L’hotel è in un complesso sportivo. Ho apprezzato molto la palestra, gratuita e con attrezzature nuove, anche avrei preferito che aprisse prima delle 9:00. La struttura non sembra recente ma le stanze sono pulite. La colazione invece è totalmente al di sotto della media dei 5 stelle. Un piccolo tavolo con qualche cornetto (più simili a merendine che a prodotti di pasticceria), solo mele, uova sode congelate e qualche cereale. Ho prenotato qualche giorno in più ma, dopo la prima esperienza, ho fatto colazione al bar. La cameriera gentile non sembrava affatto notare di quanto basso fosse lo standard

Rommene var store og romslige, men inneholdt ingenting ekstra i form av kaffe/vannkoker eller kjøleskap. Hotellet har avtale med bedriften 10 meter unna, der man har tilgang til to flotte og store basseng og et fantastisk flott treningssenter! Disse fasilitetene var helt supre, og gjør at vi hadde valgt dette hotellet igjen.

This hotel is more like housing for athletes that are training at the sport center attached to the hotel. The hotel has excellent clay tennis courts, although they only let me use the hard courts as I was on my own and just practicing my serve. The place is very clean and relatively new. The breakfast is adequate, but not as overwhelming as some Italian hotels. The main drawback is you are in the middle of nowhere. As I am an avid tennis player, I'd stay again, but I can't recommend it to tourists not seeking to use the excellent training facilities, which include in addition to tennis courts a gym and three swimming pools. **One thing to note is that the restaurant has the best Pizza man in Venice. I got to know him when he had his own place, but he retired and somehow this restaurant convinced him to come back. Ask for your favorite pizza 'batuta' ... a style by which the Pizzola flattens it out a bit more and adds more topping.

Amazing stay great sports and pool. Played tennis with a good junior it was awesome also I left cloths at the hotel and they organized them to be sent to the airport for my colleagues to take with me what outstanding service

Si tratta di un Resort, quindi con certi servizi, piscina interna, esterna, spa, sport vari etc. La spa è chiusa, la piscina interna ha degli orari assurdi impraticabili soprattutto per chi vuole visitare Venezia e al ritorno concedersi un bagno ..e quindi quale è il vantaggio di essere in un resort? LA colazione è da sopravvivenza e l'appartamento panoramico che abbiamo prenotato noi è molto grande ma abbiamo picchiato la testa non so le volte, gli armadi della camera grande sono fatiscenti e sporchi... Mi è arrivata ora, dopo il soggiorno una mail di conferma della prenotazione con un costo della camera decisamente più basso di quello che l'ho pagato, 507,00 euro Noi abbiamo pagato e. 634,38 per 3 notti, più tassa di soggiorno e. 33,00!!!??? Non capisco!!!

Staff were great and lovely but the services were not great. Pool was closed and menu in restaurant included 3 pages of pizza that were not available as the pizza chef was on holiday. This left a limited menu for,our stay. No hot water in our room so showers were very cold. No fridges in room and the TVs are set to 30 so can’t hear them if you have the air conditioning on. Even then we had to sit at the end of the bed to hear the TV. Needs some TLC.

Etablissement calme mais isolé. Bien desservi par les bus à 3 minutes à pied (50 minutes de Piazzale Roma avec un changement). Il fait très chaud à l'interieur et impossible de régler la clim dans la chambre. Fin octobre, 25 degrés dans la chambre et quand on ouvre la fenêtre, invasion de moustiques très très voraces... sinon l'hotel est propre, le restaurant est pas mal, que des pizzas le lundi soir, elles sont bonnes et les prix corrects.

Hi recommend this place. The room is American size and extra clean. The breakfast was excellent! you smell the freshly baked bread early and that is served in the buffet. 5 different kinds of warm fresh croissants and other breads. Family that runs the hotel are friendly. Ask for coffee and hot water at the coffe bar. Highly recommended

***** 5 Sterne für diese Unterkunft. Hier stimmt definitiv Preis und Leistung !! Sehr gute Unterkunft mit nettem Personal und sehr gute Ausstattung der Zimner, welche im 1a Zustand sind. Auch die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Das Restaurant am Hotel ist für das Abendessen eine echte Empfehlung. Frühstück war ebenfalls super. Eine gepflegte Anlage mit Fitnessraum und Schwimmen ist auch gegeben. Der Shuttlebus vom Hotel bringt einen in 15 Minuten nach Venedig oder der Linienbus 10 und dann in Mestre CF Bahnhof den Linienbus 2 !!!

It was a nice reasonable price hotel near the venice. Quite, nice and very clean rooms. Breakfast was good enough. Service was good too. Only i can say they should do coffee and tea amenities in the room. Even they didnt have any kettle in the hotel to make our baby food hotter. They couldnt have baby cot too. If they sort it out this two issue hotel might have better star from the people.

Rommene var store og romslige, men inneholdt ingenting ekstra i form av kaffe/vannkoker eller kjøleskap. Hotellet har avtale med bedriften 10 meter unna, der man har tilgang til to flotte og store basseng og et fantastisk flott treningssenter! Disse fasilitetene var helt supre, og gjør at vi hadde valgt dette hotellet igjen.

Staff were great and lovely but the services were not great. Pool was closed and menu in restaurant included 3 pages of pizza that were not available as the pizza chef was on holiday. This left a limited menu for,our stay. No hot water in our room so showers were very cold. No fridges in room and the TVs are set to 30 so can’t hear them if you have the air conditioning on. Even then we had to sit at the end of the bed to hear the TV. Needs some TLC.

One really basic room. One common room. Kinda cold. Included breakfast in restaurant was good but basic. Cold eggs, looking really overcooked when opened. Only hot breakfast serving was sausage and scrambled eggs. The hotel was a little in nowhere, but a 20 min bus ride and you are at Mestre station and have train and busses available. Day travel card for bus is 5 Eur.

L'unica cosa su cui eccepisco è che al contrario di quanto riportato da voi, alla reception ci hanno richiesto una tassa di soggiorno a testa per notte di € 2,80 anziché € 1,50 come specificato chiaramente da voi. Il receptionist ha affermato che tale tassa esce in automatico a video. Vi pregherei di verificare e farmi poi sapere l'esito della vostra verifica. Per il resto nulla da segnalare, tutto positivo. Hi recommend this place. The room is American size and extra clean. The breakfast was excellent! you smell the freshly baked bread early and that is served in the buffet. 5 different kinds of warm fresh croissants and other breads. Family that runs the hotel are friendly. Ask for coffee and hot water at the coffe bar. Highly recommended

It was a nice reasonable price hotel near the venice. Quite, nice and very clean rooms. Breakfast was good enough. Service was good too. Only i can say they should do coffee and tea amenities in the room. Even they didnt have any kettle in the hotel to make our baby food hotter. They couldnt have baby cot too. If they sort it out this two issue hotel might have better star from the people.

This hotel is more like housing for athletes that are training at the sport center attached to the hotel. The hotel has excellent clay tennis courts, although they only let me use the hard courts as I was on my own and just practicing my serve. The place is very clean and relatively new. The breakfast is adequate, but not as overwhelming as some Italian hotels. The main drawback is you are in the middle of nowhere. As I am an avid tennis player, I'd stay again, but I can't recommend it to tourists not seeking to use the excellent training facilities, which include in addition to tennis courts a gym and three swimming pools. **One thing to note is that the restaurant has the best Pizza man in Venice. I got to know him when he had his own place, but he retired and somehow this restaurant convinced him to come back. Ask for your favorite pizza 'batuta' ... a style by which the Pizzola flattens it out a bit more and adds more topping.

L’hotel è in un complesso sportivo. Ho apprezzato molto la palestra, gratuita e con attrezzature nuove, anche avrei preferito che aprisse prima delle 9:00. La struttura non sembra recente ma le stanze sono pulite. La colazione invece è totalmente al di sotto della media dei 5 stelle. Un piccolo tavolo con qualche cornetto (più simili a merendine che a prodotti di pasticceria), solo mele, uova sode congelate e qualche cereale. Ho prenotato qualche giorno in più ma, dopo la prima esperienza, ho fatto colazione al bar. La cameriera gentile non sembrava affatto notare di quanto basso fosse lo standard

We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful hotel and we enjoyed a lot the relaxed atmosphere and the peace and quiet around the property. Parking is available right in front of the property. We didnt have time to use the swimming pool. Overall we had an excellent stay. If a need to mention a drawback, it would be that the breakfast could have been better. 10/10
