The photos are very misleading. I gave a star because it’s walkable from the terminal, but the room was very poorly maintained. The ceiling fan light had no cover. The light on the ceiling fan could only be turned off by turning off the fan as well. There are no lamps. The bathroom smelled like sewer gas. I opted not to shower due to the state of disrepair. The room provided was basically in a parking lot. As in, you park, walk up a single step and you’re at the room door. All the noise kept me up half the night, including some loud conversation immediately outside my door at 3:00AM. Don’t book this place, I would have slept better on the bench at the airport.

I was shocked at how bad this hotel was. I was not expecting much, but could not believe how dirty my room was. The ‘boutique’ label must be a joke. The curtains were covered in stains, the floor was covered in long hair, the bed sheet had a cigarette burn, the toilet was filthy with excrement on the seat, the sink had pubic hairs in it, one sink tap did not work, the furniture was battered, the WiFi lasted no more than a minute, the bathroom had mold, it is extremely noisy. I could go on. But I think that’s probably all you need to know. I did not stay.

The check in window was confusing and the name was not the same as on the hotels.com website. The check in process was fine. The employee took me up to show me where the room was. He realized he forgot to bring a towel up so he said he'd bring a towel right away. I soon discovered there was no water in the bathroom. I told the hotel staff and she said she was going to turn the pump on and in 10 minutes I should have water. I got in late so I went to bed more than 10 minutes after that and still didn't have water. I was leaving early so it wasn't a do or die situation. The internet did not work and the bed sheet had a stain on it. It was a very basic room.
