Nice stay, the staff is very kind and helpful. Sorry that charging a car is sooooo expensive. But no problem, I was able to charge elsewhere. The breakfast is ok but buy it at the hotel, much less expensive than when booking. For the rest, clean and quiet room, good wifi and close to the train station. The staff helped me on two occasions.

This boutique hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the bus that goes to Venice. The room was elegant and spotless. A lovely breakfast is available every morning. The staff was very helpful--everyone spoke excellent English--and parking was available--for a fee.

Great value stay. The room was large and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful - check in was fast and efficient even though I was early and my room was not ready yet. They let me leave my bags while I went off to explore the city, and they had been taken up to my room ready when I returned. They also lent me a socket adapter. I didn’t stay for breakfast as I had to leave for a flight but the buffet looked good. Very close and convenient to Mestre station and bus to the airport.

Hotel is clean, location is good with a 10 minute walk to train station and few minute walk to bus station. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our main complaints are that there is only hanging space for clothes, the air conditioning is not great and is controlled by the front desk and the hairdryer only had a heating element but didn’t really blow air. Be aware that the 20 minute bus ride to Venice island is hot and crowded.

please make the shower area a little bit bigger. Its impossible to take a shower on that corner box. If the soap falls, you need to get yourself out of the box to get the soap on the floor. Very uncomfortable.

On a quiet street. Desk clerks were very helpful. One even accompanied us to our room and explained everything to us. Room and bathroom were very modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast selections were excellent and high quality. Our stay was only 1 night. But since we got there around 6pm, we decided to take the 10 minute train ride into Venice for dinner from the Mestre station, which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Séjour à l’origine de 2 nuitées + 1 nuitée rajoutée la veille. Je suis allé tôt le matin avant le ménage pour aviser à l’accueil que j’avais réservé une 3e nuitée la veille et que je devais quitter à minuit pour prendre mon vol de nuit. J’avais demandé de garder la même chambre puisque nous y étions déjà et ce qui aurait évité non seulement à nous de nous presser pour ramasser nos choses en catastrophe mais aussi à la dame de chambre de faire le ménage. Il a dit qu’il ne pouvait pas faire ça que la chambre que nous avions était plus grande… de 2m2! D’ailleurs je me demande même où se voyait la différence… de ce 2m2 là… sur une superficie totale! À la rigueur si la chambre était déjà louée j’aurais compris.. Mais elle était encore disponible et le monsieur a demandé de payer 15 euros de plus si on voulait la garder. On a refusé de payer ça, par principe… on a dû déménager nos choses dans l’autre chambre en y a passé quelques heures juste pour laisser nos affaires, parti passer la journée à Venise et revenir les récupérer …alors qu’on pouvait les mettre en consigne! Le monsieur aurait du nous remercier d’avoir rajouté une nuit et qu’il aurait pu nous arranger sinon il aurait eu 0 euros pour cette nuit là… parce que ouii la chambre était vide et libre puisqu’il a demandé un 15 euros. Pour être cheap c’est être cheap!

Eco Hotel Costanza, has a great location. With an easy walk to the Mestre train station, and to the bus station also. A few minutes walk and you will be ready to take a express bus to the airport. Séjour de 2 nuits. Tout était parfait. Bus facile à prendre pour se rendre à Venise. Petite marche de 2 minutes seulement pour rejoindre l’arrêt sur la rue principale. Personnel avenant et accueillant, possibilité d’acheter les passes de bus ou Vaporetto directement à l’accueil, ce qui est facilitant. Déjeuner style buffet disponible sur place (il faut réserver sa place) avec frais supplémentaires, un peu cher (15 euros - nous avons payé 10 euros dans un autre hôtel à Florence) mais tout de même bien pratique. Merci ! On a adoré notre séjour chez vous ! Les lits sont confortables aussi ! À bientôt, on l’espère..

Great hotel for staying outside of the main Venice area. Only a ten minute walk to the main train station so perfect location. Airport bus stop is around a 10 minute walk away so easy to get to the airport. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast - they even had a vegan area in the breakfast area which had vegan croissants, yoghurts and soy milk. Looking forward to visiting again.
