Good room & bathroom in a hotel with no other facilities AND NO PARKING. Parking is on the street which was rammed. Public car park in walking distance and should be advertised as such.

Nothing to complaint about this stay. Room was small but cozy, comfy and had my own shower tub. Staff was helpful and responded promptly to an email query. Location was busy and a bit noisy but my room was on the other end, which means I wasn't so affected by the noise as possibly other rooms. The only thing which would deserve a comment is that a building with so many floors deserved a lift for those who carry heavy luggage

The place is a complete dump, the room was dirty with wires hanging out of the ceiling/graffiti on the walls The bathroom was disgusting with skid marks on the toilet and urine on the floor The whole place smelt of stale curry We lasted 20 minutes and had to check out and find something else The area is very intimidating for none locals And for the record there is no parking anywhere nearby Avoid Avoid Avoid.

The staff was good but room was so small and bed is not comfortable billow was too big not able to sleep as soon as in bed start itching very bad experience in terms of sleep also shower is very bed as well I asked for towel not given even no phone in room to ask for anything you have to go downstairs in reception to get this also after 12am or 2am you have to call them to open the door for you if you want to come late which is very bad this hotel based on my opinion not worth no more then £35 per night

The hotel is so dirty. The corridor down to my room stank of urine. The TV did not work, the room was freezing cold, dirty room old battered furniture, dirty worn carpets. Overall scruffy and an appaulling place to stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Two of my staff stayed with last night. They have both reported bed bugs in their rooms and people banging on their doors in the night. This is not only a health and safety issue but also terribly unhygienic. I have contacted the hotel for a full refund but have not received a response.

There is nothing good to write about the hotel. The beds were horrible with bugs in it. We were all biting by the bed bugs. The rug in the room is old and dirty. No cable television, and breakfast was not served. I will not recommend anybody to lodge in this ugly hotel.

It was a hallowing experience to stay at the property. There was hardly any space in the room I stayed. The loft of the roof hit my head multiple times when I tried to wake up from sleep. The heater wasn’t working and the no plugs were available for charging. It’s extremely inconvenient for anyone travelling with bags. The rooms are in second floor with a swirling path and no elevators. The hygiene of the bathroom was pathetic as well. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We were only there for about an hour or two while we searched for another accommodation. Bleach stains in the blue sheets, chains on the window, hair in the bed, a dead bug by the bedside... Not at all worth the listed price. No refund either, despite the fact that we didn't stay there. Unless it is a LAST resort, do not recommend.

We got multiple rooms and each room had a different layout. The rooms were in terrible condition and they were really hot so much so that we couldn’t even sleep at night. There was a lot of outside noise including pegion noise all night long

However, the rather surly (male) receptionist was adamant that breakfast wasn't included. I asked if we could purchase breakfast in the hotel only to be informed that they don't have the facilities!! (despite photos to the contrary. The wallpaper in the bedroom (which was small) was peeling off, the fan was on a chair (no room for it to go anywhere else!) and the TV didn't work. I could go on about this hotel but I think you get the gist.

I often stay here… it’s very convenient for business and family…. But some of the beds are uncomfortable especially for two people sharing… not flat enough. Also, no plug for the sink or one to borrow!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The receptionist could not understand English and was extremely rude. His behavior was unacceptable and made the check-in process frustrating. The room had a terrible smell, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Unfortunately, I had no other option but to stay for the night. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

However, the rather surly (male) receptionist was adamant that breakfast wasn't included. I asked if we could purchase breakfast in the hotel only to be informed that they don't have the facilities!! (despite photos to the contrary. The wallpaper in the bedroom (which was small) was peeling off, the fan was on a chair (no room for it to go anywhere else!) and the TV didn't work. I could go on about this hotel but I think you get the gist.

Easy to find around 15 mins walk from the tube station, was staying the night before an early flight so just what I was looking for. Checking was fast and friendly, room nice and clean with everything you need. Great value for money and perfect for that was needed and will definitely be staying here again next time I have an early Heathrow flight. Wish I hadn't eaten prior as the street food availabe on the walk to the hotel looked lovely.

There was far too much noise, full of smack heads and god knows what, how ever short drive up the road to harrow ti the black horse was beautiful and Wembley itself was good too

I arrived, looked at a room before committing and left. It was at best a low rent motel and at worst a potential scene of something sordid happening. We did not feel safe in the area, the room was outdated with curtains hanging from the ceiling and rose wallpaper. Nothing appeared clean Though it could have been to be fair. It looked nothing like the photos advertised and was not at all convenient to Heathrow. I’m out $135 for false advertising But there was no chance I could stay here or let my kids stay here. Even the cab driver was ready to get us out of the area.
