It was a terrible experience from the minute we arrived at the hotel first thing is the parking for the hotel guest is nit free you have to pay $25 dollar for a dirty old smelly parking lot second when u check in besides paying for your room. You have to the pay a deposit and a $30 dollar hotel service fee on top of all the other taxes and fees then the water park that is inside the hotel is not available for free with your hotel stay you have to pay $33 dollar each person in your room there is no private pool for the guest or any other amenities for free with your hotel stay then there is the hotel itself its old run down dirty smelly alot of the hotel areas are closed or no longer available our room when we entered it smelled like moldy water as if the room had been flooded or something the smell was terrible we asked the cleaning lady's if they could do something about the smell they gave us a type of spray for the smell but that didn't help much there was kids running the hall ways knocking on people's doors including ours and then running away it was truelly a terrible experience abd I will never come back or recommend anyone ever

The showboat needs MAJOR upgrades the whole place feels tired and worn out.

The safe in the room did not work. The gym did not have towels and was dirty. There a high leak in the gym from the rain. The public bathrooms in the main floor did not have soap or paper towels. The race track did not open when we were told it would open. So we never had a chance to use the track. Our key was not reprogrammed upon request of a late check out. I would not recommend a friend or relative to stay at this hotel.

I was in the remodeled Bourbon tower. Room was very nice. Iron was broken n there was no hot water on the entire floor the next morning. It was a good thing I had taken a bath the night before. Halls smelled a little dandy and there was a homeless woman sleeping in the hall 2 nights when I got to my room at midnight. I don’t know how she got up there since you need a key to get on the elevator.
