We were only there for 2 nights. But would definitely recommend based on our experience there!! Alex; the desk clerk; was outstanding!! He went above and beyond when asked a simple question! He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. Thank you Alex. You should be commended. The facility itself was spacious & clean with a very comfortable bed!! Was close enough to walk to numerous eateries. Though I didn't use it this time out; the fitness room appeared to be quite adequate.

Its a great property. Perfect for our trip to visit our daughter and bring my service dog. The suite feels like a small apartment. The kitchenette area, desk, and, love seat made it nice to kick back when we got back in. Always nice.

Everything was great. Chris at the desk was very welcoming at check-in and made the process seamless. My one complaint (I did not address with the hotel) was the ac in my room. It was extremely loud and clunky. It wasn’t enough for me to ask to switch rooms, but if my stay were longer I would have.

The front dest person Alex was not helpful. My mother 90 years old was with me. I asked him to give a handicap room and he told me no rooms are available. Next morning at 10 am i asked another front desk person and she confirmed a room is available and helped us exchanged the room. We couldn't sleep the first night as the king size bed was very high and afraid my mother may fall. Didn't appreciate false and unfriendly statement when a room was available at checkin

The shower did not work; nor did the phone since the cord was gone. They had me move to another room and I inadvertantly left a bag containing my toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, cologne, etc., hanging on the back of the bathroom door. That evening I went to the desk to tell them and they were less than helpful. My son-in-law spent 2 hours with them trying to get it. They said housekeeping probably had it but they did not have a key to get into that. I would have to wait until the next morning after 8:30 or 9:00 to find out. They did have it, but someone should be able to access the housekeeping room at all times. Hampton Inn (Hilton) should consider having the duty person have access to all areas. I was quite upset over this matter.

I had a horrible experience at this place. Wrong room was assigned on very first day. The employee Mr Shea doesnt know what is he doing. He is a new employee and hardly understands customer's concerns. He gave my room access key card to another customer and they opened the room door at 10pm while we were sleeping. It's ridiculous and no privacy. Try not to choose this hotel.

We had an AWFUL experience here, did not stay- ended up having to book and pay for another room. We had paid for a 3 night stay in advance. Our flight in was delayed and we didn’t get in until about 3am. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and after 45 min we had to call corporate just to find out that our reservation had been marked as “No Show” and was cancelled. We ended up being at the front desk for over an hour and the employee who was supposed to be working never surfaced. Corporate wasn’t much help either, when I called I was put on hold for 10 minutes while they tried to call the phone at the empty front desk that I was standing at. They gave no solution other than to book another stay with them, which we not so politely declined. We were told no refund could be made. We ended up going across the street and had a great experience. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

Stumbled upon this hotel at the last minute. The staff was very nice, friendly and honest. The hotel is in a prime location that offers easy access to the highway, restaurants, stores and an added bonus, Costco Wholesale for gas. The rooms and lobby area was super clean. This location was very clean, and appeared safe. I certainly recommend staying here.

The stay was great. My daughter and I stayed two nights for a volleyball tournament. Check-in was a breeze and the young lady at the desk was so sweet. The room and hotel are very clean. The rooms were exactly as pictured. We needed more towels and the young man behind the desk was so helpful and quick to grab us more. Area felt very safe. The lounge area downstairs is great. Breakfast was nice and there was a good variety to choose from.

We were very pleased with our stay. Our room was cleaned daily, which is unusual. The facility was clean, inside and out. I would suggest they have someone dump the garbage at least once during breakfast. Overflowing garbage cans is distasteful. Still, the breakfast was good. The eating area was spacious.
