This is our third stay here which speaks for itself. The rooms are comfortable, lovely comfortable bed, the airport shuttle every half hour is great. Noticed this time there are now shuttle buses to 2 different malls too. There is a coffee shop, Costa, in the foyer and Mr Toad's pub and restaurant has excellent food.Curry night was amazing!

The property is just fine, nothing amazingly special. rooms are nice and has a good place to eat right inside with a costa coffee. I really liked the shuttle bus every 30 minutes that goes to airport. I used this to catch the metro down to Burj Khalifa. worked great. I think you can get other shuttles to shopping area as well. nice place close to airport for a reasonable price. Has some renovations going on right now which did not bother me. I recommmend

I was expecting a more budget hotel type of stay was pleasanty surprised. The staff was excellent from check in to out. The courtesy shuttle and attached coffee shop run 24/7. I also enjoyed the attached pub (Mr. Toad's) very much. My room was clean, comfortable, and much more spacious than I anticipated. The bathroom and shower were perfect for my travel needs. They are currently renovating rooms so I see only upside from here. I will gladly stay here again for a short stay in Dubai.

2度目の滞在でした。最初宿泊してから、近くのもう少し高いホテルに泊まっていましたが、リニューアルされていましたし、スタッフがよくて、これからまたこちらに泊まりたいと思いました。 \u3000最上階には、ルームキーでないと開けて入られない、小さなジムがあります。体重計もあり、器具もありました。プールは、屋上にある感じです。街の景色が見られました。 \u3000暑いので、一階のレストランで夕食を食べましたが、野菜や肉のグリルが、美味しかったです。特に野菜は、良いものを仕入れているようです。洗面所のコンセプトは、日本から持ってきたデバイスの充電がそのままできました。

We have been to this hotel many times and have wrote multiple 5* reviews. The only let down previously was the old furniture in the room but it never really impacted our stay as everything worked. However this trip we were given the new refurbished room and wow it’s a great improvement. This is now a serious contender for a hotel you book for a longer stay and save yourself a lot of money. Fortunately for me, I’ve got future bookings at this hotel, so I’m really looking forward to coming back!

Les chambres sont en cours de rénovation. Nous avons eu une chambre rénovée : plus de place dans l'entrée parce qu'il n'y a plus l'armoire. Une douche à la place de la baignoire. Service toujours aussi excellent.

Coffee shop Mr Toads and Restaurant but whoever designed the new rooms needs to look 👀 very seriously at where the safe is positioned laying on the floor to operate no good That’s if you can get someone to open it as it was locked The telephone takes up all of bedside table so can’t use charger socket

I have stayed a number of times at this Premier Inn when transiting through Dubai. It always delivers convenience and value for money. On this occasion I arrived during a period of refurbishment and, as a result, there was an overwhelming smell of paint in the corridor and in the room. Unfortunately, as I arrived early in the morning there were building noises while I was trying to sleep. I wasn’t aware of these works when I made the booking. That said the room had been updated to a good standard - such as a walk-in shower rather than having to climb into a bath to access the shower. Next stay I should be able to benefit from these improvements without the accompanying noise.

O hotel fica localizado em frente ao aeroporto e tem seus quartos muito bem estruturados e com bom isolamento acústico. Os quartos dispõem de boa infraestrutura e limpeza, como também são confortáveis. Não tomamos café da manhã no hotel, pois utilizamos para vôo de chegada e retorno ao país de origem, de modo que os horários foram sempre atípicos e impossibilitaram desfrutar do café da manhã. De toda forma, ao chegar, comemos snacks e gostamos do que o Hotel tinha a oferecer em um horário tão tarde.

Booked overnight stay to get decent rest for a 12.5 hour connecting flight. Used shuttle which was great, although recommend being ready early in the morning as it gets very busy. Check in was excellent with Shomaila providing friendly and professional service - explained everything about the rooms, food service, morning shuttle etc and provided us with connecting rooms as well - the service was what I’d expect at a five star hotel, to be honest. The hotel itself is impressive for a Premier Inn, nicely laid out, clean and welcoming. The rooms were great, clean, good wifi service and bathrooms were spacious and well equipped. Ordered room service and food was also good, no complaints - just a little pricey. Overall, I’d definitely use it again and was very impressed with this hotel.

The hotel is nice and convenient if you want to stay near the airport, however the customer service is terrible . I ask the staff if they could give me a wake up call because I had an early flight and they said they don’t provide that . It makes it feel like a cheap hotel when you ask them for a simple request and they are not able to help.

The property is conveniently close to the airport and they do provide a regular 24 hour shuttle bus service and the staff were over all very helpful. My only complaints are towards the management, 1. For a hotel so close to the Airport and so flights that leave early in the morning, it is not there policy to provide clients with telephone wake up calls, 2. There a no Resturants close by so you stuck with their’s and the dinner served was small and the can of soft drink was very small and both were ridiculously overpriced for what you got 3. I asked about toilets on the ground floor and the one I went and used would not flush at all. Management didn’t seem to bothered about any of these things. If I ever return to Dubai I will not be staying there and I will be recommending to any of my family and friends not to stay there either.

This stay was a one night stopover. It's very convenient for the airport and the airport shuttle bus is a useful bonus, running every 30mins from 5.00am. The hotel is located in a mixed residential/commercial area with a small selection of shops and the metro a few minutes walk away.It also operates shuttle buses to a couple of local shopping malls and there is a tour desk. The Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa/Fountain is about 20 minutes taxi drive away. My room was comfortable and very clean, although the bed seemed quite high. There is a small on site Costa coffee shop and the hotel has a restaurant. The staff were very helpful and professional on check in and throughout my brief stay. I would certainly stay again.

Ideal hotel to use if you’re arriving late at night or early hours of the morning, same if you’re leaving during those hours. Literally next to the airport but quiet and very cheap. Pointless spending hundreds an a night in a hotel if you’re not there for long/ a few hours. We booked there for our first and last nights as we arrived at 1am and flew back at 7am. In between we had top hotels elsewhere. Rooms from about £30 to £50 per night. Free parking too

I had a 16 hour layover on the way home via Dubai. This hotel was very convenient with free shuttle to the hotel from Terminal 3. It is a great place to rest up until the next flight. The restaurant was also conveniently located and a reasonable price with great food and good portions. I recommend it.
