What a fantastic hotel. The location could not be better, walking distance from Notre Dame, the Louvres, The Jardins du Luxembourg and much more. The staff was very very helpful. Delicious and varied breakfast. A rooftop bar with a 360 degree view of Paris. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

At first I really liked the hotel, the staff was great and helpful and the room had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. However, a few things happened over the stay that made me give a low rating. 1) the tiny elevators were so slow and 1 of the 2 did not work until the last day. 2) there was a day that we were told there were “no more towels” and we were brought robes instead which is not a replacement 3) and this is the biggest one - on our last day/night Paris was 99 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The AC to the entire building broke and we were forced to be in our room that was 28 * Celsius for the night. We asked for 2 fans ( one for each of the beds in the room) and were given 1 that did not work well. We did not sleep at all due to the heat and then had to get up early for our flight. I understand that things happen, but for a hotel that cost us over $5500 for 4 nights to not have sufficient fans in the event of a circumstance like that is unacceptable. I really should be refunded for our last night at the very least. That being said the people were friendly who worked there. I just think it’s a sham that this hotel is that expensive.

Fantastiskt, underbar rooftop med utsikt Eiffeltornet, jättefint rum, väl värt att boka med balkong och superb service för att inte tala om det vackraste gymmet någonsin med bara trä och läder redskap, vilket gjorde träningen ännu roligare. Bra läge, nära till sevärdheter, restauranger, caféer och RER tåget till o från flygplatsen. 10 av 10!

Utrolig hjelpsomt personale, som passer på å informere om alt, og spørre om du har alt som trengs om det så bare er å få med seg en flaske vann ved utsjekk. Fikk også rask respons og hjelp med et lukt-problem fra badet første dag. Hotellet er innbydende. Det er stille om natten og alt som trengs for en god natts søvn. Utsikten fra takterassen er magisk. Beliggenheten er uslåelig. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

Don’t look any further. This hotel is beautiful, only 3 years old so it’s in perfect shape. The rooftop is a dream, and a must over the summer. The service everywhere is 10/10. Located in the Latin quarters which is a great area, very close (3 mins) to the metro and many bars and restaurants near by. 5 minutes walk to the Notre Damme Cathedral!!

We were overjoyed at our choice to stay here! The area is so vibrant, the staff exceptionally friendly, and we were able to walk to so many Paris highlights. We loved the fun and bustling vibe around the hotel. The rooms are small but perfect and our signature terrace room gave us the perfect spot to drink our coffeee and watch the city come to life in the morning! The restaurant, breakfast, and outdoor patio are gorgeous with many options and booking the sauna was another highlight of our stay! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this stylish, extremely clean, and conveniently located hotel in Paris. The service was excellent, staff are friendly and they assisted us with arranging our transport to the airport for the day of our departure. Otherwise, the central location means you can walk and Uber everywhere. The rooftop terrace is awesome, amazing 360 degree views of the City and of course, the Eiffel Tower. We also had our own terrace in our room, which was lovely. The comments about the small room size are accurate as there is not much room around the bed to walk, let alone put your luggage. But the room was very nicely appointed and I really liked the lighting. I would definitely stay here again, but would opt for a larger room, if available.

Our stay was perfect!!! The staff could not have been any nicer. The concierge was so helpful. (Erwin) The room was small but seems to be the theme in Paris. Clean, clean clean (I am a little crazy with that so I’m happy to report that ) I suggest getting a room with a balcony. Opens it up a little more. We enjoyed that space. The roof top has an amazing view of the Eiffel tower. Restaurant, very nice. Food was good. Music on the weekends. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Notre Damn. A short cab ride to the Eiffel tower. The location is central to a lot of the tourist sights. Highly recommend!

Extremely comfortable hotel room. Well worth paying for terrace as we enjoyed sitting outside. Free mini bar replenished daily, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, continental with scrambled egg and bacon. Staff very attentive and friendly. Excellent location, close to metro and loads of restaurants and bars.

Our room was tiny. We barely had space for our 3 bags and had to keep them packed up in order to move around the room. Would appreciate it if Hotels.com alerted buyers to such small spaces, as basically all we could do was lay on the bed.

the property albeit in a nice location with a good walking score has terrible room amenities. The room is 200 sq ft, we had no room to place our luggage and the showers are less than 20 ins wide as a square cube leaving you unable to even turn in the shower. The gym facilities are terrible with no working machines although a decent set of dumb bells to 30 kg. Overall not worth the price, I believe some US jails are larger in sq footage than the room.

Great location in the 6th, great roof deck with Eiffel Tower view. Pleasant staff, very clean, stylish overall (bit of a hipster hotel, which is great if you’re looking for that). BUT: the room was so small we couldn’t even comfortably open our suitcase and definitely not leave it open on the floor. Barely a closet, barely a shelf. My husband hit his knees every time he attempted to walk around the bed. The bathroom was nice but terribly designed: again: no sink space, no shelves, no place to put, or perch, anything. And of yeah the sliding door to the bathroom is glass, so enjoy that if you’re a couple. The room is just terribly designed with cheap furniture & zero space for what a traveler needs. Our room was a Superior, for about $350/night.

Très bel hotel avec lit confortable. J'aurais mis 5 étoiles mais l'aménagement du bain/douche ne fonctionne absolument pas. La porte de verre a été installée du mauvais côté sur le bain et en plus d'y complexifié l'accès on ne peut pas utiliser la douche au plafond car l'eau tombe sur et derrière le comptoir du lavabo. Donc on doit se laver à la douchette manuelle qui a un support à la haiteur des genoux...

From the moment we arrived we were treated like gold. Erwin, the Concierge, and Paul, the Manager in charge of Guest Relations, made sure we had the best suggestions and reservations for dinners and sights; and both made sure we could “skip the lines” and enjoy everything we came to Paris to do and see. They are both unique “Gems” of individuals. Charlotte and Clemence, at the desk were always helpful and they too went above and beyond. And the breakfast buffet, and the staff in the dining room as well, made the start of every day absolutely perfect. I’m Paris, my wife and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We stayed for our honeymoon and it was an awful decision. We booked a room with a terrace view of the Eiffel Tower. View was great but the terrace was small it only had one chair on it. I contacted the hotel in advance to say it was our honeymoon and to make a fuss of my wife. I was sent an email saying this would cost 300 euros. Nothing was mentioned when we checked in. We stayed in the 7th floor and there was a damp musty smell everywhere. I have smelt this before when a rat has died in the air con. The room was tiny and the coffee machine didn’t work, the shower door leaked water everywhere and we couldn’t get the chrome cast to work in the room. When we asked for a table in the restaurant we were given a table. After waiting for 40 mins we asked for a menu and was told it was a private event but we could have some bread and butter!! The best part of this hotel is its location. It is superb and easy to go out and explore which was great because we couldn’t wait to get away each day. This feedback was given to hotel in their departure survey and no response has been received. Great location, tiny room, poor facilities, smelt bad and staff that don’t care. I would never consider staying here again based upon my experience and wish I had read a review like this before deciding to honeymoon there.

This was a wonderful hotel, definitely worth the price! The concierge was so helpful, especially Edwin. He gave us a wonderful list of dining options in the area and even made us a restaurant at a little restaurant across the Seine from the Notre Dame. The area is very safe and walkable, within comfortable walking distance to the Notre Dame and the Louvre.

We really enjoyed our stay at this stylish, extremely clean, and conveniently located hotel in Paris. The service was excellent, staff are friendly and they assisted us with arranging our transport to the airport for the day of our departure. Otherwise, the central location means you can walk and Uber everywhere. The rooftop terrace is awesome, amazing 360 degree views of the City and of course, the Eiffel Tower. We also had our own terrace in our room, which was lovely. The comments about the small room size are accurate as there is not much room around the bed to walk, let alone put your luggage. But the room was very nicely appointed and I really liked the lighting. I would definitely stay here again, but would opt for a larger room, if available.

What shines beyond anything else, however is the excellent service from the staff. To name a few names, Erwin and Hector have been incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stays at the property. They really go above and beyond. Clara and Gabriella at the front desk provide a friendly welcome and are happy to attend to any request that we have. The hotel feels warm and inviting and the staff plays a huge role in curating that experience. The location is excellent and exactly what we are looking for when we travel to Paris. Just as I thought I’ve found my favorite hotels after ten years of going to Paris, I stumble across HDDA and its raving reviews. HDDA is simply phenomenal in that regard. The staff gives exceptional personalized service. I happened to mention on check-in that this was a birthday trip and they went out of their way to remember with their little gestures of thoughtfulness. We loved every bit of it. The room and view was outstanding. The staff - specifically Haniella and Olesia - went above and beyond to make this such a special Valentine’s Day and Anniversary trip for us. The food was delicious. And the staff was so supportive and helpful. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Paris!

Don’t look any further. This hotel is beautiful, only 3 years old so it’s in perfect shape. The rooftop is a dream, and a must over the summer. The service everywhere is 10/10. Located in the Latin quarters which is a great area, very close (3 mins) to the metro and many bars and restaurants near by. 5 minutes walk to the Notre Damme Cathedral!!

This is a beautiful and well designed hotel located in center of Latin Quarter, easy walking to River Seine, Shakespeare book store, Luxembourg park, Norte Dame, Pompidou, museum Louvre, , Pantheon and Cafe deux magorts. The worst hotel breakfast I’ve had in a very long time. For the cost of the room, I expected a much higher standard, especially since it was in the most upscale area of Paris. Very disappointed. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Dame des Arts! The room was very well appointed, comfortable and clean. The restaurant and their staff were phenomenal and went out of their way to accommodate us without reservations even though they were very busy. Can’t praise enough how wonderful everyone working there was. The rooftop bar was gorgeous, although the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy it like we would have liked to. Highly recommend staying there and can’t wait to come back!

Hotel was modern and fashionable. We dined in Pimpan restaurant one night for convenience, which was lovely with live music. The hotel has lots of ‘designery’ touches especially the gym which is pretty cool. The rooftop bar was unfortunately closed as it was out of season but the views from the roof are fantastic and it will be a great place for drinks in the summer months. Breakfast is a little chaotic but it’s ok although coffee service is a little slow. Rooms are comfy and clean although if you’re a lady trying to put on makeup, the lighting is terrible - great for sleeping but not for makeup application 🙄. The hotel is slap bang in the middle of the St. Germaine area so a great location and it being Paris everything is walkable. Staff are great. All in all a lovely stay.
