Convenient location to Capitol Reef park. Rubber ducky included with toiletry items in thebathroom made us smile😊 Lots of parking, laundromat on site. Second floor rooms require using stairs.

No breakfast at all, zero and even coffee in lobby is spotty. The positives far outweigh that minor trade-off. The setting and surroundings mere steps off the parking lot rival the scenery of Sedona and the like. Really an awesome place. There's a Mexican restaurant and fuel station/convenience store up front owned by the hotel with all necessities a mere 2 minute walk away. Clothes washing facility on site. Really great place, will definitely return.

Check-in was fast and easy. Young man checking me in was very personable. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Hotel doesn't serve breakfast but does have coffee available in hotel lobby. Gas station next to it doesn't open until 8, which was very inconvenient as we wanted to leave earlier and had planned to grab and go breakfast.

Very nice facility, did not have a continental breakfast, was easier to check in on-line than in person due to staff shortages. Excellent view from our deck chairs as we watched the sun set. We would stay here again!

The Noor hotel was very conveniently located and clean. There were a few things that were not as convenient about it (no elevator and you had to go to the lobby area to get ice). But it was still a good stay for us there, and the related Mexican restaurant nearby was very good!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Didn’t realize that it was it was motel style with outside stairs and doors to rooms. Also the restaurant was closed for the winter which we didn’t anticipate.

This hotel is very convenient for Capital Reef National Park and we were able to easily go back and forth to the park with a fairly short drive. The restaurant located at the hotel, La Cueva, had great Mexican food. The room was a little "worn/dated," but clean and adequate for what we needed for a couple nights. We somehow missed that there are no elevators, so be aware of that if you are unable to walk up to second floor. Overall, it was pleasant and clean and services were provided as expected.

Everything was clean, and the bed was comfy. Nice place, grounds were very well kept snd pretty. Only negatives were.. 2 washers-coin op $2 to wash- 1 dryer. same price. It was pretty busy so that was a problem.

Dirty hotel, overflowing trash cans everywhere. They claim to be "family friendly" and "kids stay free" and then charge an extra 15 dollars for a pack and play.

They left all dirty sheets, towels, etc in a pile in our room. We put it outside and told front desk. The next morning it was still outside. I think it is just lazy front desk person.not sure what or why he couldn't just walk a come get it and say sorry for the cleaning staff forgetting to take it.

Very clean, beautiful views of the red rock out the window, close to Capitol Reef, large fridge and microwave in room. Had a gas station and restaurant on the property that was very convenient! I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was fine except for the WiFi wouldn't reach our room. You have to go to the lobby to use the Wifi...I was on vacation but I also brought my laptop so I could work in the evenings.....I was unable to do any work and of course my two 13 year olds were irritated that they couldn't use wifi for their devices. We did go to the front desk twice and ask about how we could get the wifi to reach our room and the person in the front just told us he didn't know.

The location was great after spending the day at Capitol Reef. The curtains did not block enough light in the morning. The walls are a little thin and you can hear other guests going up the stairs. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Walking distance to a delicious Mexican restaurant called La Cueva. Would stay again!

We called twice, several days apart, including on the day of check in, to make sure you were pet friendly. When I arrived, I was told no more pet rooms were available. I was finally allowed to check into a room, but it was stressful and unwelcoming. It could have easily been better if during either of the calls we made, that we were informed there were limited pet friendly rooms.

This was a really nice hotel. Not far from capitol reef national park, and close to a few places to eat. I’m not sure if Ben is the owner, but he provided excellent customer service. We felt very welcomed and appreciated.

Our room toilet was blocked. After repeated request we were finally allowed another room. We moved all stuff to new room and found shower curtain missing. We are running trying to find the guy on reception to get the shower curtain fixed. We could not use bathroom for 2 hours and now cannot take shower after long day Travelling. This is the most expensive hotel with worst room condition and horrible staff service. We should get full refund for ruining our vacation day in Capitol Reef.

My stay was MOSTLY great and I would stay here again. Great location, close to Capitol Reef National Park. It’s a motel, so not luxurious, but clean and comfortable. It’s right behind a Mexican restaurant that had some of the best fish tacos I’ve ever had! The only thing that could be considered negative is that the front desk is not staffed at all times. They have a phone number to call if you need someone to help you, and if you happen to need help in the early morning (like I did), they might not even answer. It all worked out, and like I said, I would gladly stay here again.

We arrived a few hours early. The person at the front desk seemed irritated that we were there…which I can’t imagine doesn’t happen since most people are driving there after a long day of driving or hiking as Torrey Utah isnt exactly an easy access place. Nonetheless we returned after check in time and received our two rooms immediately. Again when we asked questions about the area, the person behind the desk wasn’t that knowledgeable or it felt, perhaps not that willing to converse with anyone. The room was very clean and beds/pillows were super. The views were even better from the 2nd floor balcony. I would stay here again with the understanding that we would not expect a warm welcome but still enjoy our stay.
