Came down for the weekend to see a concert at the Hard Rock stayed here got a balcony suite not bad you can only get ice on 3 out of the 25 floors that was inconvenient other than that the room was spacious and had a great view of the ocean

Very run down property, inadequate staffing: waiting for 15 minutes to check out because it's quarter to 11 and they only had 1 person at the desk!

The view in the room looked great and seemed clean. The A/C did not work. Staff said they would send up maintenance, but did not have an ETA, they had no other rooms available to move us to. The elevators were horrible and only half of them were in operation. Staff did not seem to be concerned about us not having A/C on the 12th floor, no apologies or accommodations. It must be a common occurrence and they just shrugged us off. We ended up switching hotels after about 3 hours of waiting for someone to fix the A/C. Also, it’s obnoxiously loud, even for a resort.
