Terrible y pésimo servicio en el estacionamiento del hotel, los del valet parking es un gravísimo problema para el hotel, prácticamente te obligan a que les dejes las llaves de tu automóvil para que tú no puedas colocar tu carro, aparte de amenazarte con no hacerse responsable de lo que le pase a tu vehículo y eso al quejarme con la recepcionista me indicó que ya varios huéspedes se habían quejado de lo mismo sin que el hotel haga algo

Bastante limpio, el colchón cómodo y la regadera excelente. El servcio no es extraordinario. Lo catalogan como 5 estrellas pero muy lejos de serlo. Te piden depósito por el uso de la caja de seguridad del cuarto y si requieres el uso de una plancha. Le faltan apagadores y contactos eléctricos en puntos clave. El televisor y la recepción dejan mucho qué desear. El WiFi es muy mediocre. En general, para un viaje rápido, es aceptable aunque el precio es excesivo.

Es bueno regresar al hotel que trae muy buenos recuerdos, sin embargo, el hotel requiere cuidar detalles que pueden afectar de manera importante la experiencia del huésped: el manejo de la iluminación es pésimo... hay espacios (pasillos, vestíbulos) que no tienen iluminación por la tarde; también durante el 1 de enero, sólo un ascensor se encontraba activo haciendo cuello de botella a los huéspedes que deseaban hacer check out. La alfombra de las habitaciones requiere mayor aseo, así como los apagadores (se sienten muy sucios al tacto). Lo peor fue el bidet, aunque tuviera sello de "sanitizado", el azulejo cercano tenía residuos de materia rara (fecal o vómito), lo cual era evidente y es inadmisible. Ojalá tomen nota.

The service wasn’t great, I had to ask for a bedding change twice because no one came up the first time. The sheets smelled like if they weren’t changed after the last guests. I asked for extra towels twice because no one came up the first time I asked at the front desk. The room itself didn’t feel very clean, the carpet was so old and dirty. The restroom was also dirty. I will not be staying here ever again, however I will be going to Mexico City again and very soon!

La habitación estaba muy amplia de hecho tenía tres camas King con respeto al espacio todo bien, lo que no me gustó es que las instalaciones son muy muy viejas incluso la alfombra se siente vieja y sucia, pero lo peor de lo peor es que me fue casi imposible dormir debido al ruido excesivo de autos ya que me tocó una habitación que daba a la avenida Tlalpan.

Staff very nice although they forgot to respond an email requesting extra pillows the first day, I had to remind them the following morning. Room is outdated, bathroom lights were flickering very annoying. A lot of noise outside from the street. I had a simple room and I guess they give you the worse location and condition. Lacks amenities. Not enough hand towels. Mattress a bit old with a dent in the middle. Maybe next time I have to pay extra to stay in a more remodeled room away from the noise.

Ya les había pagado directamente al hotel y al llegar me dijeron que no tenían mi reservación, y no tenían habitaciones disponibles, no me devolvieron mi dinero, y al ser las 10pm en Ciudad de México tuve que dormir en un hotel de paso!! HOTEL REAL DEL SUR ME DIO LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA con hoteles y en mi vida !

El servicio en general es regular, pero la atención al cliente en Front Desk es pésima, las personas que están ahí, no están muy capacitadas para recibir reservaciones a través de plataformas como Booking. Hotels.com. Lo peor de todo, es que en caso de viaje de trabajo para facturar es un dolor de cabeza, para todo hay que escribir en papelitos los datos fiscales, y eso es por cada factura que realices, su proceso de Facturacion es de la edad de las cavernas

Reserve con días de anticipación, llegue al hotel y mi reservación no estaba porque en días con alta demanda se tiene que llegar al hotel mínimo a las 6 de la tarde para que se respete la reservación algo que nunca me comentaron. Cabe aclarar que hablé con días de anticipación a la propiedad para informar que mi check in lo realizaría a las 7 de la noche y me dijeron que estaba perfecto. Fue una experiencia muy desagradable

Customer service was excellent. Hotel a little outdated and floor carpet seemed dirty. Bed was pretty comfy and pretty comfortable. Appreciated the amenities in the room. Was an ok hotel for 2 day stay restaurant food was not very tasteful at all . I would rate the hotel restaurant a 2.

Tienen un personal muy atento y amigable, buen servicio, la comida del restaurante es muy buena, buenos precios. Pero, esta muy viejo, las alfombras estan muy manchadas, ya deben cambiar las alfombras y la fachada se ve sucia. No tienen taxis, nosotros ocupabamos servicio de taxi al aeropuerto y no pudieron ayudarme en recepcion. TUve que buscar por mis propios medios.

The hotel was ok for a couple of days stay, the property is older, as you walk into the rooms the carpets are old and stained, our room didn’t have AC, and although the weather doesn’t get super hot we would have liked to have AC after long walks. We called the front desk and they brought a portable unit. The pastry place by the entrance sells delicious tres leches cakes.
