This property is in a great location and has very easy street permit parking. Communication with the host was simple and prompt, and early access details were provided which is much appreciated. There is a very detailed guest book clearly outlining how everything works and all the house rules. There is a large step up shower with lots of hot water and water pressure, limited toiletries, but lots of toilet paper! You must climb stairs to the unit but these were not a problem for us. Decor and view were adequate. There is a French press for coffee but other than that we did not cook. The building entrance feels somewhat commercial and not very visually welcoming but it was quiet and we saw no other residents. Fyi the second bedroom has limited access to the bed. - check the puctures. We noted a funky smell at times in the unit. The bathroom definitely had intermittent odour issues and that may have been what we noticed throughout or perhaps it is a carpet odour. It's not terrible but it's noticable. Overall it's a nice place, great location, has parking and laundry, and a fabulous host. I would stay here again.

Never, in all my years of hotels and “b&b’s”, have I ever felt more like I was staying at a friend’s house. All of the typical stuff (communication, cost, cleanliness,etc.) were spot on. Then they add the details, proper dish ware, a guitar, games, FRESH CUT FLOWERS! They have a portfolio of activities to consider (I think they should add the whiskey review in town because it was amazing and informative). The location is an easy walk to everything. Safety was never a concern. Parking was always available. I would stay here again and again.

This apartment was a great place to stay for a night on our road trip around Scotland. It's clean and spacious and had all we needed (coffee, comfortable beds, etc.). The shower was a little complex to figure out, and we never entirely got it figured out, but that was the only hitch. All else was great! Thanks for a lovely spot in Inverness. P.S. the cafe next door does a lovely breakfast!

The host went above and beyond by allowing an earlier check in, helping with our luggage, personally advising us of things to do and good restaurants in the area. The apartment was in a great location, around the corner and a few steps to the town center for shopping, bar hopping and eating out. Parking is convenient, immediately on the street outside the apartment. The apartment had most everything we needed. As we were traveling for several weeks we wanted to do laundry. The accommodation has a washer, but no dryer, which we knew; rather a drying rack is provided and our clothes dried overnight. The outside of the building is not very welcoming nor the stairs to the apartment on the third floor, but do not let that deter you from this accommodation. The accommodation was clean, bright with large windows and comfortable. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend for a stay in Inverness. We stayed five nights here and found the location great for visiting Inverness and several surrounding places of interest such as the Black Isle Peninsula, Fairy Glenn Falks, Culloden, Loch Ness, and much more.

Interior was as described and great for our family. The location was just perfect to walk everywhere and we going parking. Only confusion was final the door as google maps gave weird info (we maybe didn’t read Ali’s message closely). It’s next to the bike shop/cafe (which was delicious!)

Great flat for our two nights in Inverness. Location was ideal - close to the train/bus station, restaurants, and shopping. The flat had all the necessary amenities and our hosts provided excellent communication leading up to our stay. Highly recommend!

This location was prime for us! The flat was comfortable, nice views, a short walk from the train station, and comfortable beds. There is a washing machine, which was useful for us at this leg of our trip. (No dryer, but a drying rack is available) The cafe downstairs on the corner was a real bonus: the coffee and food were fantastic! This location is a short walk into town (almost right in it). We loved exploring Inverness and would definitely stay here again. (If you have any limitations with walking or climbing steps you may not like it, but we walk a lot so it was not an issue for us.)

Als je beneden de deur van het appartementencomplex binnenloopt is het misschien even slikken. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte is wat rommelig. Maar achter de eigen voordeur heeft Ali een echt paradijsje gecreëerd. Nette kamers, goede douche en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Zelfs een parkeervergunning voor de auto. Als je in de stad wil blijven heb je de auto niet nodig. Het centrum ligt letterlijk om de hoek. Ali stuurt vlak voor vertrek uitgebreide info inclusief tips voor restaurants en cafés. Super allemaal.

The property is in a terrific location for walking to shops and restaurants, with a coffee shop right on the corner. The flat was clean and nicely decorated; everything was as advertised. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with great tips and information.

Really enjoyed our stay in Inverness and this flat in particular. Cozy but layout well suited our group of three. Nice quiet neighborhood but well within easy walking distance of all center city attraction and numerous dining options. Apartment was clean, modern, and bright and communication with the host was easy. Checkin and checkout similarly easy experiences. Would highly recommend.

My husband and adult daughter stayed for one night. The apartment is located very close to all the city's attractions while being just far enough away to be quiet. The apartment is nicely appointed and was very clean. We would definitely stay here again. My only constructive feedback is to add more comfortable pillows and a couple of the windows didn't open in all the positions.

We enjoyed our stay at the flat on Crown Ave! Easy access from the train station. The apartment was very clean and nicely done. The cafe next door was great for breakfast. Would love to come back!

The apartment was spacious and clean and great decor; everything worked well; the shower was great- its big(!); there was a nice view of a lovely old Victorian building across the street; the location was perfect- close to eating and dining but also easy to get out of town to explore the Highlands; and we also appreciated all the helpful information and advice from the host- Ali has thought of everything and is very friendly:-) Highly recommended!

My husband and adult daughter stayed for one night. The apartment is located very close to all the city's attractions while being just far enough away to be quiet. The apartment is nicely appointed and was very clean. We would definitely stay here again. My only constructive feedback is to add more comfortable pillows and a couple of the windows didn't open in all the positions.

Never, in all my years of hotels and “b&b’s”, have I ever felt more like I was staying at a friend’s house. All of the typical stuff (communication, cost, cleanliness,etc.) were spot on. Then they add the details, proper dish ware, a guitar, games, FRESH CUT FLOWERS! They have a portfolio of activities to consider (I think they should add the whiskey review in town because it was amazing and informative). The location is an easy walk to everything. Safety was never a concern. Parking was always available. I would stay here again and again.

The flat was clean and we very much appreciated the in-depth instructions for operating everything from the shower to the coffee maker! We also loved the recommendations that came with the packet of instructions, made it easier to pick where to try first!

This location was prime for us! The flat was comfortable, nice views, a short walk from the train station, and comfortable beds. There is a washing machine, which was useful for us at this leg of our trip. (No dryer, but a drying rack is available) The cafe downstairs on the corner was a real bonus: the coffee and food were fantastic! This location is a short walk into town (almost right in it). We loved exploring Inverness and would definitely stay here again. (If you have any limitations with walking or climbing steps you may not like it, but we walk a lot so it was not an issue for us.)

This apartment was a great place to stay for a night on our road trip around Scotland. It's clean and spacious and had all we needed (coffee, comfortable beds, etc.). The shower was a little complex to figure out, and we never entirely got it figured out, but that was the only hitch. All else was great! Thanks for a lovely spot in Inverness. Interior was as described and great for our family. The location was just perfect to walk everywhere and we going parking. Only confusion was final the door as google maps gave weird info (we maybe didn’t read Ali’s message closely). It’s next to the bike shop/cafe (which was delicious!)

This apartment was in a perfect location, just outside of the city center chaos, but close enough to walk to anything in town….including several great restaurants nearby. The decor was well coordinated with a lot of small touches. Also, there is a cute cafe right downstairs from the apartment…give it a try!

We did not rent a car, so we did not need to use the parking pass or attempt parking here. The location was close to the train station, but we still used taxis to go to and from to avoid pulling our luggage up the hill.
