Premier Inn Dubai International Airport - An Emirates Group Company

We had few issues with booking as we were arriving at 6am in the morning. We contacted through email which was very difficult to communicate with them initially and took time to find out how to contact someone through not being in the country. We wanted to check in early and just stay from 6am until 2pm to get our head down after travelling and before moving onto our booked accommodation. In the end even though with communication we had to just turn upon the day and wait to see if there was accommodation available earlier for us. If we checked in before 8am we would have had to pay for another full night. So we paid for breakfast and waited until 8am which then would only incur a fee of 150aed. We were happy with this due to just getting some rest was main focus. Initially we spoke to a woman about booking in just for the 5 hrs at which point she said come back 8am. On coming back at 8am a gentlemen helped us and asked about us checking out next day, I explained no we only want to check in now (8am) until 2pm to get some rest and freshen up. He was super helpful and went above and beyond in saying oh I'm so sorry you should have said earlier to us we could have got you in and he wavered the extra charge. I wish we had dealt with him from the start as made it a better experience for us (sadly I didn't get his name) but we were very grateful for his kindness and how he dealt with us. As always with premier inns, comfortable clean and will use again

Easy Tor a layover. Nice pool and great shuttle buses that take you to the airport and the shopping centre. Very clean

Great inexpensive stay near airport for rest before 2:30AM departure.

Good value hotel. Clean and comfy. 5 minutes in taxi from airport

Great location for long transit, close to airport, they have all facilities. Amazing breakfast for the value, clean rooms. Quick check in and out.
