Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fargo 19th Ave/Airport Dome

The check in guy was sleeping when I was trying to check in. Difficult to wake him up…

Breakfast was good. Had to go back to my room to get cups from my room. Staff was generally not around. Soon after I checked in I went to my room and the key didn't work. Went downstairs to redo the key but the staff was gone. Had to wait about 20 minutes for him to come back. I think he went to do a shuttle run from the airport. When I checked out it was the housekeeping person at the desk and she couldn't get me a receipt.

Check in was pleasant; too bad that was the only time we saw that employee. From then on, they were either asleep (at the desk) or seemed really bothered if we asked for something. Breakfast was terrible. Maybe that is unfair... I didn't have much because there wasn't much. They ran out of almost everything, milk was expired (that was fixed on our second day, which is good because all we could get was cereal). I've stayed here many times. Maybe this was a bad weekend- maybe it's gone downhill. The price is good comparatively, but I'd pay a little more for better service and breakfast.

It was an ok hotel for one night

Hot tub is out of service. Had Do Not Disturb hanging on the door handle and they came into the room at 9:30 when we have 11 AM checkout. Walls are cracked. Carpet is worn. In serious need of an update/remodel.
