The location in a quiet suburban area with plenty of parking. Apartment size and bed is decent. However the rest of the place carpet, bathroom, furniture, kitchen, pool, common areas and towels felt dated. Not sure if we got an older room but it a simple basic apartment.

A very comfortable and clean property for a stay. We had a 2 bedroom apartment as were there with friends and found the apartment a little smaller than expected. The main concerns were an ensuite will add to the apartment especially when staying with another couple. No screen on sliding door meant when open for fresh air flies will fly in. Breakfast, pool and gym looked good although did not use pool or gym on weekend. air con in bedroom would also be a great addition especially for the warmer months. Location was good overall.

The room was huge. A series of small things made the stay a little disappointing eg over charged at check in, the TV remote didn’t work properly, shower was wet and slightly dirty on arrival and the kitchen was missing a couple key items.

I’m not one to usually complain but the room was just not very clean. The beds were fresh and the room was spacious but the Bathroom had mould in between tiles. Everything was very dusty and musty. From the elevator to the hallways. Definitely not worth the $320 we paid for the night for the room. Was not very happy.

There are extremely limited cooking implements and no kitchen knife for chopping etc. The shower had black mould. The air conditioner was very loud. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and very uneven. It was better to remove the mattress and sleep on the floor. Even this was still uncomfortable. The TVs are very small and old. The outdoor veranda furniture was also old and stained. Carpets in the common areas were stained. This is a 2 star offering at best.

There was no shower door and the bathroom practically flooded when you had a shower. The air-conditioning didn't work and the room was so hot and stuffy. The noise on the road outside my room was very loud and woke me up several times. The tv was the size of a laptop screen and the carpet felt dirty and old underfoot. The bed was clean and comfortbale and the doona and pillows were nice.

This hotel had the best bed I have ever slept in! Would love to know which model bed it was from the "thathotelbed.com.au" range. The hotel was very clean, our room was a bit dated with the carpet and lounge furniture, but that bed! Still can't get over how comfortable it was. Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast there two mornings in a row. It was a buffet style breakfast each time and there was a small range of hot and cold food, the same things each day we went. We did have an issue with the wi-fi in the room. My husband and I could not both be on the internet at the same time and the internet was painfully slow. The staff did everything possible to rectify the situation, but we ended up with one of us using the wi-fi, the other used their phone as a tether. Staff were extremely apologetic that they could not rectify the wi-fi issue during our stay.

Love the large units. Have stayed here before, and noticed there's still no air-conditioning in bedroom. It's hard sleeping in a stuffy room, and we had the lounge air-conditioning on pretty cold with the door open. Had to sleep under a sheet. But it certainly didn't affect our break, and we always stay here when we come down to visit family.

Fire alarm going off at 1.45am was a bit scary. The rooms are spacious and bed was soft and comfy but lounge has seen better days and hard for older people to get up from. I would stay there again

A gas jet on the stove was on when I went to the room I had been allocated. The whole apartment smelt strongly of gas. I was given a new room. When I reported the problem with the gas I was told it was likely caused by a cleaner accidentally turning it on while cleaning. I thought this was implausible. I thought it was dangerous but my complaint was not taken seriously.

The analog clock in our room keeps going off several times in the morning, disturbing our sleep. We did not set it. No way to unplug it without destroying the connection. We did not know how to switch it off as it was an old clock. It should be removed as most guests own a smart phone these days where we can set our own alarms if we want to. This unpleasant experience semi-ruined our otherwise nice stay. Apartment was clean and spacious, Staff at cafe got overwhelmed with coffee orders and showed irritation. Again minor blip in our stay but still left an unpleasant mark.

Part of the bathroom floor was rusted in a corner and the shower leaked. The phone didn’t work and I couldn’t ring the desk or room service and had to go to reception in person. The restaurant had run out of vegetables and there was nothing for dinner at all for a vegan (myself). They apologised but I couldn’t eat anything and had to go out.

Overall pleasant stay. After booking a king suite, I called in to check the amenities and I was told that I will be getting full kitchen with stove and oven so I had made arrangements accordingly. However, upon checking-in I learnt I wasn't getting any of those! Breakfast buffet - Disappointed having to share tongs for veg and non-veg food!

Overall impression of the Apartment was very welly presented and also maintained well by the room maintenance staff. Bed sheets for the sofa bed was not cleaned or changed. Apartment was a little small for 3 people. Not many options in terms of Lunch. Only breakfast was available. Room Service for ordering lunch or dinner was not flexible enough. Toilet missing lock to the hinge and hence not having enough privacy.
