For a 5 star hotel I wouldn’t recommend! I was torn between few in London and thought w range will be super and a bit different, well they definitely different! Our room wasn’t ready to check in at 3pm!!!!! Shocking for 5 star hotel! Got voucher for drinks and food but it took them ages to just deliver water and cocktail for me!!! 30 minutes!!! Our room was ready before my cocktail arrived, do they do it on purpose??? Rooms not ready so you can have unlimited service….. but they take their time to deliver!!! This hotel spoiled a bit trip for me and my son as he never been to London but now I know I will not book Marriott again!!!!!

Hotel was beautiful, room lovely but the noise from the street made sleeping impossible. I was room 416 which looked out over Leicester Square and the noise carried on to 4am. Even though earplugs were provided they were no use. Really think hotel of this calibre should have better soundproofing for such a busy area. Of course it’s going to be loud outside but should be able to get a decent sleep at these prices.

Good hotel but the design of the room is problematic since there is no closed bathroom to remove the clothes and to dress up (it’s done in the same open-space sleeping room… with no privacy from the roommate…). I recommend to fix this issue
