Pool is nice

Friendly staff, pool was nice and relaxing

The grounds and pool area was very well kept. Breakfast was ok but could be better. The couch in the room had a lot of stains on ot, not cery inviting. The room did not have a pen and pad for notes, the tvs have been changed out and were not hooked up to the internet. You have log onto your own smart phone to the hotel wi-fi in order to axess steaming devices or access the Direct TV. It is a lot of steps wity no directions in the room or passcode. We had to ask for help the day of check in and then again the next day. Guests should be able to turn on the tv and the provided cable service is accessable right away. But, the eveining and morning front desk associates were amazing and helped us out with the process. A big thank you to them!

Bad from when we walked in. Elevator was broken, every ice machine on every floor not working, our toilet broke 5 times and stains on carpets. The only good thing was the breakfast and the staff that ran it.

Nice hotel overall. The older gentleman was trying to charge me extra due to room switch (not my fault). Advised I'm not paying extra, he had to call off duty management to come assist. Breakfast was a win! Then there was a dead mouse in pool. Even with the issues, the room was nice and clean and i world stay again

Everything was great! Except that the pool and hot tub was closed. It was one of the reason I chose the hotel and the find out it was close was very heart breaking but other then that it was great!

IHG hotel No like Non functioning elevator and non working room key

This hotel was nice in the inside but they were doing renovations in the very front of the hotel currently, also the elevator went down when we were there. But overall it wasn’t bad. I enjoyed the stay and the room was nice, clean, and spacious. If you’re looking for fast wifi from a hotel, this one does not have it lol.

The hotel must have over booked so instead of a queen suite we got 2 rooms to accommodate 6 of us. We had friendly staff, clean rooms. Overall it was a nice hotel except for the ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order and the 1 elevator on site did not want to work coming down from floor 3.

Pool is small but enjoyable

We found BED BUGS in our bed!! When we arrived we also found out that the hot tub has been broken for over a year and we were not notified when we booked our room.

Spotless rooms and courteous staff.

It's time to clean the carpet in the room. There was an unpleasant smell in it when we walked through the door. There were visible stains in the carpet as well.

Found a cockroach in our room!!!

Found mold in our room, the staff was not very friendly during breakfast… all breakfast items were not available at the start of breakfast. But when I went back before breakfast was over the employees were already taking trays of food to the back. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

I'm confused by the rating this place has. The room was not clean, with questionable stains on the wall. A slight but persistent odd odor, which I hesitate to say, and am afraid if that is the case, but it smelled of a dead animal (!?). The breakfast was a disappointment .

Room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and check-in was quick and easy. Would stay here again.

Super clean

Everything was great. Clean. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy. Shower was hot. Staff was friendly. No problems. Will stay here again.

Our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. All staff were very polite and helpful.

A few of the outlets in my room did not work but aside from that, decent stay. I would return.

Overall, everything was enjoyable. The only minor issues were the shower head, which needed replacing in our room, and intermittent Wi-Fi outages during the rain.

The smell at this property is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS, a mix between body oder and old rancid food! The outside is unkempt and outdated, it looks like an abandoned property with piles of dirt and a chainlink fence right in front! When we walked in and checked in we should have walked right out but my husband had to leave for a job! I understand ppl have events but when events carry over to the WHOLE HOTEL its ridiculous and disrespectful. Everyone walking all around and through the lobby with everything that didnt need to be hanging out, hanging out!!! We couldn't get anywhere near the pool or dining area because it was over capacity and over run with whatever party was going on that lasted until idk when. There were ppl running up and down the halls and in the rooms all around us until well after midnight, slamming room doors and including the big heavy emergency stair door right outside our room.. !!! The room next door spunded like there was nothing but kids in, jumping, wrestling and banging into the walls and then proceeded to start messing with our ajoining room door, they also had their music full blast with everyone yelling and screaming like other people didn't also pay to stay here. Some people are here for work or on business not everyone checks in to hotels for vacation or to party.

The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable! The air conditioning kept the room cool even with 95 degree weather outside.

Great place to stay. The only negative is we were the first room next to the front desk and whoever was in the lobby were VERY loud.

The bed wasn’t the best to sleep in, I was a bit uncomfortable at night—granted, the pillows were perfect though. Also the room was a bit stuffy, like the air conditioner circulation wasn’t that great. Everything else about the room we loved. The room was spacious, the breakfast was good, the pool was nice (although I didn’t get in this time). The customer service was the best thing at the property in my opinion. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Staff was great, only issue was available outlets for electronics. The room had one behind the nightstand that was accessible. Nightstand had no other auxiliary outlets. Frustrating when you’re trying to charge a phone, use a CPAP all with only one outlet.

This hotel is usally nice, this is about my third or fourth stay, at check in the lady was not too friendly, we stayed on the third floor and the room had a really weird smell , even after i sprayed deodorant the smell was still there. The wifi was terrible.

The beds were very comfortable and the accessible bathroom was spacious. The staff at the front desk was friendly and accomodating. The only thing we didn't like was the sofa bed. There is no way anyone can sleep on it, you can feel every spring! I had to put 4 pillows to lay down on them. There was no extra bedding even though we were six.

Breakfast was amazing !! Loved the coffee and great hot variety. It’s hard to find good hotels with good breakfast The room was clean but the beds seem small didn’t feel like a queen size and covers were funky kept getting twisted. It was a duvet cover not actual comforter room did have carpet feel like it stinked a bit. Definitely did not take my socks or slippers off as I was afraid of dirty floor Elevator one that I know of was slow Parking seem okay but after 11 so full The side door didn’t work with key so we had to walk around with a sleeping child. Not cool Overall 3/5

All of it was good although the best was the front desk service

The room great but the customer service was crap. Also the refrigerator hummed all night quite noisy. Had problems with the TV. I call the front desk to request help, was told that someone would come but no one showed up. Customer service is important. I will not return. Room 207

I've stayed at many hotels and this one takes the cake. So a random person gained access to my room. The front desk concierge gave a man a key to my room whom i did not know.

I was very dissapointed. I spent over an hour looking for a hotel and comparing hotels for what I needed within my budget. I finally found it and booked it here. Only to find that the SUITE I reserved turned into a small 2 bed room. I had planned a special event for my stepdaughters and needed the Suite with the sofas to also accommodate the space. I called the Front desk as soon as I walked in only for the receptionist to tell me there was nothing they can do. I did'nt understand if I reserved a SUITE why am I getting a regular room???? All he could say was there is nothing he can do and besides there were other guest complaining of getting wrong rooms. Manager was not in sight and he said he would leave notice to the manager in the morning. Manager never called. I waited to see if he or she would step it up and nothing. We are going back in 6 weeks and definately not staying with them. Apparently they like to give you any room of THEIR CHOICE!!! NOT YOURS

Mrs. Richelle, the front desk lady, customer service was amazing !!! My entire stay was an experience above exceptional !!!

This is the 3rd time we have had reservations here. The first time was amazing. The second time we arrived with our family of 6 to find they did not have our suite available. They tried to give us a regular room at the same price, meaning 2 kids would sleep on the floor. They did not bother to call us ahead of time, leaving us stranded on Easter weekend without a room to fit our family. We decided to give them another chance due to our good experience the first time. This time we arrived and had the same issue with them not having our suite available. However, they offered us 2 rooms at the same price as the suite, so we had enough space, and it was a better experience. I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I feel they should notify people ahead of time. We got lucky that they weren't busy this stay or we probably would have been stuck without a room again. Both times I have reserved a minimum of 2 weeks ahead. I would stay at this hotel if you dont have a large family or have to drive far. When you have a long drive and little kids, it is beyond stressful to deal with this. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but I am not certain if we will stay again. Such a shame because it's conveniently located to a place we go monthly. Just be cautious if you book a suite.

My key cards were not activated correctly. Both cards were not opening so i had to go back downstairs to get them activated. When i entered my room i discovered that the wrong room was issued to me. I booked a suite 2 queen beds and pull out couch to accommodate 5 guests (2 adults, 3 teenagers) and was given a standard room of 2 queen beds. I called the front desk and was told that they did not have anymore rooms available even though i booked weeks in advance. I was told it was an employee error as my room was issued to another guest and the only thing they could do was issue arefund and look for something else. VERY frustrating after a 10 hr drive and now having to call other hotels for last minute check-in for 2 nights. After about a good 30 minutes of searching, Front desk referred us to another Holiday Inn at a different address..leaving us to drive 20 minutes further out. HUGE inconvenience all around. Employee mentioned this was not the 1st time it has happened where wrong room issued inadvertently We encountered issues with the second location as well but at this point it was late and everyone was just hungry and tired. We left things as is carried on with our stay. I was highly dissatisfied

Crystal and Erica were very accommodating. I stayed for work Monday-Friday Extremely comfortable, extremely clean, extremely quiet, very professional staff. Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a very long time. The take pride in their hotel and it was perfect

very quiet, good breakfast. Close to fast food

I’m a traveler and stayed here over the weekend when I came with a friend. Check in was easy, the room was almost completely cleaned with the exception of some wall spots that were definitely overlooked for cleanliness….I smelled weed soon as I got off the elevators but the smell left when those guest checked out the next morning. Breakfast was delicious both mornings..so it’s worth going down from 6:30-9:30 AM to eat. Options were: sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, bagels & muffins … etc… The pool area was clean and functioning and a nice amenity. More pool towels need to be added because with two families the towels were gone. It is very close to the highway but I didn’t hear the highway noise. This hotel is off beltway 8 & 15 minutes from IAH.

For the price this was an awesome hotel. Staff was great, rooms clean, had microwave and refrigerator. Free parking. Safe area of Houston.

This property is pretty new and is well maintained. It is a very safe location and if you need accommodations on the NW side I highly recommend it.

We did not like that the breakfast area was small and crowded. The area to get food was split on either side of the room so you had to walk through the people eating to get to the food. The attendant kept the food stocked and was helpful and the overall area was clean.

The room was very old and had a bed smell. Bathroom was clean but outdated. Breakfast was below average, not many options. I wouldn’t go back again.

Good value for room and facilities. Nice pool and the 1200 checkout is a plus. Breakfast was good, although would have preferred a waffle maker instead of the pancake maker since it seemed to not be working every time we tried to use it.
