Lovely staff and very nice room, overall we had a great stay our only complaints would be that the spa is feeling a little tired and the steam room wasn’t working on our visit.

Everything about this property was spot on. clean, friendly, and lovely service. Whilst bar and restaurant is expensive, the quality of drinks and food was exceptional. only downside was Sauna was out of action in the Spa, and there are no seating areas around the indoor pool. But I would not stop this from booking this wonderful hotel again. Stayed 27th - 29th May 2023

Hotel was in an excellent location for exploring St Helier and had free guest parking. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The kitchen preparing breakfast was excellent and the serving staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. We loved having our breakfast. The Spa pool was very nice too. We would definitely come here again.

Lovely hotel just a 10 minute walk from town centre. Clean with good amenities but have to give a special shout out to the barman who made the best Old Fashioned ever! Great breakfasts and the Spa was fabulous - had a wonderfully relaxing massage. Would highly recommend.

Bathroom in room needs upgraded especially the bath. Stayed for 7 nights and don’t think my bedding was changed. Table tops were dusty. Pool areas lovely. Breakfast was very expensive for what it was Bar food was very good. Staff professional and approachable

The staff could not be faulted. Upon arrival we were made to feel so welcome. The lady who checked us in, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, was very welcoming and informative. The hotel was immaculate. Our room was spotless and had great minibar options if this is something you wanted to use. Absolutely loved the small toiletry touches. The spa was lovely. It was very quiet when we were there which was nice. The experience shower had a few jets that need fixing. We were under the impression the indoor pool would be warm but it wasn’t, it was luke warm at most, we didn’t mind too much though. Towels, flip flops and bathrobes were provided by the spa in the lockers which was useful. The concept of the honesty bar is great, we unfortunately didn’t have time to use it. Overall, highly recommend!

Small boutique hotel but more like a 4 star than 5. Spa facilities were disappointing and pool was too small as when sun came out it was only at one side of small pool so no room for more than approx 10 people. Staff were lovely and good location though.

Unfortunately the swimming pool & spa area are only open 8am-8pm; arrived late & had to leave early; which was disappointing; therefore, was unable to use these facilities as planned/expected. Parking was rather difficult; ramp very narrow & was not able to drive up the ramp, to more parking. The sink in the bathroom was very low; was this a handicap room, I wondered; it was not until I went into the bathroom that I was aware of this. Carla at the reception, when I checked in, was very attentive.

We booked into this hotel after our flight was cancelled. From walking through the door, the person on reception was super friendly and helpful. We had a lovely welcome and everything was explained clearly. The room was just what we needed. It was very clean, the shower was brilliant and the bed comfy. There was a mini bar in the room (very expensive but it is what it is). Any query we had was answered quickly. Unfortunately we did not get the name of the person on the front desk but she was lovely and recommended the chips in the restaurant which were indeed delicious! We enjoyed using the onsite bar for food in the evening. When we return to Jersey we will definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located. Needs refurbishing and housekeeping needs improvement.

It was our first time staying here, staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing, pools were quiet, added bonus of free towels to use there. The only negative was the musty smell in the bedroom, and the Aircon didn't work properly, we did advise the reception staff but unfortunately no other rooms available, in the 2nd room we had booked for another family member the Aircon worked great, so just an issue within our room. WiFi worked well in the room, we could get a few channels on the TV, but my 12 year old son was impressed he could access YouTube! Didn't have the dining option, but all in all a good first time, definitely 4 stars, would of been 5 if the Aircon worked a bit better ! Thanks to all the staff for making it a great stay!

Toenail clippings on the unvaccumed floor. Hair in the uncleaned shower and dirty bottlecaps by the desk. Dirt and food crumbs on floor . Feathers on floor . Dust on every surface. Tiles falling in spa suite , dirt on treatment room floor , outdoor pool not heated as advertised . Hole in steam room bench . Unhappy attitude from front desk when lodged complaint.

Perfect location for a small, lovely, friendly and clean hotel. Staff and service, all excellent. Room was extremely comfy, very clean and quiet. Plenty of soft, white and fluffy towels, toiletries. Clean and comfortable. Good size wardrobe and size of bed. Nothing to dislike. Would recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Reception staff were helpful and friendly, spa and breakfast staff were not so. Hotel was a little tired, bathroom door was rotting and large amount of scale build up around the shower door. Bedding was good and bed was comfortable. Food at breakfast was good. Not made to feel welcome on our one visit to the spa. A week after we left the hotel and I have still not received my £50 deposit for the minibar or any bar food bill. This is another hassle to chase up. Outside of the hotel was dusty/dirty and could do with a sweep/wash. All in all the hotel was ok but not one I would use again.

The hotel was well located and had a nice reception area. Our bedroom was nice but a bit noisy due to overlooking a main road. Pillows were very thin and we had to double them up. Weirdly, our bathroom sink was at mid-thigh level which was odd given that the room was too small to be a wheelchair-friendly room. The spa area was nice but there were no tea mugs in the relaxation room and no hooks in the shower areas for towels/swimwear. Bohemia was a nice restaurant but the food was a little disappointing given its reputation. In summary, good but not great.

Overall satisfactory service but abit let down because A/C not working in room in this hot weather. Only offered a fan not moved to another room

Was met on arrival with a glass of bubbly which was nice. Was also a guided tour of the hotel. The hotel was very nice. The room was a good size. The view was of the car park and above the boiler room so was a little loud at night. There was a good selection for breakfast and the hot food was cooked to order. The first breakfast was fine. The second day the cooked breakfast was for too well done. The bacon and eggs completely overcooked. The hotel was within walking distance to the centre and the beach. Would return but maybe have breakfast somewhere else.

A great stay and excellent staff! They are a huge credit to the hotel. The hotel needs some updating as it is quite tired and the rooms need updating. An iron would ideally be in the room as would simple things like toothpaste. This is waht I would expect in a suite in a 5 star hotel. But a great stay and the restaurant is great!

Overall ok this would be a solid three star if it were not for the excellent bistro. Room was tired, examples: bedside lamps wonky, curtain rails not operating correctly, bathroom grout looking tired and sealant had been redone badly. Biggest issue was the bed, the mattress was collapsed and it felt like they put a topper on it to resolve the problem, I didn’t take the sheets off to look. Last of all no turn down service at night.

Bed super comfy and staff all very helpful. But the hotel is expensive for what you get, broken lamp in the bedroom and the sink in the bathroom, wow how low can that be. Swimming pool was the biggest disappointment, missing tiles in the steam room and the whole area looks so tired. Compared to other local hotels with spas/swimming pools, the Clubs doesn’t do well.

The reception staff are very welcoming, although in general we failed to experience the ‘amazing’ staff presence/enthusiasm other reviews have mentioned. Very clean rooms, although most are very close to the main road so there is some noise from that, although nothing that kept us awake. What did keep us awake though, until well after midnight, was the noise of the music from the private event in the function space directly below our room (218) and the very loud chatter and laughter from those enjoying the event who were on the outside patio, which was directly beneath our room. When I went down to reception at 00:20 in the morning reception said they could ask for the music to be turned down (like that would happen) but that was all. Being as the hotel wasn’t full (reception confirmed when I asked), why were we put in a room directly in the line of the event noise when the hotel knew the private event was going on?! It ruined our experience of the hotel really as we were there for a relaxing break for a few nights to escape some family health dramas. So long as you’re mobile on foot, it was a great location for the shops and restaurants, and not too far from the bus station. Breakfast was adequate, but not 5* standards. The ‘smashed avocado on sourdough’ was more like shop bought guacamole on white toast We visited out of season though, so wasn’t expecting the breakfast offering to be particularly big, but there was plenty enough variety for a long weekend stay.

Great stay, friendly service after a horrible experience at another hotel in Jersey forced us to book a room here last minute. Free glass of Prosecco to help us relax, lovely room, great location. Definitely will visit again

Slightly dated hotel rooms. Very small bathroom - toiletries not always replenished when used . Staff not participating friendly - very small glass of Prosecco offered on arrival and no one offered to help us with our cases .

The staff were excellent very welcoming, cheerful and courteous. Loved our stay there.

The spa was excellent, i have mobility issues and the pool is down a steep staircase but manageable if you take it carefully. Maggie and Simone gave us fantastic massages and facials and the facilities were great, really relaxing . The hotel itself was wonderful, location perfect, a bit confusing as to where reception is but apart from that it was perfect. Prosecco on arrival, top notch breakfast, loads of choice and all of the staff are so friendly, Elephantus was so helpful on reception, everything went very smoothly. The sink in the bathroom was very low, i think it was meant to be disabled friendly but it was more awkward for me , jersey as a whole doesnt have the same disability laws as the uk and is hard to navigate and extremely busy. Overall the hotel is amazing and i would highly recommend it and all its facilities.

Very good hotel. Room well equipped and quiet. Swimming pool and spa area great. A few minutes walk from main street, a bit further away from the port area (but within walking distance).

Very central location and easy walking to restaurants and shops. Bus service was brilliant and travel time to beaches and scenic locations short.

One of the premier hotels. Be careful on the marketing from expedia. Breakfast is available but not included. Most hotels in jersey include breakfast. That said the hotel is excellently situated in town with many good restaurants including the hotels Michelin star restaurant Bohemia. Parking is available at no charge but a little challenging for those that drive big cars!

A glass of Champagne at breakfast always a winner. Just some more visual clues as to your ordinary restaurant being open on Mondays. We were under the impression that Bohemia was your only eating place. Also the music down in the dining area - Too Loud and obscure for a relaxing supper. Consistent drum beats and wailing sounds. Off putting in the extreme. Thanks
