The hotel staff are all kind and friendly. The room is clean and cute, and although compact, it has everything you need. However, there was no refrigerator, so it may be inconvenient in the summer. It is within walking distance of Gare du Nord and close to Grands Boulevards station, with Franprix and MONOP' supermarkets nearby. There are also many cafes and restaurants open late, which was convenient. I highly recommend it.

Loved our few days here. Great area with lots of restaurants and boulangeries. Really well situated. The service and facilities were fantastic. Enjoyed the free cakes and hot chocolate too. Would definitely stay here again.

The desk clerk who checked us in was amazing. Spent an hour with us showing us how to navigate around town. Made reservations for us at Notre Dame, the Louvre & Versailles. Hotel is an easy walk to the Metro. Perfect for 2 senior tourists!

Good hotel, didn’t get the VIP perks that Expedia plug (it seems they are never available) Expedia really need a better gold member reward offering. Hotel was good apart from staff member accessing room with key and walking in without permission when we were in bed!

A lovely stay at Hotel Maxim Folies, great location that is between the Gare du Nord and the central attractions being a short journey away. Making for a quieter area with some great local restaurants and a view of the Folies Bergere from our window. Room had nice décor and very clean, small issue of noise from the sister hotel across the street having scaffolding put up during our stay but understand this is a temporary issue and it did not detract from our experience as we were out most of the day when work was being carried out.

Petit hôtel très cosy à la déco soignée. La chambre était fonctionnelle mais ça reste bizarre d’avoir une partie wc et douche ensemble séparée de la chambre mais le reste de la sdb dans la chambre. Assez bruyant car immeuble ancien mais bon ça en ville à Paris on le sait. Rien de grave. Le vrai hic c’est le petit déjeuner… passez vraiment votre chemin et allez le prendre ailleurs! Tout est industriel même les œufs (infâmes!) et le pain/viennoiseries une seule personne qui doit tout faire malgré le nombre de client. Une seule machine à café. Rapport qualité prix assez élevé au final.

Charmant hotel situé à seulement 50 mètres des folies bergères, idéal en sortant du spectacle. Etat et service impeccables. Personnel souriant, avenant et accueillant. Literie très confortable. Chambre peut-être un peu exiguë mais c'est normal pour un petit hotel de centre ville. Produits de soin de corps de bonne qualité. Buffet du petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Si je retourne aux folies bergère je retourne chez vous !
