Everything was great! Hotel was clean, food was great! Waterslides were so much fun! Pools were all great. Drinks were all tasty. Rooms very clean and frequent room cleaning. Expedia team on site were great! Thank you Maria for all help. Overall a great vacation!

We're are here family vacation 19 of us in total, but every time we try to book a restaurant for dinner, it's very difficult. They don't allow 19 people at once, so we have to split into three groups, but even then we can't get a table. Last night, my whole family went to a steak restaurant, but when we arrived, the server let the 7 childrens sat inside while the adults sat outside. Imagine if you had young children and they had to sit separately – how would that be? We talked for a long time, but we couldn't resolve the issue, they said if you book the whole group the same time, you have to paid $15 each guess , .it is terrible , never come back again!

Wouldn’t go back. Tell you you have $300 credit which you can’t use as it’s a discount on spa or other things but most already have a discount so you can’t apply the discount so it’s VERY misleading. Also child got sick dr there not helpful charged us and sent us to hospital to be told would be $1800 usd to check the child. Waste of time. Most things kids have to be older than 6. Felt very crowded too and ran out of certain drinks quite often and food at the food trucks. Can’t walk anywhere and very expensive excursions and beach not nice. Spa and fitness area good though!
