Love this spot - great place central in Durham to stay for a week. Clean and cozy and everything as advertised (especially good internet and AC).

Sunny efficiency is in a grand home in a very cute Durham neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown and West Campus. Emily was super welcoming and very responsive! We had a great stay!

Loved this sunny room- it’s spacious, clean, and comfortable with a nice bathroom. Parking was easy and I walked to shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Communication was great! I’d definitely stay again.

This is an exceptional property- clean, comfortable, convenient , and extra cozy (thank you for the space heater!) communication re: wifi, entrance codes, and area attractions were all great. I hope I can stay here again.
