An indoor noise monitor is also present — it measures decibel level only, does not record conversations, audio, or video, and isn't located in any bedroom, bathroom, or sleeping area.Age requirement: Booking guest must be 21+ and present throughout the stay.Verification & deposit: The primary booking guest must complete government ID verification and sign the guest agreement before access instructions are released. A refundable deposit or damage waiver is also required at check-in — full terms are in the guest agreement.Occupancy: Maximum overnight occupancy is 6 registered guests.
