Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. However, I had issues with the amenities: the air conditioning struggled to cool the room down, and the shower flooded after every use. Water seeped into the bedroom area and ended up soaking my luggage.

Clean, conveniently located. It was too hot inside, and the controller didn’t help. Faucet in kitchenette was broken, and the shower stall too small even for Italy.

The property was in an excellent location for us. Close to the opera house and port. However that was it. Taxi's can't pull up to property so you have to walk about 1 block in street that was not completely smooth and uphill. Room was small and bathroom was even smaller with showers the size of a coffin. Also shower didn't drain well but they did come and make it better. For the price not worth it.

Staff were nice and location was good, however…. The hotel is fine for people with light luggage. Luggage needs to be carried manually up three large steps to reach a lift. The staff kindly provided an upgrade with a balcony view, but the bathroom and toilet size is suitable only for nursery school children.

We really enjoyed our stay with the hotel. The staff were friendly, the hotel and room were clean, and the building was secure. The street was pretty noisy, but the building was rather soundproof. Location was ideal for our excursions.
