We've stayed here under it's previous incarnation and were unaware it had been taken over since booking a return visit. The hotel is really useful for gigs, we were attending one at the Wulfrun Hall just a few minutes walk away. It's been decorated since we were last there and looks much brighter and more welcoming than before. The staff were helpful too. There's no hairdryer in the room which I remembered last minute before we left, so make sure to take one with you!

Perfect after a night out at KK Steel Mill. Need was firm, just how I like it, and perfect after my back was aching after the concert. There is a decent amount of car park space which is good, but there really needs to be better signposting for the car park. It was more by luck than judgment that we found it!

Lovely, comfy hotel. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a while (full English). The soundproof wasn’t that good, I had to use ear plugs because of nearby roads, but it didn’t spoil my trip. A bonus of seeing the band ‘Europe’ there when I checked out! 🙌
