What a gem - in quiet village - our go to place to stay to visit Designer Outlet and York city the next day - staff extremely welcoming and helpful - cosy country atmosphere -our second stay and will be going back to try the super menu for Sunday lunch - thanks team for making our stays so perfect every time !!!

Clean and comfortable room, great food, breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had anywhere, a great credit to the Chef ! Will definitely return again for another stay. Staff were friendly & courteous. A lovely pub hotel in a quiet village.
