Castle Peak Hotel

I booked 2 rooms. The day i arrived the safe box was not working. They fix it right away the next day the same problem. The other room where my friends stayed the door was not working and again they fixed it but works only every second day. The toilet flush dont work as it should be. They clean the room if you requested it. The staff are friendly and they tried really to fix the complain we had it just the rooms are quite Old and need som renovation.

My experience at this property was okay. Convenient area to walk-commute within this part of the city—not too far from business district or the mall. Food prices in cafe and restaurant were reasonable and drink prices in the rooftop lounge were fine too.

This used to be my go to spot in Cebu. It was dated but the staff was super nice and it’s a great location. On this stay however I’m quite disappointed. The front desk staff simply can’t correct super basic issues. Some nights the WiFi just dies, and the hotel pool was closed for maintenance for most of my stay. Too bad about this one, this used to be a such a relaxing experience.

Great location, nice people, good food. Laundry shop and convenience store are nearby. 9th floor bar has a great view along with drinks and food. The whole hotel suffers from delayed maintenance, but if you can look past that this is the place to stay in Cebu.

Dated property but top notch service, friendly staff and great spa

Pretty nice hotel but needs some maintenance. Internet quality is poor, tv barely works, water pressure was low, lukewarm shower, sink faucet falling off, toilet flush kept getting stuck, safe batteries dead... some attention to detail needed. Also, staff refused to provide extra towels for the tiny pool. But, generally nice for the price and could be a gem with a little effort.

The place was nice, probably in 2005, but now it's rundown, hasn't been attended to in a very long time. All the joints in the bathroom are moldy, carpet is old, AC stunk the Room the first 6 hours, there's no showerhead, it's just a pipe sticking out the wall, I've had 5 different type of bugs, wifi is no good, no hand towel, no soundproofing it feels like your sleeping with the motorbikes. It's not good, keep looking, I'm sure the area has better to offer

Toilet would no shut of needs new insides tank/bath tub shower sprays on wall but doesnt run back in tub instead it run in an channel between tub an wall to tile flooring making floor slippery an chance of falling ans to this problem was an warning sign sayig caution wet flooring this is an unsafe problem should be fixed i an my wife were not please with this room 801

ハウスキーピングの時間帯が不定で、部屋の清掃をしてもらえない事が何度もあった。連絡してもいつ来てくれるかわからないため、連泊で部屋でゆっくりしたい時もあったが、落ち着いてくつろげなかった。

I would recommend this place,staff was very friendly,place was clean and everything i needed was close by. A nightclub across the way from hotel,if you into that. The only thing i would say is,the bed was a bit hard but that's minor. I will definitely stay there again.

We really appreciated the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Went down for dinner, was told had to be buffet. If I wanted a la carte it was available if I ate it in my room. I asked the waitress where can I eat and was told go to Jollibee. When I went to complain at the front desk she made a phone call and said I could eat in the rooftop restaurant it had the same a la carte menu. The only caring waitress at breakfast was Wella. The rest I would terminate on the spot. The breakfast buffet was poorly stocked with items running out.Will look for another property for my next visit.

A/C is too weak

It’s not so quiet actually. It’s located on a very busy street so there’s constant street noise of honking. The housekeeping staff communicate by walkie talkie which they keep at an unreasonable high volume. You can hear the entire staff conversations from up and down the hallways. This goes on for HOURS everyday. It’s extremely difficult to take a nap here. There were no batteries in my room safe, so I locked everything in my luggage. I then requested room service. The housekeeper did NOT put batteries into the safe even though it was left open with the empty battery compartment easily seen. She also didn’t clean the coffee cups or replace the coffee packets/creamers/sugar. They don’t really care about their reviews. There was a problem for 3 days with another guest smoking in their room. The stench was annoying and I was developing a sinus & ear infection. When I repeatedly complained, they offered to provide air freshener. That is not effective in cleaning the air. They offered to put me in a different room, which was also unacceptable because I was on the 7th floor and didn’t want to be moved closer to the street noises on a lower level. It’s hard enough to sleep as it is. Basically they don’t enforce the no smoking rule and don’t care if other guests are annoyed by the smokers or their noisy communication with ridiculously loud walkie talkies.

The staff allowed me to check in early and I'm very grateful because I'm a surgical postop patient. The room was quiet and spacious, although the room I received had no window(s). I can hear people walking outside the door, including the walkie talkie used by staff to communicate with each other. However, it did not bother me. Overall, the staff were helpful and pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality.

Misleading Hotel but Excellent Expedia Support! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 for Expedia) Review: The hotel room was nothing like the photos – it had a fake window (just a screen with a wall behind it) and no ventilation, making it unbearable. However, Expedia’s support team was incredible! They helped me immediately, assisted in booking a new hotel, and processed my refund right away. I’m truly grateful for their prompt and professional service. While I do not recommend this hotel, I highly recommend Expedia for their outstanding customer care. ---

I appreciated a lot that the reception let my wife checked in before the time. She kindly requested it as she was not really doing fine that morning. The lady in the reception, made it quick and easy. I highly recommend this hotel and will come back when we are in the Philippines again.

It was super fast for check-in and check-out. The room was clean and everything is well-organized. Only one thing I gotta say is a light is out of order. Except that, everything was perfect.

세부가면 항상 이용하는 호텔중 하나. 피드백이 빠름(방 교체 요청하자마자 바로 해줌) 아얄라몰까지 걸어서 10분정도. It파크도 근처에 있음. 로비 바로옆에 편의점 있음. 근처에 솔카페라고 한국인 사장님 24시간 카페있음. 단점은 연식이 있어서인지 약간씩 노후된 것들이 보임 카드키는 하나만 제공(요청시 더 제공되는지는 모르겠음)

夜中だと空港から約20分くらいの距離にあるのと、アヤラやSMシティ、ITパークへも行きやすい場所です。 ただ、ホテルの部屋は当たり外れがあり、洗面所の流れが悪い部屋、バスタブの流れが悪い部屋、小さい虫が多量発生している部屋などもあります。 外国のホテルなので、当たり前といえば当たり前ですし、スタッフにいうと改善もしてくれるので、設備はイマイチですが、スタッフの接客はいいです。

街中にあり、徒歩でコンビニやコインランドリー、またフード店もタクシーで5分から10分以内で行けるのでとても便利でした。 周囲の交通量は多いですが、治安は悪くなかったです。 スタッフもにこやかで感じが良かったです。 部屋にはドライヤー、金庫、冷蔵庫が備え付けられていて、アメニティもありました。 近くにカラオケ店があって歌声は聞こえていましたが、窓を閉めていればそんなに気にならなかったです。

We liked the area around the hotel , there are many dining openings in walking distance.

Every personnel was extremely courteous and professional. With restaurants in close proximity, it made the perfect transition hotel, while waiting for my flight out of Cebu. Reasonably priced.

Ok for a night when arriving, kinda hectic area. They do have a nice restaurant connected to the lobby, but the wait staff were kinda fake nice, got a few dirty looks for no reason? Seems like they all a bit jaded from all the tourists, I don’t know. But have no desire to ever visit that city again, just too busy for me personally

I've been using this hotel since 2017 and have stayed numerous times and each time have enjoyed my stay and the staff there. Always so friendly and courteous at the front desk and all of the other stuff is always looking to help you. I love starting my day in the restaurant with the fruit platter.

Slept well, food had a lot of msg. Staff super helpful and polite. Room was clean, ac worked well. Mini-fridge was struggling to cool drinks.
