The property is dated but in spite of that the accommodations were up to par and the furniture modern. The kitchen was fully equipped with service for 6, the capacity of all units. The grounds are well maintained and in excellent condition. Two swimming pools and hot tubs are within easy walking distance of all the units. The office staff was very helpful in spite of the difficulty of getting in contact prior to our arrival. I turned out later there was a technical problem with the phone line. By way of the reservation phone contact found on the Internet, I was able to get another number for the office. WE did not make use of the hotel and restaurant on the property or the golf course.

Definitely a great family option for the price. Liked having a whole condo vs a hotel room. Kitchen had dishes and cookware. Beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub really close. You actually have access to 2 of them. Comfortable for family of 6. I liked that one of the rooms had 2 twins. Made everyone's sleeping arrangements more like home. Property was maintained. Front desk office near by. I appreciated the communication by text with instructions and reminders.

Room was very nice convenient place. But all my the poll was dirty I asked office if anybody gonna clean it?They said not today. Pull hours for 9 AM to 9 PM I finally called at 10 o'clock.The music was so loud. They went in for a couple hours.Came back out with the loud music. Drunk people Until 4 o'clock in the morning. I did not feel safe. Not a place for my children our grandchildren. Otherwise we had a good time. 1st day we were there.A child Almost drowned..Maybe 5 6 kids being watched by a under.Age teenager .Luckily my stepdaughter saved her. I will not go back.Would not suggest it to any of my friends or family to go back.

Place was overall very clean. Much older property so rough around the edges i.e. areas that needed trim paint, better landscaping care. Unit was very well stocked with everything you need. Didnt use any resort amenities because we got in late and left early the next morning to check into our resort nearby. We were 4 people. Staff was very responsive. We prefer more resort type atmosphere but it was fine for one night's stay for us.

We were surprise that they did away with the washer and dryer in the apartment. That was the main reason we chose to stay there. The builds in the trees were to loud very early in the morning. The apartment did have the space we needed. They also did away with the vacation rentals using the tennis courts. So much has changed and that’s a bummer.

The staff did a great job keeping in communication with us during our journey. It was a 6-hour commute, and we weren't sure if we would arrive by 5 PM, but they stayed in touch and assisted us in any way needed. The condo was clean and spacious, and you couldn't beat the price. It was stocked with anything you could possibly need as well as complementary snacks. The area was peaceful and secure, with plenty of parking available. Entering through the security gate was easy and hassle-free. I would recommend this place to others and would definitely stay here again.

The bed needs to be taken out and burned! You have to absolutely sleep in the middle to keep yourself on the bed; otherwise, you will slip down to the ground. The staff is excellent, and the place is quiet and clean.

The location is great, the staff friendly and attentive and the condo was comfortable, clean (superficially), the kitchen is well equiped with plenty of appliances and tableware. I think could be better if they really make sure the place is ready and functional prior to the guests arrival. 1st incident, stove did not work because the gas was off, once we turned it on, there was gas leaking, because the hose wasn't properly screwed to the pipe. Luckily my boyfriend knew how to fix it because was after hours. 2nd the wifi signal was terrible, I notified and they said "they were working on it" but was never fixed. 3rd they clean just superficially, you can see the dust on the cabinets, the accumulated dirt on the sink faucets. Other than than, our stay was good and we felt safe. I hope they do better and I would definitely stay here again.

For a peice it was a perfect alternative to any hotel room. 2 storeys, kitchen, 2 restrooms, a small living room and walkable distance to 2 bbq grills and pools. Thank you for effective communication and kind gesture of checking in earlier and checking out a little later!

I had a great experience. Erika was a great communicator replied to my texts immediately. I had no problem checking in or out. condo was clean and stocked with cookware, cleaning supplies. Beds were comfortable .No problem finding parking. Street noise was mild as expected Ave 48 runs through back of condo. Would stay again and recommend.

Property is very poorly equipped for cooking. Two pots and a baking sheet is what is provided. The unit is as shown but not all are Golf Front as described. We had to request to moved. Second bedroom TV does not exist. Back units are very noisy from street traffic. Several units are rented to locals and there seems to be no rules regarding control of their dogs. It also does not give any sort of vacation vibe. The golf course is very poor see reviews separately. Pool area is nice but no brush to clean BBQ and half the outdoor lights do not work. Open garbage bins so parking lots have litter blowing around. Common comment from talking with other guests is they wouldn't return and we feel the same way.

Nice place I have been here many times when I'm in Indio. Close to Fantasy Springs Casino. The condo is 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 and has all you need for a family trip or trip with the girls. Full kitchen with plates, cups, MINI coffee maker but we brought one, all utensils and cooking equipment. Front desk was exceptional, and the grounds are kept very nice.

Manager showed horrible hospitality. Very inconsiderate and entitled attitude. General manager Hector Becerra has tried to humiliate me and threaten not to rebook. When checking in condo was found to have narcotics randomly misplaced around the interior of home
