Outstanding breakfast - worth the money. Very friendly staff. Zen public bath. Convenient location for seeing Kyoto and surrounding. We ended up extending our stay here for an extra night to enjoy Kyoto a little longer. Will be recommending to friends that are visiting. If you get the breakfast, arrive early. It gets busy after 8 am on weekend.

Exceptional location, very clean rooms. A traditional bath on premise. An excellent breakfast, (a bit pricey), but you can eat elsewhere if you would like. Free bicycle rental. I will be coming back.
