The hotel interior is pretty rundown. The restaurants and breakfast is fantastiskt as thestaffs are nice and friendly. Unfortunately the pool was closed too. Location is perfect if you are going to exhibition

Booked the hotel one night at the beginning of our vacation and at the end because we where informed we could park our car there and get a ride on their shuttle bus to O’Hare and then get picked up again on the return trip. Had to take a cab to airport because shuttle was not available. Called twice for the shuttle on our return was told it was on its way. Waited for an hour in the cold, they never showed. Had to take a cab back.

The airport Shuttle driver was fast, helpful and caring. Was traveling with a folding power wheelchair and tons of luggage from our families trip back from the Dominican Republic and he did not mind one bit and loaded it all for us. The check in staff member was quick, and offered helpful information. The parking is way over priced- $39 a day, ended up parking in the parking lot complex behind the hotel, only $15 a day. The room was standard sized, beds were comfy and brought us a roll away for our teenage son quickly. The room did not have a microwave or refridgerator, which is a big deal when you are traveling with children.

The room was comfortable and the staff friendly. It was convenient due to the conference being across the street. My only complaint was the room was cold and the tiny space heater barely took the chill off the air. The fitness facility was very good and the pool water just the right temperature.

Airport shuttle runs every 1/2 hour to O’Hare. No issues. Heated Pool (no frills) 2 fitness gyms too. Restaurant food was good. Walked to AMC movie theatre and mall. SAFE. Though Hilton provides a free shuttle for a 3 mile radius. Every single staff member I interacted with were friendly, professional and personable! I would absolutely stay here again.

Needed a place to stay due to a delayed flight. Made the reservation on Expedia for the Hilton at O’Hare Airport. Walked to the front desk at the Hilton only to find out that I had no reservation at that facility and that there was another Hilton (Rosemont at O’Hare) 3 miles away. My reservation (non-refundable) at that location and would require a shuttle. After 45 minutes waiting for the shuttle we arrived. Check in was fine, nice guy. Told him about the confusion with the reservation and were told “oh, that happens every day”. Great. Outside was dimly lit and appears that it hasn’t seen any renovations since it was built. The drop off/pick up area hasn’t seen a pressure washer in a long time. The furniture was dirty and sticky and not a place you would want to wait for a shuttle or uber. Inside the room, the lack of renovations continues. The smell of mildew is first to greet you when you open the door. Again, dimly lit, dark, carpeted flooring that had a nice slightly adhesive texture to it. The noisy air conditioning unit had dust and spider webs around the ductwork. The small refrigerator, noisy too, resided on the floor next to the desk. In the bathroom, was a toilet fit for a kid. Low to the floor and would barely flush urine. Luckily we didn’t have to test it with anything else. The bathtub/shower combo was on theme too. The caulking around the tub looked like it was done by a child. This place is a dump. I’m out of space or I’d continue

It's becoming outdated. Way too costly for the basics. Rust forming in tub. Chaise pillow not fluffed and the problem with that is that looking at someone else's indentation left in the pillow makes me think that the place does not get cleaned well. This makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the bed and the towels.

This Hilton, like most, was a good quality experience at a very reasonable rate. I chose it for its 5 minute walk to the Chicago blue line train. The blue line runs 24/7 as it services the airport. It can connect you to all points of transit connections. Other things worth noting: 1. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but very good quality. 2. My room was clean and orderly, and in decent shape. My only “could be improved” item would be the hand held shower— it was not adjustable and came out in an intense fine stream that I didn’t find comfortable. 3. Every staff member I interacted with was professional and friendly. 4. Chicago is quirky in that there are a lot of expensive hotels way downtown (along the waterfront), and a lot near the airport that are more price friendly, and almost nothing in between. I went with the cheaper option but it is a 40 minute ride to get downtown. 5. All in all, I had a great stay and would go back.

The only thing nice about it was that it was near the convention. However, the room either got stuffy or incredibly hot, no inbtween even with adjusting the thermostat. The water pressure is a joke and no hot water. Definitely never staying there again even with its many reviews. For 2000 for a room and car parking... i should of gotten breakfast, a hot shower, a fridge, microwave, and a room that actually works.

It’s evident the hotel is a little older and needs a little bit of a facelift. Nonetheless it was pretty clean just outdated. It was disappointing to not have a smart TV. We had to specifically ask for a mini fridge and microwave. The staff was wonderful and did a great job of checking in and answering our questions. Everyone was very friendly. The service at the restaurant was a little slow and had a much better experience at a neighbouring hotels restaurant. The pool hours were convenient for the busy days my family had. Overall it was a good experience.

The heating and cooling are not changeable in the rooms. Whole hotel is either hot or cold.. if enough people complain they switch it. . i wouldnt have stayed there had i known this.

Really wished they had a fridge in the room. Seemed weird not to have one. Bed was comfortable. Food was way overpriced but I guess that’s Chicago. $17 cheese sticks… wha? Convenient to the convention center.

Staying here was nice, but the wifi was awful. Keeping my laptop connected to the hotel wifi was a nightmare. If my laptop were to go into sleep mode I'd lose the wifi connection. To reconnect to wifi, I had to make my laptop completely forget the wifi connection and then re-select it. Sometimes the re-connection would drop my laptop minutes after I just connected it, to get a signal I'd have to re-connect again. I've stayed at the other hotels in the area and this hotel wifi was the worst.

Starbucks not open at night. Restaurant in hotel had long wait to be greeted or seated. When seated waited a long time to be greeted for a beverage. Ordered food twice and both times the presentation was sloppy, not very tasty and not worth the spend. Tried to hook up Netflix in room and the front desk said they were in the process of switching, so TV was very limited. They did have a shuttle to airport, staff was friendly.

Was refunded parking not for rooms paid two nights lost sleep time and money to be refunded partial parking got a he sleep key cards broke a receptionist having me stay up waiting on him over a hr told to sit on a couch and wait to be excited to room and they couldn’t find my booking for 45 minutes on arrival because I Used Expedia paid in full next day three trips up and down elevator with broken key card not acceptable I want my room money refunded was in the room about three hrs total out of 3 night stay left second day no refund except for one of our cars parking unbelievable room dated bad experience loss room money convention tickets for next day we left from lack of sleep I should get my room money back parking for my sons car were still out of the convention center tickets 208 dollars this was a buisness trip ! Bad oh I got a apology saying the receptionist shouldn’t of knocked on our door prolonging Mr going to sleep To wait a hr for him at 12:30. 1 am at night

— Conveniently located and connected to the convention center via sky bridge. — Friendly staff — Jake at the front desk was working alone and was swamped with people lined up, as well as people calling on the the phone. I liked the location and convince of the shuttle service. I didn't like that i got in early and asked an associate to let me know when a room would be available (I waited in the lounge) and he told me nothing would be available to noon, that I just got to come up to the desk at noon and was not helpful about it and it felt like he did not want to be helpful at all. After traveling that was the last thing I expected, especially for my first time at a Hilton Hotel. I wated in the lobby for a couple hours before I noticed others going to the desk and getting rooms early. I was erked by this as I was told absolutely nothing would be available till noon. I went up and thankfully met Bouchiab. He was so kind and could tell I had a rough journey. He found a room for me and was so poliet. Bouchiab definitely made the experience a better one with kindness and willingness to help me. If it wasn't for Bouchiab my first time experience would of been irritating and not make me want to come back. No matter how nice a hotel is service is just as important. I am so thankful again for Bouchiab and it was nice to see him this morning before I left. :)

The service at the property was horrible. We had two rooms and had a terrible experience: in fact one of the rooms was dirty when we checked in and we had to get it cleaned right away. They also only did housekeeping once and did not refill shampoo/replace towels or coffee cups. We had to repeatedly escalate to management to get our rooms cleaned even though they were supposed to clean it each day. Even after we alerted management, housekeeping was not up to par and rooms were left relatively dirty. We booked this hotel because it is a Hilton, but they do not deserve to be under the umbrella. Horrible experience, will never book again.

I waited in line to check in for over 30 minutes after traveling for 26 hours straight. I literally made it through international security and customs faster than I could check into this hotel. The front desk guy (Wilmer) told me there would be water in my room (my special needs son and I were dehydrated from travel) there was no water and no offer of water upon informing the front desk it was absent. I paid $40 for two breakfast vouchers only to be offered no buffet and only options in the range of $7 for my son meaning I grossly overpaid for his meal and was offered no refund or for the difference. The hotel was freezing so we tried to sit near the fire during breakfast only to be told they wouldn’t serve us in those seats because they were 5 ft outside the perimeter of the “restaurant”. The television and internet didn’t work in my room so after traveling for so long my son had no entertainment or way to psychologically decompress nor could he do his homework without access to WiFi. I travel 9 months out of the year for work. I have had better stays and treatment at almost every other hotel I have ever stayed in. Incredibly disappointed with this experience and the Hilton name going forward.

This Hilton is located in a hotel district area. Lots is in walking distance including outlet mall, metro and restaurants. The only critique was that the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel never showed up. I shared this with the staff twice. As a Hilton Honors member the least they could have did since I waited a long time (after an international flight) and had to pay for a taxi was a credit for the snack bar or restaurant equivalent to the taxi.

Rosemont is a surprisingly nice area very close to O’Hare International Airport. Extremely convenient for travelers coming in and out, with lots of dining options and things to do nearby. The Hilton Rosemont is a perfectly accommodating hotel with convenient access via a sky-bridge to the Donald Stevens Conference Center. A very nice Starbucks and a restaurant within the hotel, all very convenient but be aware with traffic it’s a solid hour or more to downtown Chicago. The rooms are fine, nothing out of the ordinary, clean and comfortable but not necessarily modern or newly redone, just a satisfactory room. I’d stay again, just as long as I wasn’t commuting to downtown regularly. There’s plenty in Rosemont if Chicago isn’t necessarily your stop.

We stayed here for a quick layover. The hotel was affordable, clean, and quiet. For a Hilton it seemed outdated though. They could use some upgrades. We ate dinner at the Tavern and it was great! Our waiter was so nice and the food was good. I have a gluten allergy and the were accommodating.

The hotel is close to the airport with great shuttle service. The staff at the Hilton Rosemont were very nice, helpful and professional. The hotel is really nice overall. The room was very clean, spacious and well appointed. The restaurant and bar was very very nice. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect cool clean and respectful . Need more restaurants and fir Starbucks to close at 7 pm since there is only one restaurant to go too if don’t want to go out since we have no car
