Fantastisk beliggenhet, med matbutikk rett utenfor døren og masse spisesteder i gå avstand fra hotellet. Det var romslig leilighet. Vi bodde i 14 etasje med to soverom, tre bad, vaskerom, to balkonger og kjøkken. Putene i sengen var steinharde og man kan se at det er litt slitt. Men godt renhold og det meste man trenger på ferie. Frokost var helt midt på treet. Og de burde kjøpe inn flere solstoler ved bassenget. Veldig greit med stor garasje nede og inngang til heis rett opp. Det er trikke stopp rett utenfor hotellet, som tar deg til Metroen eller rundt på Marinaen. Om du vil prøve noe annet enn taxi.

Not recommend! Specially to any business travelers. Worst in hospitality and customer service. I hosted a group for business travel over 2 days for an corporate event, all my 16 guest complaint was disappointed. No water throughout the night and lift was not working for hours. If you call reception for inquiry, no answer. This kind of property should be delisted from Hotels.com I have been using Hotels.com for years now and made over 200+ Nights of hotel bookings. This was one of the worst among all. If you need to host any guest in here, I would recommend spend a few bucks extra and host them at Movenpick JBR or any other near by property.

The Hotel was difficult to find. If arriving by car the entrance is through an unmarked underground carpark at the rear of the building and our taxi driver had great difficulty in finding it. We telephoned the hotel for directions but the call was not answered. We were upgraded to a larger apartment which was welcome but it was all very dated and in need of refurbishment. The kitchen had suitable equipment, except for the lack of a toaster, but no instruction leaflets on how to use the combination oven. We had to ask for dishwasher tablets and a tea towel. The provision of cutlery and china was totally inadequate especially for a family size apartment. The daily housekeeping was thorough and the young man that provided it was very pleasant. Overall our three day stay was enough.

Very good and clean hotel. Sad part was that the hotel doesn’t have an entrance where taxis can drop or pick you off. They come in the parking lot. The main entrance/reception is unfortunately on the first floor where no cars coming.

We loved our stay. Clean apartment, great appliances and modern design. Easy parking and easy access to JBR street and the beach. Things worth mentioning is: shower head is broken, faucet is old, internet disconnects from TV most of time.

Struttura ubicata in un posto molto centrale di JBR con tantissimi servizio intorno non da ultimo un supermarket fornito di tutto aperto incredibilmente per 24 ore. Mare vicinissimo pero struttura in po datata e pulizie interne non ok. In compenso pero cambio di biancheria e sua pulizia davvero ok. Tutto sommato vacanza bellissima.

Aside from getting no sleep in the first night due to building work, and being unable to sleep during the day due to building work in the next room, the bathroom smelt from the plumbing and the warm breakfast offerings clearly having sat in the warmer for too long, the staff were as helpful as they could be. Maybe if you’re renovating you could let visitors know before they arrive so they have a choice instead of taking their money and expecting them to put up with it.

We had a four bedroom apartment which was big and loads of space. The view on the 17 floor was beautiful specially we got to the the drone display from the balcony. The accommodation was clean. We had some issues with the flat and the management was quick to look at it. The staff were nice and welcoming.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. They have the upmost respect for the guests and are very helpful. I felt like a very special and important guest and they demonstrate that same behavior towards everybody. Big tick on customer service. The hotel was very spacious and great sized beds, we went for a 2 bed apartment and it was huge. Only issue was the rooms looked slightly dated and there were areas which looked like there was dirt, like the vents which some might not think much off but that is an area which could be harbouring bacteria and germs. The room service team do a great job and i feel perhaps this area needs specialist care due to its location and complexity due to it having moving parts. The area is absolutely ideal as its a short walk from the beach if you take the route from outside the plaza and forecourt. Taxis drop you off at the parking level on the ground floor and there are a load of food places who can drop to your door service. Overall i think 4 stars is a fair score but if it was just for the customer service then this place gets top marks

Personale molto gentile anche se sicuramente poco preparato. I ragazzi alla reception non sapevano nemmeno dirci esattamente chi raffiguravano i quadri dietro al loro banco (lo sceicco di Abu Dhabi é Dubai). Struttura in posizione davvero eccezionale dotata di ogni comfort nei suoi immediati pressi. Colazione buona e varia. Appartamento evidentemente datato con alcune prese della corrente che non funzionavano e frigo in pessime condizioni. Pulizia davvero pessima, più di una volta abbiamo trovato le lenzuola del letto appena cambiate con diverse macchie/peli e i bidoni della stanza non svuotati. La carta igienica messa solo su richiesta anche se sta per finire, così come lo shampoo e il set di cortesia standard da hotel.

This hotel is perfectly located in JBR. It is very clean and the apartment has lots of room for a comfortable stay. By far, the best part was the personnel. The front desk staff, housekeeping, bell hop, maintenance and also the manager AND security guards were all lovely...polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have already recommended this hotel to my friend.

Unser Appartement war sehr groß, 2 Zimmer, großes Wohnzimmer, 2 Bäder, Küche, 2 Balkone. Der Blick auf die Marina war traumhaft. (Zimmer 803) Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Supermarkt gleich neben dem Hotel, die Tram in der Nähe. Dubai Marina Mall zu Fuß erreichbar. Würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Das Appartment war sehr gross, alletdings war die Eibrichtung abgewohnt.Die beiden Bäder waren nicht schön, auch die Küchenmöbel fiel teilweise auseinander. Hier muss dringend reniviert werdenn. Séjour en famille de 6 personnes de 9 nuits, très bien placé de nombreux restaurants et petits commerces à proximité. Très belle vue sur la marina Le personnel est top, très attentif et réactif aussi bien à la réception, le ménage, les excursions L’appartement de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains, 4 wc est très spacieux le plus un lave linge et lave vaisselle. This is a very good value option in a great location. The apartment was really large, the washing machine was good, bathrooms were good also. The only thing to be aware of is that the kitchen contains only the very basics so if you plan on cooking any meals then this apartment is probably not for you. If this isn't an issue for yo then I would definitely recommend.

We had a four bedroom apartment which was big and loads of space. The view on the 17 floor was beautiful specially we got to the the drone display from the balcony. The accommodation was clean. We had some issues with the flat and the management was quick to look at it. The staff were nice and welcoming.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. They have the upmost respect for the guests and are very helpful. I felt like a very special and important guest and they demonstrate that same behavior towards everybody. Big tick on customer service. The hotel was very spacious and great sized beds, we went for a 2 bed apartment and it was huge. Only issue was the rooms looked slightly dated and there were areas which looked like there was dirt, like the vents which some might not think much off but that is an area which could be harbouring bacteria and germs. The room service team do a great job and i feel perhaps this area needs specialist care due to its location and complexity due to it having moving parts. The area is absolutely ideal as its a short walk from the beach if you take the route from outside the plaza and forecourt. Taxis drop you off at the parking level on the ground floor and there are a load of food places who can drop to your door service. Overall i think 4 stars is a fair score but if it was just for the customer service then this place gets top marks

This hotel is perfectly located in JBR. It is very clean and the apartment has lots of room for a comfortable stay. By far, the best part was the personnel. The front desk staff, housekeeping, bell hop, maintenance and also the manager AND security guards were all lovely...polite, friendly and knowledgeable. This hotel is perfect for those who want to be in JBR at a reasonably affordable hotel apartment. The staff is superb, the location is absolutely central to everything in JBR, and it’s clean. I liked the spaciousness of the apartment with a kitchen, which suited me well. Again, I cannot say enough about the management, front desk team, maintenance, bellhop, and housekeeping…they really made my stay comfortable and accommodated all my requests. Kudos to them!

We stayed for New Year 2 nights. For this low level Hotel, the price we paid was not reasonable. Close to scandal. Not enough that we paid too much, then we got our room 3 hours too late, very unfriendly staff at reception. In our appartement we found long hair next to bed on floor of guests before us, not acceptable even more in Covid Time. And in morning the breakfast was not eatable, 2nd day we didn't go any more. It was a baf stay in a bad hotel. Never again!

Personale molto gentile anche se sicuramente poco preparato. I ragazzi alla reception non sapevano nemmeno dirci esattamente chi raffiguravano i quadri dietro al loro banco (lo sceicco di Abu Dhabi é Dubai). Struttura in posizione davvero eccezionale dotata di ogni comfort nei suoi immediati pressi. Colazione buona e varia. Appartamento evidentemente datato con alcune prese della corrente che non funzionavano e frigo in pessime condizioni. Pulizia davvero pessima, più di una volta abbiamo trovato le lenzuola del letto appena cambiate con diverse macchie/peli e i bidoni della stanza non svuotati. La carta igienica messa solo su richiesta anche se sta per finire, così come lo shampoo e il set di cortesia standard da hotel.

Aside from getting no sleep in the first night due to building work, and being unable to sleep during the day due to building work in the next room, the bathroom smelt from the plumbing and the warm breakfast offerings clearly having sat in the warmer for too long, the staff were as helpful as they could be. Maybe if you’re renovating you could let visitors know before they arrive so they have a choice instead of taking their money and expecting them to put up with it.
