Washer and Dryer inoperative. Decent place. A bit tired.

The rooms were spotless and large. Beach was just over the dune.

Great location. Property was adorable & very comfortable

The room we were in, number 3, was extremely outdated. Upon walking in, the room smelt heavily of chemicals from cleaning, and there were large cracks and soft spots along the bedroom walls. My son started developing a cough while we were staying and settled once we left, not sure whether due to the chemical smell that lingered or something beyond. The staff were nice, the outdoor property was well kept beyond the room issues. The walk from the beach is short.

Beach Guest house was perfect for our group. Having separate 2 bedrooms in our unit was exactly what we were looking for. We were a party of five, so we had two units. The kitchen was great. However we didn’t use it as we just stayed one night. Perfect if you plan to stay longer. The check in process was very easy and the staff is very helpful,friendly. We spent the day at Kennedy Space center. This is a great location if you are spending time in that area. There is also several great restaurants in the area for both breakfast and dinner. We will definitely stay again when traveling in the area.
