We had a wonderful stay! We received a warm welcome followed by charcuterie by the fire in the evening. Our only downside is that we had to eat breakfast offsite due to construction. Even so, the meal was complimentary and tasty.

Beautiful inn but kitchen was burnt back in August so we had to go to a sister property for breakfast. We were only notified 3 days before arrival so it was too late to make arrangements. Other than that staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Such a quaint and inviting inn!! Nancy was super helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Mt Adam’s room. Comfortable and cozy! The Inn had a recent fire which destroyed their spa and kitchen but they accommodated us with complimentary wine, coffee, tea and snack items, as well as, breakfast at their sister property, The Christmas Farm Inn. We totally enjoyed every minute of our stay. And, kudos on having an elevator!

Lovely setting, well-equipped room with comfortable bed. Nice bar and sitting areas with fireplace. The restaurant was excellent. Great cooked-to- order breakfast included. Staff is very friendly.

Luggage is a real pain, getting in and out. The luggage dolly is old and does not function well. The old elevator is small and very hard to work with. I chose to ignore it on the way out. Dining was a joy; the real reason we come to Inn at Thorn Hill.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco and a beautiful fruit tray in the library as the innkeeper graciously checked us in and gave us many dining and activities suggestions. Later on during our stay, we met more guests over a complimentary glass of wine and cheese / fruit tray to share our experiences in the area around the fireplace in the library. Although the hotel is under going renovations which the hotel owner informed me of prior to our stay, it was a very good experience. The workmen started early but kept noise and any disturbances to guests to a minimum. ( The innkeeper was quick to resolve an issue I had with our room as a result of the construction. Your comfort is their top priority). All guests were offered a complimentary breakfast at their sister inn, “Christmas Farm Inn and Spa” which was generous and order off the menu meal. Also, guests of the Inn at Thornhill are welcomed to use the indoor pool and exercise facilities at Christmas Farm Inn and Spa . (Not sure, if this will continue after the construction however.) I did partake in a relaxing massage there after skiing which was delightful.) I will come again and am very anxious to see the beautiful renovations to the bar and restaurant that are almost complete at the Inn at Thornhill on my next visit.

The inn is in a beautiful location and is a beautiful property. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, excellent morning breakfast that is included...a wonderful place to stay while in the White Mountains. Definitely would stay here again on any future trips to the area!

The room was immaculate. The staff are very friendly, especially the wait staff in the morning. The food is delicious, the libations are strong. We loved the gas fireplace in our room as well as the plush pillows and duvet. Overall, the property is lovely.

The Inn blew all of our expectations out of the water! From when we arrived to the time we left it was just an incredible stay. The restaurant was one of the best in the area, the rooms were comfy and clean, the staff was incredibly helpful as well. We cannot wait to stay here again in the future.

Property is very old..but the surrounding and landscape is beautiful. However, property is old n found 2 live cockrouches in the cottage. They messed up our spa appointments.

If I could give this property a higher rating than 5 stars, I would. It was exceptional. Everyone was very nice and accommodating, the room was very clean and well decorated and breakfast was delicious. We'll definitely visit again.

The inn was welcoming, cozy and extremely clean. The food at the restaurant Forty was delicious for breakfast and dinner. The best part was the staff at the inn. They were welcoming, knowledgeable about different things to do in the area and very accommodating.

We stayed in the Jackson room and loved it. Very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and the two person jacuzzi tub was great to unwind in at the end of the day. Show is a bit small, but it got the job done. Breakfast was delicious... really enjoyed the Creme Brulee French Toast.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and offered champagne. Liam was incredibly kind, energetic, and polite, making us feel right at home. We loved our room, the Jefferson, which featured stunning views. The in-room jacuzzi was a fantastic bonus. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

The Inn was beautiful, food was amazing, love the wrap around deck with awesome seating/views. The Inn staff was so nice and took care of everything! Just a few issues in the Presidentail suite. Cobwebs, only 1 jet worked in the 6 jet tub, and the air conditioning didn’t work very well, and only one air conditioner in two rooms. Also, it would be nice to have smart tvs in the rooms.

Skip the Eisenhower room, Apparently the kitchen is located above this room and the staff don't seem to give a damn about how much noise they make up there until late at night. They have a tea service that comes around at 9PM, we declined it at check in but they still knocked on the door.

The Inn at Thorn Hill was recommended by a friend whose daughter was getting married just over the border in Maine. My first impression was that of a lovely, peaceful and warm oasis during a cold January winter. Our room was spacious and comfortable, decorated beautifully with easy access to the elevator and stairs. The bathroom was beautiful and included a great hot tub with room for two! It was sparkling clean and the towels were soft and luxurious. We ate dinner in the dining room, starting with drinks from the bar. Our food was delicious and our server, Nicole, was extremely friendly and always checking on us making sure we had everything we wanted. I will gladly recommend The Inn at Thorn Hill to our friends, and I can’t wait to stay there again.

This is a beautiful well-maintained Inn. Friendly welcoming staff, beautiful location. Breakfast is a fabulous way to start your day. We have stayed here in the past and will probably stay here again. This was our first time staying in a cottage, and although we like the amenities and thought it was darling, there were no drawers or anywhere to place clothing items For staying multiple days. Check in process was a little rough, as the room was not ready as scheduled, and there was a miscommunication regarding what time the room would actually be ready. I thought the Inn keeper did a good job of handling a very difficult situation by giving us a credit toward the room. There seems to be some issues with short staffing here with the end not the restaurant. Having said that it’s a beautiful place with wonderful staff and we would return.

We loved The Inn At Thorn Hill. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was great. We had a terrific dinner at the restaurant. In the early morning they made us a takeaway breakfast which allowed us to keep to our schedule.

We had a wonderful stay at the inn! Nancy, the innkeeper, was incredibly helpful and gracious. The room was just lovely and comfortable. Hot tea delivered to our room each warmed my body and heart - their own chamomile blend! We were celebrating my birthday and the staff and guest were so sweet and made it all so very special. Best birthday ever! Highly recommend staying at this beautiful inn!

Our stay was perfect. From the Prosecco on arrival, the gorgeous room with spa bath, and beautiful surroundings we only wish we had stayed longer. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We very much hope to return.

We loved our stay! From the staff to the delicious breakfast, to the quiet comfortable rooms, we can’t wait to return soon. Easy access to Pinkham and Crawford notches and all the hiking trails meant we could hike all day and enjoy an amazing dinner each night.

Very charming, quiet, and clean. It was Christmas time and it felt like I was in a Hallmark movie. Very cute place! The spa tub was amazing and I loved the mountain view and in-room fireplace. It was about at 15-20 minute drive to North Conway for shopping, but Jackson was so quaint and scenic. The food at the restaurant in the Inn was also delicious.

We had a wonderful room. The hotel had just experienced a fire so dining was not at then hotel and that is one reason we chose this hotel. The chef was well-known. They did offer shuttle service to another hotel they owned for dining options. Food was fair.

We've been staying at TIATH for over 25 yrs. it's always been an awesome place to stay for a weekend getaway to the Whites. The food, while incredible, has become really over priced. The restaurant has been turned into an overpriced steak house, $66 for an 8oz Filet Mignon, $58 for a Ribeye and $48 for a piece of Salmon. We tend to go to higher end restaurants and this is the most I've paid for a meal for two people outside of NYC. $230.00 with an inexpensive bottle of wine. A little much for Jackson NH. At lunch, a grilled chicken sandwich was $20; I asked if they could make a simple BLT, the reply was that would be $20 also.

We went to the hotel while renovations were being completed from a kitchen fire. We had to go to a sister hotel about 5 minutes away for breakfast. This was a little inconvenient, but was a great breakfast!

Overall our stay was lovely. The staff was professional and very helpful. We especially liked the amazing b'fasts which were included with our stay. The only disappointing part was the dinner. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and after the amazing, delicious b'fasts we'd had, I was expecting an equally amazing dinner. So, I ordered the $62 fillet and my wife had the stuffed haddock. Her dinner was very good, but my fillet was pure gristle, which I was unable to cut with a sharp knife. I asked for another steak and said if the chef doesn't think he can prepare a high quality fillet, then to get me the duck instead. I wound up with the duck.

This place is beautiful. The staff is amazing and the restaurant is so good, I’d drive the hour from home just to go to dinner there! We have stayed here twice and will continue to frequent this beautiful Inn. Highly recommend
