It was a really good option for the first time visiting and going to the park. But I wouldn't stay again because I didn't get the wow factor, so probably I would stay in a near hotel.

I had a great stay! Since the hotel is still new, the room felt fresh and spotless. Everything looked brand new and was well maintained. The room was simple, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay with .y children. I honestly didn't have any complaints. If you're looking for a clean, modern place to stay, this is a great choice.

It was a very nice stay. The staff were friendly. My suite was ready before 4 o clock check in time which I was grateful for that. The room looks nice and clean but then I found a balloon under the bed. 🤔Breakfast you have to pay for. Other than that I enjoyed my stay there.

We were so excited to visit the new Universal Kids Resort in Frisco, but it ended up being a massive waste of money. The entire experience felt like a cash grab full of technical difficulties and hidden catches. 1. The Wristband Deception (Hidden Fees) When booking, they advertise "free wristbands" if you plan your stay or packages around certain promotions. What they don’t state upfront is that these wristbands only grant you basic entry into the gates of the park. You cannot actually use any of the rides or major attractions with them unless you pay extra. It is incredibly misleading. 2. Broken Rides & Technical Difficulties For a brand-new place, the tech issues are unacceptable. A significant portion of the rides were completely broken or shut down during our stay. We spent a fortune just to stare at "out of order" signs. 3. The $400 Hotel Room Was a Letdown We paid $400 a night to stay at the on-site resort hotel, expecting a premium experience. Instead, our room's shower didn’t even work. The resort also completely miscalculated the pool area—it is way too small for the number of guests staying there, making it overcrowded and unusable. 4. Absurd Pricing & Food/Snack Bans The pricing here is sky-high for everyone. Plushies in the gift shop will run you $30, $40, $50, and even up to $65 for a single stuffed animal. To make it worse, you are strictly banned from bringing in your own outside snacks or food, forcing you to pay their inflated prices. 5. The Beverage Mac
