I cannot get over how amazing my experience was with this stay. Everything from the view, location, comfort! 5 stars all around. Staff was friendly and helpful, the bed and pillows were superb, and easy access to EVERY subway we needed via the oculus! We had a room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the water AND the 9/11 memorial. Sounds dramatic, but I literally almost cried when I saw the view. The ONLY thing I would say to improve is the shower head. The water pressure wasn’t strong enough for me.

The hotel itself is reasonable, and if you’re looking for somewhere ideal for downtown and the World Trade Centre, then this is for you… if you don’t mind paying way over the top. It’s way over priced for a three star at best. It’s also massively over booked. Check in is 3pm, but they couldn’t find us a room until 9.30pm and only if we excepted a downgrade. On the upside the beds are super comfortable.

Terrible check in experience, with a 3 o’clock check in we showed up at 330 and did not get into our room until 6. The staff was less than accommodating in the wait stating the “check in starts at 3.” Despite the convenient location I would not recommend staying here again.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 families. Both to sleep 2 adults and 2 kids. I paide for the suites to look over the towers memorial. When i arrived, i was given one suite as requested and another on the bottom floor facing the alley with sleeping arrangements for 3. After a hassle, My family was able to secure a fold away bed to jam into the small room. I was told to email the manager, which I did, and received no response. The next day i spoke with the front desk and they were able to move my accommodation to the correct room type. Throughout this ordeal I received no response from the manager and was told at checkout that no notes were placed in the system. No discount, no sorry. Just a "deal with it".

I am an active duty Firefighter in town for the 9/11 ceremonies. I tried to check in to the hotel around 2am and the gentleman working at the desk said it was too late to check in. I was forced to sleep in a car. I have called the hotel several times and they will not assist me with a refund

Love the location, the view from our room was amazing. However, the check-in time at 3PM is not a guarantee and our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 5:30pm. They did their best to try to accomodate, but that was a disappointment

Ideal location away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square especially this time of year (December) - perfect location and right opposite the Memorial Pools. This hotel is very convenient to my office on Rector Street in the financial district. It is also within easy walking distance to the 1, 2, 3 lines and the 4, 5, 6 lines. It is in a very quiet location -- I was on the third floor and had no noise. Even though it's a little isolated at night, it's actually in a pretty safe location based on my experience with the area. The room itself was modern, with a good shower, comfortable bed, and good desk for working on a laptop.

This is the best hotel to stay in New York! Easily accessible from Newark airport, several subway lines are passing from there, making it easy and fast to get around New York, and very safe area with a lot of police 24/7! The hotel is clean and the rooms are more spacious than other New York hotels. The view is also amazing!

Perfect location for downtown, World Trade Centres and Ground Zero, as well as Wall St and southern Manhatten boat trips. There are about 3 or 4 metro stations nearby, all on different lines. Times Square is approx a 15 min metro ride, with each journey costing $2.90.

It's very clean and nice to stay in. The location is just great! Near different subway stations, you can reach the many sites easily. Brooklyn bridge is about 17min by foot as well as the ferry terminal to get to Liberty Island. The view from my room was just amazing! Right in front of WTC, it was incredible! I'd go back to this hotel without a doubt!

Excellent location at World Trade Center area, and the view of Saint Nicholas Orthodox Shrine was breathtaking at night. The restaurant and bar were closed for renovation and it wasn’t listed as such. Plus some things didn’t work like nearly all the outlets in the room. The affiliated garage nearby couldn’t handle SUV. Overall good stay. The train was a 5 minute walk.

The hotel was lovely, they let us check in prior to 3pm which was great so we could leave our luggage and make it to the boat ride we planned. There was cabs right out front, the front desk was very accommodating to direct us towards the subway to get home. The only thing is that breakfast was advertised but was only coffee or tea, and the terrace was closed for construction. Other than that beautiful room w/ a pull out chair for my child to sleep on, more spacious then I thought with an amazing view. Would go back, really enjoyed our stay in an area that wasn't too touristy.

Could not have a better location or staff BUT the website descriptions need to be updated. It SAYS there are TWO restaurants on site and that they serve breakfast. In fact there are NO restaurants. There is also absolutely no late check out. On the plus side the room is like a small apartment, including a separate area with a couch and desk and second TV. Our room overlooked the 9-11 Memorial site, directly. Very walkable to Wall Street, the NY Stock Exchange, 9-11 Memorial, Trinity Church, etc. Overall, aside from an easy breakfast, this was a stellar find!

Affordable room very close to WTC and Financial District. There are kiosks for self checkin. Food at 20th floor restaurant was nice but overpriced, in my opinion, for the portions offered. Would recommend finding a restaurant outside of the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very clean and the staff was pleasant. There is a restaurant inside however the breakfast options are slim. It is in walking distance to a nice diner and other restaurants. The terrace view was amazing but the room next doors window opens to your terrace which is odd. You can look right into their room. The elevator service did not run at full capacity which was needed on a busy weekend. The overall experience was great.
