Overall the hotel is very good. Very convenient location attached to the mall. Good food options. Besh the Turkish restaurant was good. Staff need to be better prepared and need to know that food has to be served in stages. The pools were very good. You just have to be prepared for the noise of the kids. You won’t be able to rest there. The staff. All in all they were great and friendly. Very warm. The set back is the reception. At times it gets too busy/crowded and the back office didn’t even take action. They wanted people to wait. Which is frustrating specially when checking out. And yes the front desk didn’t pick up when I called to pick my luggage up. Again, most of the staff are amazing.

Graeat location with link to Mall of Emirates. Excellent staff. Superby housekeeping service from Emelia made my stay to feel like l was home despite the fact that it was peak season. The breakfast chefs were very good with the egg orders. The gym and swimming pool on the 24th floor have excellent views. I was not impressed with the aircon as the have fans that maintain room temperatures of 23°C and can not go above that hence a disadvantage on a chilly day.

Perfect base- in the Mall so shops and restaurants all on the doorstep. Bar and food on 5 th floor also good. Pools were ideal with plenty of sunbeds and towels. Lifeguards were very helpful. Taxis outside or in the Mall. Would return

Nice hotel if you like to have direct access too Emirates mall. We like too stay a few days here before we go to another hotel. Shopping of course and many good dining options. Din tai fung at the mall is a must eat place, so is also the Cheesecake Factory for food, not cakes… and Paul for delicious France cakes. Is also a okay swimming pool area here. Small but it has sun until the evening.

I would like to share some observations regarding my recent stay at your hotel: • The hot water heating was turned off at night, which caused inconvenience. • There were ongoing painting works in the hotel, and we were requested to keep the curtains closed at certain times. In addition, the paint odor was very unpleasant inside the rooms. • When I requested to check out at 2:00 PM, since I was attending a training course held at your hotel by my company (Kuwait Petroleum), the front desk staff was not cooperative and insisted that I leave earlier. However, after speaking with the manager, my request was thankfully approved. I kindly hope that your management will take these points into consideration to improve the quality of services in the future.

The staff are really great. Very helpful, prompt and responsive. The facilities are not as clean as they could or should be. I walked into my room and it smelled of smoke and yet it was a nonsmoking room. Some stains on the seating in the room. The tables downstairs in the dining area had old food cakes on them. Convenience of walking into the mall was great though.

This is a wonderful hotel and all of the staff in this complex are exceptional. This was our second stay at this hotel. The rooms were so clean with everything you look for in a good hotel. The breakfast dining room is excellent with a great range to choose from. The staff in the restaurant were so helpful and courteous. Location above the shopping centre is fantastic. I was happy with the location, the room and service. However, the plumbing in the room was defective. Every time I took a shower, the bathroom would flood. I informed the reception, and they cleaned it up, but the flooding continued with each shower. The constant overflow of water was a major issue and significantly detracted from my stay.

Very convenient next to the mall. A very helpful and nice reception girl called Alice. Very good room service. They upgraded us to a junior suite because we need a shower room instead of a long bath tub. However, the shower door rubber has worned off, as a result, after every shower, the water will flow out to the outer bathroom & we need to mop them out after every use.

Quite disappointedwith service . I was expecting a lot from the Sheraton franchise but to be honest it was barely better tahn any other basic ahorel in el Barsha and we've been here many times. Firts when cheking in the girl at reception was upset and clearly manifested it when her boss instructed her to take care of us...it was 7 am and no one else was waiting...but somehow she was bothered to just do her job. Also i asked for a baby cot, it never came. I asked if possible to get a room with a bath, also no anwer..i asked about the kuds playground advertised in the hotelmpage, i was told it the magic planet in the mall ( at my own cost of course) and finally at check-out they messed up with the remaining charges. I would not come back here and aside from the mall proximity this hotel has not much better than most local hotels around where we experineced better service specially towards a family with a baby.

A huge shout out to our house keeper Jeevan for being just the most amazing person to interact with! He went out of his way to be kind tous and our child, went above and beyond in terms of service and even made the sweetest elephant out of towels along with leaving us a personalized note to express that our comfort was a priority for him - he truly won us over! I hope Sheraton promotes him and lets him train more staff. we definitely hope to return!

We had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton. Great location, great staff always willing to help. The access to the mall of Emirates is also really convenient. The overall service at the property was fantastic. Absolute value for for money. Given this is an older property, we didn't expect the condition to be so top notch but it was. Our suite was very spacious and if we were to go back to Dubai, we would absolutely stay here without thinking twice. The only draw back if any was the breakfast buffet which we thought was probably not at par with a few other properties but other than that, kudos to the entire team for making our trip very memorable.

Wonderful stay at the Sheraton MoE. The staff couldn't do any more to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Breakfast at Besh was super as was the Spartan and O'Learys. A very warm recommondation to the team in the Club Lounge on 22nd floor, Arshad and the others was absolutely amazing

Not suitable for Ramadan month, otherwise good. I have stayed before and loved it. They have a terrible menu for Sehri, basically a rip-off if you have already paid for breakfast. I spoke to one of the duty managers at reception and he claimed he will discuss with the chef and other relevant management about it. I asked him how could he justify the sehri combo with breakfast options and he couldnt. So i told him hotel should be fair to its guests and stop being soo stingy over sehri and iftari.
