Holiday Inn Express and Suites Saint Augustine North by IHG

Room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was great. Parking was easy. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Good clean rooms and close to highway.

The person who checked me in was pleasant. He gave us our room right away and explained the amenities. Our room was a suite so it was a pretty decent size. Loved that they use the Dove brand for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Beds were a little hard and the sofa bed was definitely very thin and you could feel the springs. We were only there for one night so we made it work. Breakfast was great as there was a wide selection and food was of good quality. Coffee was available all day. Only disappointment was that the pool was indoor. Other than that, great value and happy with everything.

Bathroom floor had mop water marks and could have been a little cleaner
