My daughter and I were visiting London and decided to stay here for the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed. The hotel was clean and the staff were professional. The rooms were quiet. We paid for the morning breakfast buffet, but the warm foods were sometimes not too warm and sometimes the eggs were rubbery and the coffee was terrible. The fruit was good and there were an assortment of pasties we didn’t try. It is roughly a 10 minute walk to the nearest tube stop which was convenient. There were lots of shops and restaurants in the area. We walked around at night quite a bit and felt safe.

Very nice property. It’s in a quiet locations but also has convenient transportation options. We would have loved to use the pool but it closes at 8pm. After our excursions, we got back around 9pm, so we couldn’t use it. Other than that, I would recommend it.

Great location, right by Battersea Station with lots of options for food and shopping, and great for commuting via boat! The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the pool / spa area is a treat after a long day out. All the members of staff we interacted with were fantastic! We only stayed one night but we are definitely going to return, ideally for a longer stay.

We parked in the car park adjoining the hotel it cost £77 for 2 days !!Overall the stay was good but we wanted a late check out the hotel charges £20 per hour for this .The buffet breakfast was fabulous.

Every member of staff we dealt with was welcoming, friendly and helpful so thank you to the wonderful staff for looking after us so well. The room was clean and had good amenities although probably needed a lick of paint but otherwise fantastic. The pool was lovely but again a tiny bit tired and in need of a little maintenance. We would definitely stay here again.

Shame- Could be a lovely hotel, however the TV in the room didn’t work, the mirror was broken, there is a sharp spike in the carpet, no Kettle in the room, blood on the glass top and also no shower cap or bathroom essentials etc House keeping was poor and unfortunately as I had already put this information on an internal survey the complaint was handled very poorly by reception, now I’m writing this again! Clearly there are unresolved issues in this hotel as someone else was also complaining before me! Such a shame !

Bedroom very much in need of refurbishment. Room 526 stain on carpet and bathroom fan dirty. Plastic bag near wash basin cleaned around leaving crusty residue. I have taken photos. I could not fault the reception and waiting staff. Having stayed at the hotel I was disappointed with the room definitely not a delux king and no coffee machine.

The ten-minute walk to the Underground station might be a drawback for some, but the walk along the Thames and by the fascinating Battersea Power Plant was pleasant. The downside to the room was that the king-size bed was actually two twin beds placed side by side, linked together by a lumpy mattress pad. Front desk staff were very helpful and housekeeping was fine.

Stayed here with my partner for our anniversary weekend and it was the perfect location so central. Hotel was nice, clean staff were friendly and the room was a good size clean and tidy. It not thing is would have preferred a room in another part of the hotel as we were facing the railway tracks !!! Apart from that very happy.

Very easy check in and warm welcome. Problems with electrics and air con lead to a room change and upgrade to a suite. Air con pretty poor, but electrics worked. Would expect the room to be uncomfortably warm later towards summer. Was only around 18 degrees C when we were there, and the room was very warm. Facilities in room good. Shower and bath very nice and gel/shampoo provided. Nespresso machine welcome addition and plenty of extra pods/milk etc. Bed not very comfortable and terrible pillows. Poor reception on television. Swimming pool and sauna on the small side, as were the changing facilities in the pool area. Overall, a rather underwhelming stay. Was expecting much more, especially considering the price of the stay. However, apart from the excellent service of the staff, this hotel was a bit of a let-down.

We had a massive suite with balcony! Superb value for money. The hotel also had a pool which was fabulous after walking around london. Great location on the river with access to great restaurants and the city Will defintely be back!

Our Stay was marred by the trains starting at 5 o’clock in the morning but I suppose this is London The staff are lovely it was our 55 th Anniversary they made it special the bed decorations was beautiful plus a cake The only other blip was breakfasts mostly cold food coffee Luke warm we went down at 8oclock so quite early The Hotel is In Prime position to London especially Battersea Power Station which is a Must on the bucket list ♥️👌 Give it 8 out if 10

The room was very comfortable and Check in staff were great, but sadly post that experience, it was not so good. Breakfast room staff were close to rude, our situation was there were no Glasses for Juice, no Bowls for cereal and no plates when we went to choose a hot breakfast, so not a great experience. Staying at multiple hotels i understand that certain times of Breakfast are busy and were in no rush so we were happy to wait each stage. The issue was how abrupt and rude the three different staff members were that we spoke to.

The location is great for what we needed but the lady in reception was awful. We arrived early and left our luggage as room wasn’t ready which is fine. However when we did check in at c9:30pm the girl (white headband) couldn’t have been more rude or less helpful (maybe look at your cctv to verify my comments (4/12/24) basically she threw my luggage out from behind the desk and just walked away with it rolling across the lobby nowhere near where I was. Then she just handed my key, no confirmation of the room number, any other facilities or where the lifts were and no discussion about wifi or anything. no discussion of the spa facilities either. Not what I expect from a £200 a night hotel. It was also booked as a birthday present for myself with zero acknowledgement of that. I had hoped to stay here several time in the future but on this basis wouldn’t

We had a few issues when we first arrived and these were taken care of very quickly and professionally. We didn’t have any problems after that. We arrived early and they gladly checked us in and allowed us to go to our room. Mohammed in the restaurant was so incredibly amazing. He went out of his way to provide some of the best service we have ever had. Thank you! Chelsea and Kensington was an easy walk away, and Battersea train station was close too.

Wonderful service. Early check in was made possible for us. We were also able to use the swimming pool after check out as there are facilities to keep bags and shower and dress. Excellent location a couple minutes walk to the Thames and leas than 15mins walk to Battersea Power station tube and 1 min. Walk to Battersea park across the road.

Restaurant closed at 21:45 no service anymore I asked so we could have a dinner and wasn’t allowed anymore. Given that hotel was booked for wife birthday I would thought we would be able to dinner at 21:45 given the close time for the restaurant is 22:30. Pestana Lisbon and Madeira are much more accommodating.

Hotel is nice, nice room decor and bathroom with a white robe. Breakfast to be honest was awful. Get a proper coffee machine guys, filter coffee is just rude!! All meat under cooked, all bakery stuff raw, hard eggs, all abit grim on the breakfast front. Lovely pool area. Great location with parking next door. Overall I’d go back but would get a better breakfast elsewhere.

The hot buffet breakfast was disappointing. The food was without exception dry and overcooked and it was only 9am. The scrambled egg contained lumps of green egg, as if new egg had been stirred into previously cooked egg. The slices of cheese on the cold buffet were curled up and uninviting. For what was on choice the breakfast was overpriced. The room was too hot and the TV did not work. I was not shown to the room by a member of staff and felt that if this had happened they would have explained to me how to use all the facilities. Consequently I did not know how to use the AC and due to the room being too hot in the night I was forced to open the window only to then have to contend with the constant noise of the trains. The Hotel has the appearance of being 'Tired' and in need of certain areas, like Reception and The Bar, being upgraded. It is in a very fine area which I feel is making the owners sit back on their laurels and not upgrade it to make it welcoming and more pleasant on entering. Having said all this I would return to this Hotel becuse of the convenience of its situation. Should this eveer happen I would hope to see more cheerful and modern surroundings.

Really nice welcoming hotel, you got the sense that it was well run as soon you walked through the door. The room was amazing. The only slight negative comments I had, is you can tell it is 16 years old, just general wear and tear issues are showing in places (eg cracked tile in one of the bathrooms (the one with the bath). Also my wife had the hot breakfast which was stone cold, because of this I had just cold breakfast items. The staff member who checked is in was amazing, again a slight critique of the person that checked us out (different to the lady that checked us in, who was engaged with another customer) was she didn’t even ask whether everything was ok with our stay. I preferred the smiley happy lady that had checked us, wish I had got her name so you could feedback to her how good she was! These things were minor overall experience I would rate as 4/5.

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The shower was already small but the door broke every day of my five day visit. I would go to the front desk and they send someone up to temporarily fix it. I requested a room changed and was denied three times. The worst experience ever. Denied a room change because I wasn’t going to be available on the staff time. I was on vacation and had things planned. So I was told, if I’m not there at 4pm, a room will not be held for me. So therefore I had a broken shower door every day of my five night visit. Corporate will be getting emails and calls from me in regards to my experience. And when I say corporate, I’m not referring to anyone in London, who refused to change my room. I really asked to switch rooms and because I couldn’t do it at 4, so my room could be cleaned and given to someone with the same broke shower door, I wasn’t able to switch. Never again!
