We were greeted at the front desk at both check in and check out always with a smile. The room was very clean. The first time we stayed at the Lodge the bed was VERY comfortable. This time not as much but the jetted tub more than made up for it! We like staying here and will stay again!

We visited off season so we were some of the only guests. It was very quiet and we didn't have any issues. It was easy to find and a great location. Would stay again!

Pros: Super close to Black Mountain Ski Resort, extremely quiet at night even for a school vacation week, clean, great shower, attentive staff. Cons: Bouncy/not the firmest beds, breakfast was ok (wish there was one more hot food item and not just 2).
