De kamers zijn prima (groot) maar het gratis ontbijt kon beter en vooral de gym is echt niks waard: een piepklein kamertje met 3 toestellen die op elkaar geplakt staan. Het dakterras was wel rustig en aangenaam

Buenas instalaciones, limpio con buen servicio, tiene estacionamiento e incluye desayuno muy sencillo.

I had to ask for another room because the shower curtain was too short. When taking a shower water covered the floor where the toilet was. I had to wipe the water up wth a towel. The hotel staff understands very little english. When moved to another room, I didn’t have pots which I had in the first room. When I received a pot, it was removed the next day. I had to request another one. There were very few guests at the location. We were there 5 days and I think we only saw only two other guests. Breakfast is truly lacking. Only white and sweet bread, limited fruit (apple or banana) and made to order eggs is deceiving. Fortunately we bought our our food and prepared it. The room is spacious as the pictures indicate. Staff did not seem too friendly. Staff tried to accomodate requests but could only work with what they have to work with. Management does not seemed to be too concerned with keeping the property well maintained. In the evening the lighting in the hall was out so I had to use my light on my cell phone to get into the room. There is no card key. It is a key with a tag with your room number. I try not to complain about how other people live in their own country but based on the information that was put online, I really expected more. I would not stay there again. I did not feel welcomed for the most part!

El lugar es tal cual las fotos, muy espacioso y limpio, la atención del personal fue excelente y el desayuno es bueno, tienes la ventaja de que todo el día hay cafe, te y agua disponible, el único inconveniente es que la habitación asignada se encontraba al lado de área del desayuno lo cual lo hacía algo incómodo

En general, bien. Después de bañarse la primera persona, debes esperar 20 a 30 minutos a que el agua esté caliente de nuevo. No es aceptable para un lugar de este precio.

Excellent place to stay in Mexico City great room, superb service, nice people, roomy rooms, great continental breakfast served, laundry on request, walking distance to various areas. Safe place, housekeeping is always helpful as is the front desk. If and when I return I’ll definately stay here again. Thanks to everyone here at this awesome hotel. Joey

The hotel is in great location, service is great the only is the bathroom need better cleaning to remove mold from shower and also clean the shower curtain

The location is excellent. We felt safe walking around. There are shops and restaurants near. The Parque de Chapultepec is very close. The breakfast is plentiful and fresh. Our room was clean and spacious. I would stay here again.

The location is great, close to the park and Roma Norte and Polanco areas. Staff was very friendly. The street is quiet at night. Cleaning staff was thorough. Only negative was the mattress was pretty worn out.

There was mold inside the bathroom around the corners, I found a little centipede in the curtain, the person in charge of cleaning only made the bed and changed the trash bins, didn’t sweep the floor.

La ubicación super¡¡ Muy cerca de Reforma, el personal super amables, todo extra limpio muy bien, lo único es que en la noche hacia mucho frío y la cama solo tenia una sabana y un cubracama muy delgado. Pedimos cobijas y nos dijeron que no tenían que ya se les habían acabado. Tuvimos que dormir con chamarras y ropa. A parte de eso todo muy bien.

Hotel and staff were very good. The only complaint I have is my room was first floor and it was noisy from breakfast area, so morning sleep was a challenge.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very clean. The shower hard to regulate. Our only issue was the breakfast . It had so many deficiencies it is hard to be specific. Start with coffe often unmade or so strong as to be not drinkable. Toast no toaster bread was sweet . But all in am good valid for money great area.

The property was fine. The entire experience, though, was overshadowed by our concierge Cesi stealing $100 from us by saying we booked an excursion through her when we never did. We said we were interested in knowing more about an excursion then we were threatened into paying a "non-refundable" fee that we never agreed to, or even received any information on. It tainted the rest of our experience and we paid without doing the excursion out of fear of retaliation. She demanded cash and when I asked for a receipt, she never gave us a copy of anything. All we have is voice messages she left us. Overall, this was not a good experience for us.

the hotel is o.k. clean and safe. breakfast is terrible not much to choose from. also, none of the staff in the hotel doesn't speak English, and I don't speak Spanish. big problem. The staffs are friendly, especially Andrew.

Aunque no viajo seguido a la CDMX, me ha gustado el hospedaje, la atención del personal y que está en un lugar accesible. Se ha vuelto un punto de referencia para mis visitas y cada que viajo por trabajo, siempre pienso en hospedarme ahí.

Lombardo Suite fue una excelente opción para el viaje a la Ciudad de México. Muy limpio, el desayuno continental está bastante decente, la habitación de lujo y el servicio excepcional.
