Nice location and very walkable to much of Inverness highlights. Check-in required a 100-yard walk to anther property to receive your key. Not a big problem that day, but if it was raining I recommend getting back in the car and driving over. Room, overall was comfortable, but small and “dormitory-ish”.

The location was great, near bus stops and walking distance from restaurants and shops (including a laundromat, which was very helpful as we were on a 12-day vacation and packed minimally). The only thing that was a bit off about the stay was the smell of the room (we were in Room 5) was kind of off-putting. When we got there, it smelled like someone Febreze'd it to cover up a smell of some kind. Every time we came back to the room, it smelled kind of bad but then we got used to it. The room was clean, just that smell really lingered. I'd still recommend it, I'm hopeful that it was a one-off, maybe the people who stayed there before us spilled something and it wasn't able to be fully aired out?

A very nice little guest house. We were in a queen bed room in Alban house and the room was very spacious. The check-in site was not too far from the Alban and Abbey houses (which are next to each other). There's a really nice bakery that's a five minute walk, and a Tesco a little further down the street that are both very convenient. The shower is very small, but that seems pretty standard for hotels in the UK at this price point according to our other experiences. Staff were polite and helpful. It was really nice having a parking lot and we always had a space. Would definitely recommend/stay here again.

Good location, 5 mins over the river from main town. Good parking. Check-in is a pain, you have to go to an address 2 streets away. Room was very basic, with a broken chair, but was clean and the bed comfy.
