Kids had a great time, facilities were fantastic and well maintained. Felt comfortable with the kids having the freedom to roam the grounds knowing they were safe. Reception staff could have been a little friendlier, but overall the stay was comfortable.

The accommodation is great, clean and comfortable which is perfect for family holiday but the wifi connection is poor and we can’t access the television for movies. We were also looking forward my kids can play at the water park but it was under maintenance.

Nice clean propery, great facilities for kids, but you can hear everything and I'm a light sleeper so I didn't do well hearing people walking and scraping chairs in next apartment when they weren't even being loud. The walls need insulation to make it more private.

The 2 bedroom we stayed this time is very small. Hard to move around. Especially the bathroom is small, the shower has a half panel to stop water spreading everywhere but it is so small, you have to be extremely careful when showering. There are no rooms to put your personal hygiene items nor change clothes. The kitchen has very basic items, no paper towels, gladwrap nor tissue papers. The wifi is useless, hardly getting signals. Try use my Telstra mobile data, it has no signal either.

Suite à un problème avec la réservation pour 3 nuits nous avons passé une nuit dans une unité et les deux autres dans une seconde un peu différente. La seconde était mieux équipée en vaisselle. Les deux ont le même défaut : une salle de bain trop petite. On ne peut même pas y étendre les serviettes de chacun. Et l'espace pour poser ses objets personnels est trop restreint. Dans la deuxième unité il faut passer par la salle de bain pour accéder à la porte des toilettes qui s'ouvre donc dans l'espace de la salle de bain. Pour le reste, le village vacance est bien équipé. Jeux divers pour les enfants, mini golf, barbecues collectifs, etc. Site bien situé en bord de plage et proche d'un parcours de golf.

Great place with everything you need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We liked especially location (close to the beach) possibility to buy missing things at the reception (from pasta sauce to shaving foam) friendly staff short walking distance to the beach parking space next to the apartment very nice kitchen with everything you need possibility to dim the light big tv in living room and sleeping room bathroom and toilet are separaten nice shower and bath tub comfortable bed The only things we didn‘t like (and why we only gave 4 stars): - really bad internet - accommodation is poorly soundproofed (our neighbors started making noise from 6am onwards and we couldn’t sleep anymore, which was a bit annoying)

Great place, however had 6 limestone stairs up to the cabin. Which I found a little scary as I have neuropathy and an injured left foot. Otherwise it was perfect for myself 🌻

We stayed in a spa cabin and could not have been happier with the cabin. It was clean, spacious and a real plus to relax and rejuvenate our tired muscles in the spa after a day of sightseeing. We were disappointed we didn't have time to partake in the mini golf or the water park. Highly recommended.

Stayed with my daughter and grandchildren aged 5 and 11 for 3 nights. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the splash park and rec room. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Even before i arrived i got an email saying my accommodation was ready to be checked in..Which was great..I arrived and checked in and was given and shown on a map my unit, route to take and where to park..Absolutely made my life easy and didn't have to drive around trying to find my unit and where to park..When i opened the door to the unit, it was clean and neat..smelt fresh..on first impressions it was more than i expected..Had a great sleep and easy checkout next day. Thank you

Loved the whole experience. Holiday park is one of the best we have ever been to. If I had a complaint, (we were there for 10 days) not once were we told, until last day that we could of had our villa serviced whenever we liked. I should have asked as well, but thought the office staff would have said. We paid the same as the other people who were only staying for a few nights and the units that got cleaned as soon as they left, so we feel we should of had a discount????

Being at Emu Point, it's out of town and remarkably quiet at night. Right on the beach for a swim, although the water park will keep the kids away from it and close to camp! Unit was fantastic for a weeks stay. Highly recommend.

It was great! Especially with two kids. Our chalet was close to absolutely everything in the resort! The new splash park was a favourite. Definitely great fun when the sun is shining. Loved having the bbq so close to our chalet, too. Cooked quite a few lunches. Overall, it was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. Very happy holiday!

There was so much for the kids to do we had no need to leave with two lovely beaches on the door step with an excellent cafe. Nothing was too much trouble fir staff and the place all well organised. We will be back!
