The place needs work. I do understand that it’s only a low budget place, but even low budget places keep up with the maintenance. The ceiling was falling apart, mould in the shower chairs broken a little bit of paint and little bear of TLC would make that place much better. We had to switch rooms because one of the rooms they gave us was a death trap with the stairs even though we paid for two queen size beds we got moved to a room with two double beds was not what we thought it would be pictures on their webpage is from two of their locations. All into one. The mirror in the bathroom were so disgusting couldn’t see yourself. The showerhead was some plastic thing that tiny bits of water. The faucet was as rusted as a pipe that lived under the sea for 100 years again, all little things that they could upgrade to make it look presentable. Also, it said continental breakfast well I guess their meaning of continental breakfast is different than a normal continental breakfast. Continental breakfast is a muffin juice, coffee fruit yoghurt what you got there was a hard piece of toast with one slice of ham that is thinner than paper, shredded lettuce and some weird cheese. The people they’re working are incredible and nice and caring but again the facility is a rather dump.

Room are disgusting. Very dirty it’s the worse place to go I’m not fancy but I need a clean place to stay the bathroom was so dirty I touch the walls of the shower and everything was sticky and the floor was full of hair. We had room 37 and I ask right away to get another room they gave us room 4 and was as dirty as the first one. On we slept on top of the sheets and left the next morning and find another place to stay. They didn’t want to give us our money back I do not recommend this place even for a minute and i will put bad reviews on all websites they used. Pictures are not at all of what they have

The room condition was okay overall. Both the bathroom door and the front door were difficult to close. The additional fees charged upon arrival were not clearly disclosed beforehand and didn’t seem to add up. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, there was no fridge in the room, which was inconvenient.

The smell of the sewer system was in the room ,the vast majority of the time i was there.I left the hotel 3 days before I was suppose to leave.Knowing there was no refund. No mat was outside the shower. The floor was all tile.I had to use a towel, and believe the hotel charges extra for more pillows and towels.
