We had a wonderful stay Joseph was very kind at check in and check out and the rest of the staff were really nice too everything was clean very good breakfast we will return in the future

room was clean. Noisy people up until 1:30-2:30 in halls. No one answered the phone at hotel to try and get someone to come and quiet the people. Otherwise nice hotel.

I always choose this hotel while staying in the Sarasota area. It is very convenient to everything and it is always very clean and the staff is always so friendly!

My original flight was delayed, so i called to inform the hotel of the situation. I was told by the representative that as long as i was able to make it by 1am that i would still have a reservation. As my delay got longer i tried called the hotel again to keep them informed, no one answered the phone. I ended up losing my reservation. When I got to the hotel to talk about the whole thing, i was able to be refunded for 2 out of my 3 night stay. They said they had to charge me for a no show fee. Even with me calling to inform them of the delay i was experiencing and then no one picking up the phone when i tried to keep them updated. The manager said becuase i booked through a third party website that it would be too much work t get the full refund.
