Desafortunadamente a la llegada fue un problema que nos dieran la habitación temprano aun y cuando el hotel estaba casi vacio. Les avisamos un día antes y por mas que les pedimos que fueran flexibles ya que veniamos muy cansados, no quisieron. Algunos meseros son de primera pero uno que otro mesero y alguna recepcionista con pesima actitud. Es un gran hotel pero se le ve la falta de mantenimiento y poca ocupación.

El hotel es muy bonito con un lenguaje arquitectónico único. La comida excelente también. Pero lo mas destacable fue que siempre nos atendieron muy bien. El hotel estaba en remodelación en algunas secciones y se escuchaba ruido en la habitación pero en el momento en que llamé a recepción para comentar esto dejaron de trabajar y llegó el silencio. Esa y otras peticiones las cumplieron sin dudar. Yo soy hotelero y aprecio mucho cuando el servicio al cliente es siempre con un "sí". Bien por todo el equipo de Encanto

Es una belleza de hotel, sin embargo hay que darle mantenimiento a la alberca. El servicio del mesero de la alberca es pésimo, está enojado, en la cuenta agrega platillos que no pedimos. Es grosero. La habitación es una belleza, faltan amenidades, el jabón es escaso. El servicio del restaurante es lentísimo. El hotel muy bonito. Las instalaciones están muy bien. Pero la habitación que reservamos, es con alberca privada, pero no la calientan, está muy fría. El cancel para salir a la alberca, está muy pesado y es difícil abrirlo , por lo que es bastante incómodo estar entrando y saliendo. La comida extremadamente cara, de sabor bien, pero normal.

El hotel muy bonito y la comida espectacular. Las albercas necesitan mantenimiento. Durante mi estancia pedí una cobija y me dijeron que “no manejaban cobijas” ¿en un hotel? me pareció bastante anormal. Todo lo demás estuvo perfecto hasta nuestro check out. Lo hicieron bastante complicado y hasta ahora me siguen poniendo pretextos para no entregarme mi factura.

En general todo el personal muy atento. Hubo algunos detalles, desde tener que mandar a alguien de mantenimiento para arreglar una llave que goteaba, un tubo de la regadera zafado y lo más increible de todo, no tenían cobijas!!! Frente a nuestra alberca hubo un espejo de agua que hoy se ve muy desarreglado y una obra parada que afecta la vista y la decoración. Por último, nos llevamos la sorpresa de que permiten apartar camastros... lo cual no es digno de un hotel de esta categoría.

Se me hace una falta de respeto que no hayan dejado cancelar o cambiar fechas por la tempestad del huracán, el agua olía a caño, el servicio era nefasto, dos veces no tuve agua en la habitación, la comida era malísima, no entiendo porque cobran el IVA en alimentos y la cena de fin de año horrible. Es una falta de respeto que no contesten las llamadas y tú sabes si quieres o darle la oportunidad al hotel y al final te cobran 530 de propinas diario, tú sabes si lo dejas o no es un robo total y la vdd nunca en mi vida regresaría a ese lugar

la Tv no se veía tenía falla , goteaba el lavabo , la chica de recepcion nunca resolvió los inconvenientes , la botella de cortesía nunca se nos dio hasta el check out que reclamamos, algunos platillos no eran tan buenos el personal de restaurante y alberca muy amables

Por el precio que pagas esperas mucho, pero en nuestra experiencia faltaron muchas cosas, cuando llegamos (6pm) no tenían nuestra habitación, esperamos como 3 horas y nos la dieron una habitación que tenía fuga de agua y la tele no servía :/ La comida es mala. El hotel es hermoso y el servicio bueno pero le hace falta calidad a las cosas.

Un hôtel réellement chic au design audacieux. Le tout est d’un grand confort et la localisation est parfaite. Quelle vue ! Les chambres avec balcon qui donnent sur l’océan Pacifique et la baie d’Acapulco sont incroyables. Le restaurant propose des plats succulents. Les jeux de lumière dans l’hôtel le soir sont époustouflants. C'est un endroit idyllique pour celles et ceux qui aiment les endroits raffinés, élégants et luxueux. Fans de ressorts all inclusive et familles avec enfants qui jouent à la balle dans l’eau s’abstenir 😌

I was hesitant to go to Acapulco with recent crimes. However, to get to Encanto you must pass 3 guard gates. It is also about 30-40 minutes outside “old” Acapulco. Encanto was clean, (for English travelers) everyone spoke English, simple elegance, service was amazing and private. The views are spectacular. Another highlight was the private dinner my husband scheduled for our 30th anniversary. They gave us a private balcony, a custom menu with wine, a private server and candle and roses all around. We really enjoyed having our own patio with an ocean view including a pool. And there is 24/7 room service. There isn’t a concierge, but the front desk staff is helpful. They know the history of Acapulco, the old Hollywood romance and shows and local attractions.

We really enjoyed having our own patio with an ocean view including a pool. And there is 24/7 room service. There isn’t a concierge, but the front desk staff is helpful. They know the history of Acapulco, the old Hollywood romance and shows and local attractions.

El hotel es muy bonito con un lenguaje arquitectónico único. La comida excelente también. Pero lo mas destacable fue que siempre nos atendieron muy bien. El hotel estaba en remodelación en algunas secciones y se escuchaba ruido en la habitación pero en el momento en que llamé a recepción para comentar esto dejaron de trabajar y llegó el silencio. El hotel muy bonito. Las instalaciones están muy bien. Pero la habitación que reservamos, es con alberca privada, pero no la calientan, está muy fría. El cancel para salir a la alberca, está muy pesado y es difícil abrirlo , por lo que es bastante incómodo estar entrando y saliendo. La comida extremadamente cara, de sabor bien, pero normal.

Por el precio que pagas esperas mucho, pero en nuestra experiencia faltaron muchas cosas, cuando llegamos (6pm) no tenían nuestra habitación, esperamos como 3 horas y nos la dieron una habitación que tenía fuga de agua y la tele no servía :/ La comida es mala. Desafortunadamente a la llegada fue un problema que nos dieran la habitación temprano aun y cuando el hotel estaba casi vacio. Les avisamos un día antes y por mas que les pedimos que fueran flexibles ya que veniamos muy cansados, no quisieron. Algunos meseros son de primera pero uno que otro mesero y alguna recepcionista con pesima actitud. Es un gran hotel pero se le ve la falta de mantenimiento y poca ocupación.

Se me hace una falta de respeto que no hayan dejado cancelar o cambiar fechas por la tempestad del huracán, el agua olía a caño, el servicio era nefasto, dos veces no tuve agua en la habitación, la comida era malísima, no entiendo porque cobran el IVA en alimentos y la cena de fin de año horrible. Es una falta de respeto que no contesten las llamadas y tú sabes si quieres o darle la oportunidad al hotel y al final te cobran 530 de propinas diario, tú sabes si lo dejas o no es un robo total y la vdd nunca en mi vida regresaría a ese lugar

El hotel muy bonito y la comida espectacular. Las albercas necesitan mantenimiento. Durante mi estancia pedí una cobija y me dijeron que “no manejaban cobijas” ¿en un hotel? me pareció bastante anormal. Todo lo demás estuvo perfecto hasta nuestro check out. Lo hicieron bastante complicado y hasta ahora me siguen poniendo pretextos para no entregarme mi factura.

En general todo el personal muy atento. Hubo algunos detalles, desde tener que mandar a alguien de mantenimiento para arreglar una llave que goteaba, un tubo de la regadera zafado y lo más increible de todo, no tenían cobijas!!! Frente a nuestra alberca hubo un espejo de agua que hoy se ve muy desarreglado y una obra parada que afecta la vista y la decoración. Por último, nos llevamos la sorpresa de que permiten apartar camastros... lo cual no es digno de un hotel de esta categoría.

Les chambres avec balcon qui donnent sur l’océan Pacifique et la baie d’Acapulco sont incroyables. Le restaurant propose des plats succulents. Les jeux de lumière dans l’hôtel le soir sont époustouflants. C'est un endroit idyllique pour celles et ceux qui aiment les endroits raffinés, élégants et luxueux. Fans de ressorts all inclusive et familles avec enfants qui jouent à la balle dans l’eau s’abstenir 😌

I was hesitant to go to Acapulco with recent crimes. However, to get to Encanto you must pass 3 guard gates. It is also about 30-40 minutes outside “old” Acapulco. Encanto was clean, (for English travelers) everyone spoke English, simple elegance, service was amazing and private. The views are spectacular. Another highlight was the private dinner my husband scheduled for our 30th anniversary. They gave us a private balcony, a custom menu with wine, a private server and candle and roses all around. Staff is excellent! The location is great and the views are truly amazing! The breakfast food options are great but the dinner menu has room for improvement but the vibe is five stars. The villas are definitely worth the money and the pool area was spectacular. Overall Encanto is great property!

Por el precio que pagas esperas mucho, pero en nuestra experiencia faltaron muchas cosas, cuando llegamos (6pm) no tenían nuestra habitación, esperamos como 3 horas y nos la dieron una habitación que tenía fuga de agua y la tele no servía :/ La comida es mala. El hotel es hermoso y el servicio bueno pero le hace falta calidad a las cosas.

Staff is excellent! The location is great and the views are truly amazing! The breakfast food options are great but the dinner menu has room for improvement but the vibe is five stars. The villas are definitely worth the money and the pool area was spectacular. Overall Encanto is great property!

The hotel is beautiful and has a privileged view and location, unfortunately the hotel is a little bit run down, service is good as the staff is very friendly but it feels like they are missing more staff and sometimes things take to long to arrive. The only real issue I had was the food, the quality was terrible and taste was subpar. I had to return a ceviche trio because the fish was completely off, dry and smelly. On my last day I had the sopes with cecina and immediately had an upset stomach. Dinner at the star restaurant was far below my expectations also for a “renowned chef menu”
