We had an excellent time because of the very professional staff like Eduardo, Luis and everyone else we encountered. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. Nice pool. Free parking. Good Mexican style breakfast. I like having a fridge in the room but there was a good ice machine.

Excelente hotel, amplias intalaciónes, ofrece una estancia bastante agradable, sus habitaciones son bastante cómodas y brinda todo aquello que necesitas, toallas para alberca, servicio de desayuno buffet, hielo, para que no tengas que trasladarte a otro lugar a buscarlo, puedes ir por temas de trabajo o con familia, su precio me parece bastante accesible, yo fui por vacaciones y si disfrute bastante, su personal está bastante comprometido y son muy amables, si regresaré a hospedarme ahí.

Todo iba bien hasta que a última hora me dijeron que el transporte que ofrecen como servicio no funcionaba y tuve que pagar taxi de última hora. Ni me recogieron no me llevaron. Y es un servicio que se ofrece y muchos consideramos como plus de este tipo de hoteles.

The property was quiet and clean. Very convenient. I booked this hotel because it said it had a shuttle bus to the airport. I asked about it and a woman at the desk was shaking her head. The receptionist asked about it and she said the guy was sick. I'm thinking so you don't have anyone else to drive the shuttle thats why I booked this hotel due to convenience. I was very disappointed,I should of stayed at the Barcelo Karmina.

It was not what we expected. We have stayed in various Holiday Inn Express and they have all been exceptionally clean and well kept. This one in Manzanillo was old, towels were super old, frayed with a tinge of gray not white, shower curtain was torn in different areas.

The breakfast was pretty good serving a regional dish, refried beans, chips, salsa, eggs, yogurt, various juices and fruits. I did have some technical issues with the local phone but Edguardo was quite accommodating with arranging my needs until it was fixed.

Era imposible llegar al hotel con todos los tráiler y filas de autos entrando a la calle principal , y el el hotel está muy situado a esa calle así que más de una vez nos era imposible llegar al hotel . Y por otra parte en el hotel hubo situaciones muy desagradables con el personal de recepción que no solucionaron nuestros problemas de la habitación , con un tema de que el baño estaba tapado y se les pidió ayuda y tuve que bajar a ver porque se tardaban tanto y aún así me tardaron mucho esperando y no podía enlazar del teléfono a recepción , tuve que user mi celular para llamar al hotel para que me asistieran , estando yo mismo en el hotel . Hazme favor .

Me encantaron los colchones , sabanas y edredones super acogedores , limpios y las habitaciones en muy buenas condiciones . Realmente elegí este hotel por su calificación . Unicamente que la ubicación fue el pequeño detalle . Pero valió realmente la pena , el confort lo vale.

Bueno para viaje de negocios, pésimo para vacaciones. Se ubica en una zona con mucho trafico de trailers que van al puerto lo que dificulta ingresar en vehículo al hotel

Hotel is very clean, the only issue I found is about not being able to find a place to dine walking distance since we didn’t have a car and a couple of the front desk people where too serious

The room was clean and quite spacious. The hotel is reasonably quiet in the evening. The breakfast was pretty good serving a regional dish, refried beans, chips, salsa, eggs, yogurt, various juices and fruits. I did have some technical issues with the local phone but Edguardo was quite accommodating with arranging my needs until it was fixed.

We had an excellent time because of the very professional staff like Eduardo, Luis and everyone else we encountered. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. Nice pool. Free parking. Good Mexican style breakfast. I like having a fridge in the room but there was a good ice machine.
