It's about a twenty minute walk from the tower. They have a nice large pool and the grounds are beautiful.

Lovely hotel and ideal location for Pisa snd seeing other places. 30 mins to Lucca, 30mins to Forte dei Marmi, train to Florence. Great that it had a pool as was very hot. Hotel a bit tired in places, paint work etc but all in all would stay again.

This property is NOT a 5* It is a passable 4 at best. Pool out of action, wasn’t made aware we came. As a family of 4, was the reason we came. No air conditioning in the room. Areas in need of updating and repainting in common areas.overall, would not stay here again if I was looking for a 5* hotel. If I knew it was 4* and pool would be out of action I would be happier as I would have gone elsewhere.

The property is nice very convenient staff were great but the pool was not clean properly it had green algae on the bottom and in corners and the grass around the property seems it has not been cut in months

On face value, this seems a nice hotel. I would have been happy with this stay if it was graded what it was… a 3 star hotel… not 5. The gym was ‘under maintenance’ yet for the entire 2 weeks and not accessible to the public, yet after searching most of the hotel in the most obvious spots for guests to be able to access, there was no gym. There wasn’t even a sign for a gym. The pool space and bar was quaint and was enjoyable to be around. However there was only one vegetarian option on the menu. We did not eat at the restaurant of the evening as the prices were very high for the options and style of restaurant.

Parkplatz kostet 15eur. Pro Tag. 6.eur. zusätzliche gebühren Frühstück könnte viel besser sein! Es ist sicherlich zusätzlich noch eine 2. Kaffeemaschine nötig! 15min vor checkout ist jemand eifach ins Zimmer hereinspaziert was gaanz komisch ist!!

Do not waste your money on the breakfast unless you like buns for breakfast apart from that the food inthe bar excellent only 20 minutes walk from the tower pool lovley i will be stopping there again 6 minutes in a taxi from the airport

Lovely hotel, a little walk into central Pisa but easy enough to do. Gym wasn’t available even though it said it was.

The staff were nice. The hotel is lovely. Great view of the leaning tower. Pool was nice.

Points positifs: Chambre très grande. Belle piscine. Parking privé. Proche de la tour de Pise. Points négatifs: humidité dans la salle d'eau, tâche de moisissures. Rideaux sales. Petits déjeuners très cher (20€/pers), nous ne l'avons pas pris Bien pour 1 nuit.

This is a nice property in a good location, close to PISA Tower and only 3 KM from airport. However, it is not clean; we had two rooms, both had ants in the bathrooms; AND the air conditioners in the entire building were not working. The rooms were uncomfortably hot. Do not recommend staying here.

Hôtel à fuir, une honte pour un 5 étoiles. Des fuites d eau de Clim dans toute la salle à manger , des seaux sont mis pour récupéré l eau. Le déjeuné médiocre Chambre pas très propre de nettoie pas la douche tout les jours , le canapé lit a un matelas hyper fin. Et le frigo plein de moisissures. Horrible! Délabrement de l hôtel

Enregistrement impeccable, Restauration et boisson chère et personnel pas très enthousiaste. Espace piscine à l’hygiène douteuse. À notre arrivée le sol de la salle de bain près du bidet était sale. Petit déjeuner correct.

I would like to request a refund for a horrible stay I had in the Pisa Tower hotel on the 27th of May. The AC did not work, and the rooms were so hot that the only way I was able to sleep was to wrap myself in towels. This was an issue that the hotel is aware of because I saw reviews that had stated the exact same issue with no heads up to me. There was also mold in the bathroom and the breakfast area was dirty and unsanitary. I voiced my concerns to the staff and they did nothing.

We stayed for a few days and when we arrived there was building working going on and that continued the whole holiday around the guests while they were trying to relax. Our toilet broke and they did a quick fix that broke again within a day, all the rooms need renovation due to mould, age and cleanliness

Badezimmer sehr heruntergekommen Schimmel im Nassberreich. Kaputter Fernseher, Balkon dreckig ungepflegt. Boden verzogen, Kanten drinnen. Im Bett Haare anderer Gäste zu finden.

Hotel ok, Zimmer leider nicht schön. Motriger Geruch und Boden komplett aufgezogen.

Generellt ett tryggt ställe med fin personal o god service. Synd bara ingen mat fanns tillgänglig. Utan de hänvisade till en app att beställa med utifrån. Vi fick ett rum med utsikt mot parkeringen på mark plan. Så bilar parkerade med lamporna in i vårt rum. Tyvärr var det en ren livsfara i badrummet, där sladdar hängde löst med ett löst uttag för något ovanför duschen. Vi duschade därför inte. Stannade bara en natt mellan flygplats o vidare mot kusten. Frukosten var superduperbra! Men inget mysigt hotell jag skulle rekommendera.

This property is in a good location if you are going to rhe tower, and overall is nice. The problem with it is with maintenance. Things that are so obvious that the management must be ignoring it intentionally. Custains torn and falling off the windows. Air-conditioning controls not working. Entry door locks not working properly and nobes falling off. Outside entry light missing or not working at most every room. Backside of building needs painting. Grass needs mowing. This could be a nice place to stay.

Room was clean , some floor boards worn in room . Bathroom door well worn . Rest Was lovely. Looks like it’s been up graded, But bathroom door and floor s have been missed

Lovely hotel just outside the centre. We had a superior double. Pros Great room in the circular tower with the most amazing full semi circle floor to ceiling window and sweeping balcony. We could see the leaning tower from our bed, fabulous. Modern room. Comfy bed, big TV, safe, fridge, coffee machine, chairs to sit by the tv, large good bathroom, nice shower. Good location about 15 minute walk to the centre along an easy to follow footpath, you do have to pass under a fairly noisy unpleasent traffic tunnel but theres pedestrian paths. Views of the tower. Polite friendly staff on check in and the bar area. We didnt use the restaurant but it looked very nice. Parking available but at a 15 euro charge Cons (we were out of season) Pool and sky lounge closed which was a shame as the weather was lovely. Its advertised as 5 star and im sure the facilities and rooms warrent this, but dont expect a uk style 5 star savoy lol. The corridors had very warn dirty carpets, broken mirrors, bin in the room broken, mould in the shower. Nothing terrible that impacts your stay as such just to be aware of. Although they are not charging 5 star prices so that should tell you what you need to know. Extremely happy with a fabulous room and view, would definitely stay again

Great hotel, big rooms, big bathroom with double shower, big balcony with table and two chairs and view of the Pisa tower and cathedral. Big swimmingpool. Good food and drinks. About 10 euro in taxi to the tower or 25 min walk. About 20 min walk to bog supermarket.

OK room, but not very clean and we had problem with the air conditioner, making the room very cold, even though we talked with the reception.

Our "little" economy room was suprisingly big. Clean. Only complaints we have is you could hear EVERYTHING through the walls and our room was next to the restaurant where someone played piano until 2 in the morning. Not so nice when you are getting up 4.30 to get on a plane. Also, no soap to wash hands in the bathroom and no shelf to put shampoo etc on in the shower.

De familie kamer is groot maar er zijn amper lichten. En die er zijn werken niet allemaal.kamer was ook niet zo proper.airco werkte niet, gemeld en hebben ze aan de balie opgezet.terug naar de kamer kijken naar de airco spoot het water uit de airco.terug gaan melden en zijn ze dan komen maken.airco werkte toen wel maar kon je niet regelen.telefoon werkte ook niet. Geen 5 sterren hotel.zwembad was wel netjes en het ontbijt was ook uitgebreid

My air conditioning wasn’t working there was a large crack in the window and many water spot marks in ceiling and wall. Lobby was nice but location isn’t the best

after a disaster booking elsewhere in Pisa. The room was ready for us and the staff were lovely and professional, Muhammed guided us to our room and showed us how to work the key. The room was very generous in size, the bed was clean and comfortable - i slept like a log! Bathroom is huge with various different toiletries to select and a lovely warm shower. Thank you for turning a previous disaster booking elsewhere into a lovelt evening. 10/10 would recommend

Et flott hotell rett utenfor Pisa! :-) God standard, selv om deler av hotellet begynner å bli modent for oppussing. Det beste med å ha vært 1,5 døgn her var definitivt kundeservicen. Utrolig hyggelig og serviceinnstilte ansatte. Vi fikk lov å benytte hele dagen ved bassenget selv etter vår utsjekk, de varmet melk til barnet, og var behjelpelig med alle våre forespørsler. Vi følte oss svært godt ivaretatt.

Stayed here with a toddler with food allergies, staff were so accommodating helping with egg and dairy free options for breakfast, couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely place and location, will definitely return

The cleaning in the room on arrival had old soap in the shower cabin - The male staff promished help on the room for the internet via the TV. No body showed up! The recptionist had the world record in slow walking. Cleaning: No cofee replacement - no clean glass - non extra toilet paper. Had to ask for it in the reception. Order a taxi for take of next morning at 7: Not possible - meet here 30 minuts before and we will call. Contacted an other receptionist the night before and aske again for a taxi at 7 hours - Yes and I arrived on time. Please give some service and talk together.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your establishment, Pizza Tower Plaza, during my stay on [date of stay]. I had booked a room at your hotel based on the positive feedback I found online, which I now believe may have been misleading. Upon arriving, I immediately noticed that the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly. Despite reporting this issue to the front desk multiple times throughout the night, I received no resolution. Instead, I was repeatedly told that the problem was being addressed, yet no action was taken. When I inquired again the next morning, I was informed that the air conditioning system was not working at all, something the staff was aware of from the beginning. I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with the level of service I received. Not only did I have an uncomfortable and sleepless night due to the high temperature, but I also feel that I was deceived about the condition of the facilities. I paid $220 plus cost of frustration on my stay, expecting a certain standard of comfort and service, which was clearly not met. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund of $220. If this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to a consumer forum and share my experience on various social media platforms and review sites. I hope you will take this matter seriously and provide an appropriate resolution. I look forward to your prompt response.

Servicen i poolbaren var dårlig. De brukte lang tid på å ta bestilling. De vasket heller baren og ryddet enn å ta bestilling. Det tok lang tid å få maten til tross få gjester. Vi bestilte sandwitcher og toast…. Kunne nesten ikke engelsk. Stod ikke til forventningene av et 5 stjerners hotell.

Big hotel close to Pisa centre (also very convenient for a lay-over before an early flight, which we had. A bit worn down and sleepy but super friendly and helpful staff!

We had a large room that was plenty for two people. The Pisa Tower was 1.5 km away so an easy walk for us. Lots of food options too nearby. The pool was awesome and very enjoyable. Lots of options for breakfast too (hot and cold). I would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel, lovely grounds and pool, immaculately kept. Views across to the tower and mountains. Staff very friendly and helpful. A couple of signs of wear are tear in some of the rooms but this in no way diminished our enjoyment. Only downside is that it's about 25 to 30 minutes walk to the tower and shops/restaurants. We loved the holiday and would go back again in a heartbeat.

Very close to the historical center of the city, yet outside the car restricted transit area, so you can travel to Pisa with your own car without being afraid of crossing the ZTL areas

This is an easy place to access the Pisa Cathedral and the leaning tower as well as the airport being a few miles away from each. We were here on Sunday and so parking near the tower was easier with the blue zones being free on that day!.

Tolles Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Lage und Service sind gut. Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und lecker. Auch der Pool ist zu empfehlen. Einzig am Frühstücksbuffet herrscht durch die vielen Tourismus Gruppen zwischen 7 und 8:30 Chaos. Viele Essensreste stehen herum und man hat kaum Platz. Ab 8:30 ist dann alles sauber und gut. Das Personal kann diesen Sturm einfach nicht bewältigen. Früher waren Touristengruppen (vorwiegend aus Asien) und Individualgäste beim Frühstück getrennt. War eindeutig besser.

Schönes Hotel ca. 15min Fußweg entfernt von der Innenstadt und dem Schiefen Turm von Pisa. Gutes Wifi, leider war das Restaurant am Sonntag Abend gegen 21 Uhr schon geschlossen.

There's an unbearable long line for the coffee in front of the coffee machine during breakfast. Only one machine exists at this big hotel. The reason why is that the Food & Beverage facilities is managed by an other firm.

Dining was wonderful. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Walking distance to the Pisa Tower. Stayed there extra days.

Very surprised that this hotel is a 5*. WiFi and tv didn’t work as soon as I got there, mini fridge and rainfall shower didn’t work. No room service and when I went to breakfast this was very mediocre for 20 euros. Meat was cold and no eggs were left. Very very poor not impressed.

Lovely, clean Hotel - housekeeping everyday, everything that was used was automatically replaced - staff were accommodating - lovely room with mini-bar (you pay for what you've had when you leave) there is a restaurant on site which serves very high quality produce so is a little expensive but so worth it. The Hotel is about a 15 minute walk into Pisa town which is a great location as you are away from the hustle and bustle of the town.We would definately visit again👌
