I reported the plumbing noise in my room, but the staff did not seem to take my complaint seriously. The cleanliness of the room is also very poor. Despite the fact that housekeeping should be provided daily, the room has not been properly cleaned, and even the trash has not been emptied. I am very disappointed with the overall condition of the room and the lack of proper housekeeping service.
