Central location, right next to Chinatown, was great. However, the bed was uncomfortable, and the noise from the lounge/club area made it difficult to sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again.

They have rooms that are on the second floor which are right above their lounge area. We were bombarded with bass from about 6:00 until 1:00. They really shouldn’t rent out those rooms if they are going to play music that loudly.

The room seemed a lower standard to the previous stays (Marv suite), the room was back to front and much smaller. The music was blaring until 02:00 in the morning which where the soundproofing outside was impressive, internally it was particularly poor. I can deal with the sound but at paying £500 a night for a subpar room of its type, I won’t be staying again, which is a shame considering it was previously my go to.

The hotel is wonderful. The facilities and service are outstanding. The only cautionary note is that it is located at the very central of London’s tourism area. It may be located in Soho, and it is right next to China Town, but it’s more like being in Time’s Square.

Great hotel, although not offering good value for money. The rooms are fantastic and quiete, despite being in the centre of London. The bar owner not Greta though (mediocre cocktails and terrible DJ), but there are plenty of other options around.

This W Hotel is located in a very busy, commercial area, adjacent to London’s China Town, which makes it a very noisy neighborhood. It would’nt be a problem if that noise was well filtered indoor. Unfortunately, we had a terrible night and simply could not sleep until 5 A.M. because of the screaming and the honking outside. We talked about this to the staff, which was respectful, but not very helpful (they gave us ear plugs). The couple we were travelling with had the exact same issue with their room. Also, although we checked in around 2 p.m., the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait in the lobby. Again, the staff is very nice and the rooms were very clean and trendy, but these issues should not happen in a hotel like this one that has costed 800$ a night. We were for the very least expecting a good night’s sleep. I am leaving out a few details, and unfortunately can not recommend this hotel which has left disappointed.

This was a very nice hotel stay for four nights. Customer service was excellent. The location is perfect. The entrance to China Town is about 10 steps away from the hotel entrance. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting London for the first time. The only downside was that the sink in the room is actually in the room itself rather than the bathroom, which takes up a lot of space.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the W London. However, I would note this hotel is best suited for singles and younger couples. It would not be an ideal hotel for business travelers or family. W is known to be a fun and hip vibe, which this hotel is. However the room had a bit of an awkward layout with no real bathroom and the sink in the middle of the room in an island. Location is very convenient in Leicester Sq and at the doorstop of the entrance to Chinatown.

The staff didn't care about the customers, it's as if we were an inconvenience, or something that they had to deal with but that's it. No effort, look around there's lots of places in London that want your business... this place doesn't need it or care about it because they're busy enough.

Wonderful stay however on arrival we’ve been allocated an accessible room which is not something we have not booked however when we went back down to reception, they promptly moved us to another room and the room we actually had book. Not ideal upon checking in but issue was resolved promptly and will definitely stay at this wonderful hotel again.

The W Hotel in London is amazing! It’s a terrific location, right near China Town. So many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious. I will definitely stay here again!

This location is in the middle of Chinatown. Was able to walk a lot of places to eat, shop and shows. If you want to be in the middle of everything this is the place to be.
